fabyom:
Musa Ahmed has done few but quite important things for our football. I could vividly remember the under 20 nations cup in south Africa. Musa was menacing and when his club decided to recall him all hell went loose. This guy scored that crucial goal in Kenya that set us on the road to 2014 world cup. Against the argies at the world cup two well taken goals. Against arsenal fantastic. Musa no all our players need us to stand by them. They qualified from the most difficult group dropping just four points.
Invite A today, invite B tomorrow, all those we had shouted their names for invitation what extraordinary things have they done. Nothing. Haaa Naija just cos of Serbia win over us we don they fear dey change mouth. Including myself!!!
We should trust and support these guys. They will RISE UP to the occasion.
Baba fabyom, check ur facts,it was oduamadi DT scored d goal, not MUSA

Oduamadi was brought in for Sunday MBA at exactly 73min,MUSA came in for martins earlier. wink

Off the top of my head.

1. Musa assist for Ideye against Mali in the 2013 nations cup

2. Musa cross for Nwofor in the Mandela cup.

3. Musa cross for Victor Moses against Algeria

4. Moses deep cross for Simon Moses against cameroon in a friendly game.
After 8years playing as 7 in Gwg,u can only remember 4crosses/assist,normally it ought to b much grin grin

Abeg MUSA no b am

how do you rate contribution to the team, this guy at some point was playing for under20, under23 and national team without complaining, in 2011 AYC Musa was playing that tournament and as well playing in Holland, travel back after each match.

what do you know about contributions to a team, you think is easy to boast 67 caps for a national team at 25 years. how many Nigeria players have 2 worldcup goals to there name, Musa started all the world 2014 qualifier games.

Bros you must not fly at night to be called a wizard or witch, to be happy about your follow man downfall can make you one
Me from day 1ne....am not fancied with MUSA style of play from day1,ko impress mi ri,it got to a point I keep questioning those at d helms of affair den and now in my mind DT what exactly does dis guy offer to d team aside PACE,football modern pattern has outlived DT scope, and his final third ball again,na die.in dis aspect, am talking abt d senior national team set up,not club performances,am more interested in eagles
Besyde I don't support Leicester or CSKA Moscow,d only match he impressed me on GWG WAS D MATCH WE LOST AGAINST ARGIES cool

The guy is having a bad form for some time doesn't mean he is a bad player, but your comment shows you have nothing but hatred for him, thank God you are not a football coach

We have many players better then him yes that's true, but please name a super eagle winger with good stats as musa at the age of 25 ?

Someone is a bad player according to you but he played 125 Russian premier league game as a winger and scored 42 goals, you are just someone with no clue and quick to type nonsense

Yes, even with that he was our best player at some point.. It is not as if the super eagles was a great team before rohr.
Super eagles were never a great team after d set 94 to some extent 98 set but I will keep saying it MUSA INCLUSION INTO D TEAM GOES BEYOND FOOTBALL REASON, if it were to b football reason alone, baba no worth bench, let alone of playing

Musa for long spells, was Nigeria's best and most dangerous player..

I do not like the disrespect been shown to him. He might not be at his peak now but his efforts should be appreciated.

The main reason why England national team is not doing well is because they go for any player that did way prior to the call up, every national team should have it core players and gently inject in new players gradually.

Musa is part of the core super eagles player, his the assistant captain, he has worldcup experience and for other non footballing reason like playing in Russia for some years will make the worldcup team if his injury free and can get some game time

In the last worldcup player like podolski was called up and was even starting games for Germany even after having a poor season with arsenal, because he was part of the core Germany team.
Podolski was productive unlike MUSA case,it seems u re not getting d point

Even as error prone as efe ambrose is,he has contributed more to d team Dan MUSA smiley

why are you using the word MYOPIC any how, Musa is not a bad player, his going through alot and need us. The dude has been a great servant for Nigeria, I believe he will get over this.
He's bro,d guy no sabi play ball from day 1 from my own perspective, he's just a lucky dude,we av millions of players better Dan him

Sone Aluko is a better choice than them because you can still play him as an AMF or SS. Even Peter Olayinka's stats is better than Samuel Kalu and Onyekuru in the Belgium Pro league before Onyekuru got injured.

However, Onyekuru is ahead because he is doing it again in his second season but not Samuel Kalu.
Any loop hole,na Aluko u go mention

Even if we re to replace Rohr,u will still mention ALUKO undecided grin

Please what does Ahmed Musa bring to the Nigerian team? Those two goals against The Argies,we still lost. What is unique about him. He should be replaced by Samuel Kanu, who is by far better than him and will add more depth and options to the Nigerian attack
When I say Musa is myopic, peeps here won't agree with me,somehow even said I av personal beef for him grin grin,d argies match we lost in 2014,is d only match most moniker makes reference to when dey want to defend MYOPIC MUSA,dts d only match dey can point to after almost 8years in d national team set up

As far as I am concerned, MUSA NO b player,he has never been impressive and productive to me,he lacks d basic knowledge of been a striker, asyde PACE,my guy no get anything,I don't knw y our ex and present coaches invites him for games

My updated 35 man list

I had to squeeze Samuel Kalu and Ebere Eze in somehow. We cannot afford to lose a fast rising talent to Scotland. The numbers to the right will be the final pics for each position to make the 23-man list. I think the competition will be fierce for all the positions. It will definitely bring out the best in them.

Was Eredivisie in the top 10 in Europe in 2010? Answer Yes or no.

Suarez was a world class striker with Ajax. It manifested in the 2010 world cup too.

Point still remains that Brender did not make Suarez world class player. Which ever way you look at it. Agree?

Why Messi won was because Messi's club played in the highest league(level 1) and that gave him 4 point while Suarez's club was in level 2 league which gives him 3 points. simple as ABC.
Will u keep quiet? In patience Jonathan's voice grin grin grin

First of all, there will be many Cathedral absentees including the Oranje, USA, Ghana, Ivory Coast etc

Further, this year's world Cup wouldn't boast of many top notch players unlike some previous world cups. Take Messi and Ronaldo out and all the other players are just ordinary.

The hosts Russia aren't a real footballing country.

Many national teams including Brazil and Argentina aren't in the best of shapes. Virtually every team is struggling.

There are very few star studded teams, the African reps the worst of all

In short, this year's world Cup is going to be very ordinary and easy to win by any serious team including even the African teams.

My opinion!
FALLACY!!!! grin grin grin,WHERE U put Germany, Spain, even France
