Awww. never say never!! my advice to you both is that you should take some time off the exams and study . the exams are all about following instructions, having a good sense of timing, total focus and serious preparation with past questions to know the format. I aced mine in the second attempt. don't worry. give yourselves a month again but study everyday!!!!!!!!!!!!

Oooppsss that's not gon work. I'm sorry ma'am, but relax. I'll suggest you use E2 language resources on YouTube, those guys are dope. I used them for speaking, Writing and also reading while I used Cambridge books 1-12 for listening. Also, try and print sample answer scripts and work with them. I won't suggest you rush back and take another test now.
My first try in September 2017 was

L 8.5
R 6.5 (I asked for a remark, it didn't work)
W 7
S 7.5

I rushed and took it again 2 weeks later and flopped

L 8
R 7

Then I decided to chill and clear my head. I wanted to register for 14 April, but it closed before I could reserve a space, and I wanted to beat the 75k.. So I opted for the 21 of April, with a doublemind though, as I was thinking it would be hard. As fate had it, the questions were simple and the rest is history.
Long story short, don't give up ma.

Please you can use your Statement of Result. Alot of people here used it without any issues, including me. Saying it would cause delays is a very wrong assumption. Your application can be delayed for numerous other reasons.

I sent my Statement of result to WES. My documents have been under review for 10days now. But my brother's dashboard has changed to accepted on 7th day. (Transcript envelopes sent as one package).

Guess using SOR delays evaluation. I have written them, no reply yet.

Hello house, still on this wes verification issue too. Does anyone have idea on how to go about wes verification @ Usman Danfodiyo University, Sokoto? Wes have sent my wife's certificates + transcripts to the University since 29th March 2018 for verification. Her evaluation process have been on hold since then. Anyone with the contact of a person that can assist? Cheers

My was showing the same too. I sent a mail to them requesting for update on the documents sent to WES. They replied me yesterday. The response was that they cannot view my certificate. I sent another one to them today through hellofax.

My venue for the Speaking exam was also Colonades so I can relate.
-Be calm, this is maybe the most important thing
-Your invigilator will most likely be Nigerian and will probably have a fake British accent and talk with a sing-song voice, but do not let that throw you off. You do NOT need to fake an accent
-Pay attention to your pronunciations, especially word endings e.g. “that” should not be pronounced as “tha”
-If your exam is so close, you probably know the format already, 1st(introduction) 2nd(1-2min speech) and 3rd(Related or General follow up questions to section 2)
-It’s normal to be nervous just before you start, ease into it in your section one, the introduction, the questions are quite generic “Tell me about yourself and where you grew up” (Personally, I went in to the exam with a few ideas on what to talk about, my parents, siblings, the neighborhood I Grew up in..etc. that way my response was structured and coherent)
-You don’t need to use big vocabulary, use words you’re comfortable with it, the examiner can easily tell you don’t know the true meaning of a word
-I don’t think you lose marks for stuttering, they understand you may be nervous, don’t let it bother you, just be sure to correct any words you pronounced incorrectly or wasn’t audible
-I didn’t speak up to 2 mins in my section 2, I talked for about 1:30s, I didn’t think I had to, I felt I addressed the subject matter adequately. I am not sure it affected my score. I got 7.5
