No system of government will end corruption, this will only make the State government more countable. Right now a lot of states base their plan on allocation from the FG. If that is taken away, the state government will now have to look internally to generate money which will make them think outside the box and thus bringing about progressive development. This in some way will make those people with great ideas and strategies to run for government and not just anybody with financial backing

FG controls resources and there's still massive looting, what will happen when states control the inflow and outflow of money ? Extraordinary looting galore , yes you are right we treat everything with ethnicity and religious affiliations but then every state with their own set of looters is constant K

Because of Federal Allocation, the state government don't usually have a clear plan and strategy for good governance. In a situation where a state is not getting any support from the central government instead the state is supporting the C.G. Each government elected will look for means to manage, control and benefits from the resources at its deposal be it Human or natural. There's no where in the world where looting and corruption doesn't exist. Man in his basic form is selfish and greedy due to our inert will to dominate, it's morality (our moral compass) that set us apart. So whether the Federal Government, State Government, Local Governments even Ward government is elected there'll always be some body that wants to have what's meant for other people.

"Each Region", we'll still have the same problems we're experiencing now. There'll still be a minority of people that will feel left out from government at least with state it's all the more manageable

When each individual state is allow to govern, manage, and control it's individual resources to the best of her ability while the Central Government protects the national territory and negotiate international relations then we'll move forward. Other than that every successive government policy will always be treated on the table of ethnicity and religious affiliation

Akwa Ibom would have gone far in development If Akpabio followed the initial lay down plan by Obong Victor Attah, rather he loot us dry and left heavy debt for us to pay. His greedy behaviour make Obong Victor Attah not to be happy with him. Udom spend his first term in office paying debt borrowed and looted by Akpabio

There's no administration even local or foreign that there's "looting" . You keep mentioning the supposed plan as if it actually exist. Quick question: After Udom, what's the next item on the plan?? You should know there are stages that are involved to move from an underdeveloped economy to a developed one. Akpabio wether you like it or not brought Akwa Ibom to the forefront (FE: when GOA was cheat beating about the flyovers in Uyo, Kwankwaso built a more impressive one but we didn't hear about it) not disrespecting the good works of HE Obong Attah which is why I said Government is a continuum. without that awareness we'd still be battling to be disassociated from being termed "Calabar".

GOA didn't deviate from any plan. There'a laid down plan for the development of Akwa Ibom somewhere. Attah, Akpabio and Udom have all contributed to the success of Akwa Ibom. Attah brought the funds, Akpabio brought awareness and Udom is leading the industrialization phase. Government is a continuum and that's what the above showed. It's why the Nigeria as a country is failing. Each new administration treats the old one as an enemy that did nothing when they should look to continue the good and go about changing the bad.

Our NIGER DELTA will be a hub, if we make strict humane laws early that will cebter on security, devolopment and equality..

Human development will be a very good factor to unvesi upon..

Imagine a place with airschools and clean fuel, with gas giving 24hrs eletricity instead of being flared.

We will build our cities the way it's supposed to be.. from the sea in ward!! That's how devolopment starts.. from areas with easy reach of tradepoints. And luckily each of the 5states have a fair share of the Atlantic...


Companies like oil companies, mining companies, telecommunications etc that are going to be operated by expatriates shall be owned by the government (The people) and thsse firms will only come to manage.. laws will make sure 90% of the workers must be NIGER DELTAN And 50% of the board members will be NIGER DELTANS .

Idegeneous firms will be supported to grow and later on take over from the expatriaites.

The country will make sure the potentials of every citizen is notices and built from the first day at school to the last with sophisticated but flexible educational standards that will accommodate skills and make education a place were one goes to aqquire knowledge rather than a place we have to pass through to get jobs..

As much as I'd like your idea to be realistic, if you look at thing from a broad perspective, it'll just be another Nigeria. Except each state is given an autonomy over its affairs with a Central Government that only act as an oversight of regional government. If it was that easy Huawei wouldn't be complaining or trying to get their HarmonyOS to work on their phones. If you sideload Google Apps. it fluctuates sometime it's working well other times it's not working

Downloading Google Play Services won't work. Even Google core apps usually fluctuate.
