Sagebastian:
how did they mess up with the pricing. everybody knows the phantom is tecno's priciest device so why the fake shock across board.

The phone is nice, but the price makes me laugh.
Even the Lenovo K3 note, with mali T760, despite being from a reputable company is far more cheaper at 40k.

These phone shouldn't exceed 50k.

Ask your dad to ask the man nah.....abi na we help you here?

Knownpal:
So, we should expect any combo of question?

Same combo with jambites sir!

Knownpal:
Good morning house...
In order to prepare for next year FUTA's DE, can someone please tell me what type of question to expect, since we wouldn't be writing JAMB, hence our JAMB subjects will be used. Is it Math, Eng, Current affairs or course specific question. Anybody?

Same combination with jambites.

Please, does one have to fill in course on the Teller? I'm talking about the bank slip when filing the COC teller in the bank.

jabberjawz:
see...,u have to take a critical look @ the trends in the industry & how it relates to your choice of course of study.....what exactly are your long term goals.....ask yourself this question and make a decision that suit your dream.

It can get confusing when you get denied your original course.
However I see myself ending up in IT.
That's my long term goal.

MasterWayne:
Go for Physics.
Thank me later.

Thanks bro.
Physics is my second choice.

What do you think about industrial math as a third choice.?

jabberjawz:
stick with it.....(GIS) demand for geocomputing professionals worldwide is on d steady increase...besides it's still a sure way to keep u in d computing feild which really is your dream.......u sure gonna enjoy it if u set your mind to study........statistics would be a better alternative if u have to choose something else.

Thanks for your reply sir.
Statistics is my first choice.
physics second choice.

I'm just riled i have to pick a third course.

What do you think of Industrial math for third course?

Guys, I need your input now!
It's urgent.

bolaji3071:
Coc form out!!!

I wasn't enlisted tho. Bye Bye to Futa.

What's your name, let me check for you. Everyone with 50+ saw their names.

Hello,
I just narrowly missed out on the 1st admission list, and it seems I would have to buy change of course form.
I have already concluded, to fill
Statistics- most preferred
Physics - more preferred.

However I'm still stalling on making a third choice as I can't seem to find any I can live with, since my intended course was Computer science, and no course in FUTA is related enough, asides math and statistics ( I'm avoiding math anyway, as I'm not to sure about it too).

I'm looking at Remote sensing and geoscience information systems, but I'm not sure of the career prospects after school and standard of teaching of the course in Nigeria (it is said to be an expensive course to teach in the US, according to my Google search).

It would render me unable to switch back to Comp science in 200L since they belong to different faculties, so If I'm going to be stuck with it, I need to know if it's worth it.
What do you advice?

andyxyler:
Op, I perfectly understand what you are going through. I applied for Elect/Elect DE in a University (Caz I had ND in Elect/Elect with Upper Credit) but was offered Physics and I accepted (hoping I could cope), when the First semester result came out I had a GPA of 1.81. I felt so bad, caz I knew I studied hard, despite all my efforts d result was nothing to show for it.

Later I realised that I had no PASSION for Physics nor Elect/Elect, it got to a point whereby even going to classes were a burden.

I was encouraged to put in more effort, but despite all am still not enjoying the course so I made a decision to write Jamb and re-apply for a different course entirely and am doing well now, and happy.

Suicide has never solved any man's problem.

My sincere Advice is to try harder but if you can't cope just re-apply for a course you have PASSION in and I assure you that God will see u through.

What course are you studying now?

mrpackager:
If listed for it

I will

coz it seems that's how futa runs their stuff

2nd list is for PD and De

asked cos I was wondering, if you get MEE for YABATECH, would you still buy coc?
I'm mighty confused on what three courses to choose o.

I wonder if Remote systems and Geoscience is a good course in FUTA

mrpackager:
not yet bro

MEE

Bro, do you plan buying the coc form?

cbrass:
She was so happy noni with how I take care of her. Thats the first time she will call me by my full name

Hahaha... very funny

gidjah:
You mean theres no a YES to any of my questions about the Lumia phones??,then that means the phones are useless na!

You want to upgrade a 2011 phone to latest OS and you still dey form.
Try upgrading a 2011 Android to Lollipop or Marshmallow and come tell us Android phones are useless.

bigfrancis21:
Just as Sasha and Malia Obama have no physical traces of white with a white grandmother.

The kids' blackness might not show now as they are kids but as they grow up their blackness might become more apparent.

Interesting.

The kids have almost no trace of black in them.... is this right?
Well Ryan giggs has a black dad but doesn't look like it.

Thank God I didn't watch today.

ayodele234:
There is nothing wrong about driving a tokunbo but the issue here is that broke people are always the first to show off. Why should you claim to own a home that doesn't belong to you?

Where did Kate claim this house?

I'm more curious about madam calling you Mr Adeleye. OP what is happening?

PDPwayoo:
no matter the inflation. 1 billion naira is not a joke. only politicians, dangote and drug barons have that kind of money. ALL THOSE CARS THEY SHOW OFF, 90% OF THEM ARE TOKUMBO, RAPPED WITH RUBBER...tear rubber indeed.

I know you would be happy to own a 'Tokunbo' Bentley.!

Rahmonlee:
Story for the gods or perhaps the goats.. Na now you know say e pain abi? E pain you sotay u creat the thread? Hehehe If i dash you Free Airtel 1Gb IMEI wunt you flaunt your gills? Commot mak I see road jorwe..

Everybody no fit be like you.

teewhydope:

The process is so long you'll waste up to a month on it if not more than dat sef, unless you know someone to speed it up for you...after that you'll be updating your details frequently in every course you'll be offering in d new dept unlike others..and many more like that but all the same, every stress you go through is for the Good

thanks.

mrpackager:

Nice decision bro but i pray the give you your preferred course in d next list bcoz d course switching thing has many complications...

I see you edited disadvantage to complications.
Please tell me what the complication could be?

NezerLawren:
heard d change of course form is out, though one can only get it in d skul... and DAT it will soon close... seems Futa is not gonna make d COC public... also heard DAT most university did d same thing.

You think with their thirst for money, they wouldn't make it public?
If they didn't care about money, the jamb cut off would have been 200 in the first place, with such competition.

israelboy1:
wha yee the face na?

I'm not happy!

Does FUTA offer Industrial physics or physics electronics?

israelboy1:
nice decision bro, but....don't let me scare or pamper u......u hv to do more than what best can describe better as good......to swap from any department u re given to CSC.....

Keep d hope high bro......nd go get ur markers ready.....cos, i will soon be signed out....team CSC #aspirant

teewhydope:
As far as i know, we all dat made csc Supp. List last year runz it one way or d oda even after having good aggregates so "your bolded" can only work if you do the same even though you have to waste money on COC form.....

To enter csc no be by mouth my bro

Seriously I'm trying o.
Even came with a bros to see a Dr in FUTA today sef.

I think I'll stay in science if I have to change course, so I can attempt to switch to, CSC in 200l.
E no easy...i can't even think of another credible course to switch to.
