I don't need to drag issues with you. I'm telling you what's on ground and you are talking rubbish. Foodstuff is very cheap in Onitsha compared to Lagos, Abuja. The only thing that's cheap in Lagos is Yoruba mama put which you can get as low as #100.

Yes, you can get 2800 if the seller has old stock. No place is cheaper and affordable in SE compared to Onitsha. Cost of accommodation, feeding, transportation, education(Pri & Sec). The only challenges bedeviling the city is deplorable road and too much agbero. I grew up in Fegge–Onitsha before my people moved to Awka.

Yes, garri, yam, fruits, egusi, ogbono are cheaper to buy in Onitsha(Afia coke, Main market, Ochanja, Ose) compared to many places in the East. If you can't stay and feed well in Onitsha, there's no other place you can do so.
