GreatSage:
EMEKUSBOY9 how well does Solar Energy System of generating electricity thrives in Ivory Coast.
grin light is not an issue for most states in ivory may be only very few states u can actually thought of.... A state like " SAN PEDRO " and the funny thing is that is like that is where their "sea port" is, and also one of the richest state in ivory coast, if not 3rd richest state in " ivory coast " They are also some few state that may be experencing little "black out"

But believe me majority of states can boost of 247 power supplies..

CONCLUTION - just work on "San Pedro state" then plan to relocate there

May be i have too think about writing some States in ivory coast ( no be every body get power for Abidjan...) grin ...

Emekus I have not read anything about the capital of Ivory Coast Yamusokro from you. Abidjan is not the capital. Thanks.
If u travel too " ivory coast " and u had not traveled to Abidjan, then u have not yet traveled to ivory coast...... Abidjan is what ivory coast is all about. But if you love politics and government then "yamoussoukro" is your vet grin

Have not been there but i know what Abidjan and their state capital is

That place is for politicians, that is too tell u that life there is expensive....

Is also nice place though

MERCHANDISER:
How developed is Bouake? And whats its proximity to Abidjan.

I would have preferred Abidjan, the reason is obvious but due to the high cost of living there and unfortunately anything that pertains to Livestock is not advicable to be situated in a residential or densely build-up area.
I would rather opt for a state/province that is in close proximity to Abidjan because i want Abidjan to be my target as regards to marketing.

I also want a place/city where i can get those fine babes cheesy because i'm also planning to marry one Gods willing.

Pls i dont know how to communicate in French, how i can i survive there? (sad)
Bouke is good but may not as developed as Abidjan... And houses are very cheap over there.

For the babes, they are everywhere even is more easier to get babes in buoake than Abidjan, because they dnt see Nigerians or foreigners often like Abidjan.

I know one or two cities close to Abidjan like 1 or 2 hours journey away from Abidjan that i went too soccer trial that time, but i need to remember does places then let u know later

I'm an Animal scientist.I'm plannning to establish a poultry, piggery and goat farm in Bouake.
Can the business flourish there?
How much do i need to actualize this?
Can i get a public room of 200k in Bouake for a year?
What about cost of feeding in that city for a month, can i give me an estimate.
What about cost of renting/leasing a small land/space(Like 20ft by 30ft)?

Can 500k actualize this?
Bouake, is where that business will flourish.... And for the house, yes you will find a place for a year with 200k

Yes 500k will be fine for renting /leasing a land over there

Iamicekid:
It ain’t high tho, when converted to Naira it like 25k to 30k a month for a self contain and we pay like 250k to 300k here for one year, so do the calculation it’s still the same total price if put together in a year..
Lol, i believe the word " cefa" is confusing to him. Anyway thanks for explaining better for him to understand
TravelRe: My Sweet "Ivory Coast" Memories by EMEKUSBOY9(op): 4:31pm On Jun 12, 2020
Good day guys..., like i promise to get some real fact on some question raised on houses and place to stay. i had made some few contact with my friend before today and also talk to him today to be sure of what he told me.

Firstly, you most know that the figures are in cefa and not naira, and by that, naira currency is above cefa ( not much gap although).

So let start with housing....

STUDIO ONE BEDROOM - 30-35,000 cefa every month. If u want to start... Some can take 200,000 cefa as (agreement fee) and every month u will be paying 30,000 cefa.

Also if you want the ones of 15 to 20,000cefa because it has (public toilet) hustler choice grin. . .... You can also get the ones of 25,000 cefa studio apartment that is good alone and with private toilet not public. But if u want a room & parlor then is 50-60,000 , some can collect 4 or 5 months cusion from you, and also take 250,000 from for agreement.

Also they are another STUDIO APARTMENT for 40,000cefa that is called " AMERICA STUDIO" grin that is big. So it all depend on how much u bring into the country for house . and again if u want places that is cheap in Abidjan that u can be paying like 30,000cefa or 35000cefa, but places like " Berger, des wit and a place called panama, dat is cheap! u have to be calculating ur transport from work to house( please not sure of those spellings is been long ooo) cheesy does places like the places i listed u can get a Room and Parlor for 35 to 40,000kcefa that is good with well furnished with ties.

For the BUSINESS - it depend on the business you are coming to do, but if you are coming from Nigeria is better to know the business you are coming with that u can sale & get ur money or if u are coming to do business in ivory coast you can come then look for business, and it's depend on your finance u have at hand.......

So guys, i believe i had done justice to some questions....

@deb07, give me time to answer the rest of ur questions.

See you guys later for another update.

Emekusboy9 I pray you get to the pinnacle of your football career. Sharing your story is a selfless act that will remain source of inspiration to us.

Last year I was discussing with someone about my intention to visit Cote d' Ivoire to explore business opportunities, but he painted the country as poor and I was better of exploring Ghana, even Togo. Now I know better. Thanks OP.

I will be contacting you via e-mail.

Please, keep updating bro.
I was touched to read that u had wanted to visit "ivory coasts" before but our mentality of "down grading " other countries just because of the name could not allow u to explore the business advantages over there.

If u can explore in Togo and the rest why not ivory coast?

Anyway i will be expecting the mail

HELLO GUYS,

Am here to write few things i notice in Ivorian people on a particular country called " Burkina Faso " ( Hate / Love)

I will be very sensitive / careful, not too write some of the critical aspect.

i don't want to curse political tension between this 2 countries.

So lets start guys........

Ivorians are the nicest people in my own opinion. And if u follow everything that i had been posting on my thread, you will find out that they are thoroughly.

But they are people Ivorians don't joke with, and also still love at same times grin . this people are from "burkina Faso" grin ( i hope am not sounding political) grin

The reasons are so many but as wise man i will just talk about the minor ones and leave the big ones for political science student grin ( i know get big chest abeg)

Before i start mentioning those reasons, you guys should know that the main Ivorians are very few, and meeting them is not that easy. That is too tell u that one country has taken over that country grin ( i no mention any country name ooo).

Ivorian respect other countries especially Nigerians, because we are very productive and direct labour employers.

Mind you Burkina Faso is pronounced as "Burkina "over there

But for Burkina people

But for burkina people..... They only have one mission there and that mission is too acquired Ivorian citizens and claim the passport grin ( na joke i dey ooo) grin please if u are from Burkina reading this am just translating what i know and feel.

Burkina people dnt bother about going too France, America, or any standard country...... All they just need is to enter ivory coast, then they are satisfied grin. i was shocked when i notice that the only country they got their remittance is only in "ivory coast " i saw this information on Google when i was still in " ivory coast " .

Just like Nigeria depend remittance from Usa, Italy , China some few other European country. But Burkina own is just "ivory coast " grin (why Ivorians no go worried about them.)

At this moment i was able to understand why Burkina citizens shipped cars used by Ivorian citizens to Burkina...
But believe me, the prettiest women in ivory coast are from "Burkina Faso" and Mali. But u won't know because they all claimed Ivorian citizens grin

Now lets talk on the LOVE

Despite all i wrote, Ivorian feel more safer with people from " Burkina faso" above any country in the world...., In fact, coming from Burkina Faso to ivory to them is nothing ( very free at border) the main reason Burkina are so much over there. If you are from Burkina Faso u are more likely to get married to Ivorian woman than any country ( forget the gra gra, Nigerians they do there) grin when it comes too their Muslim wedding is very hard for Nigeria or any country to take that trophy from Burkina hands...... grin

Ivorians, see's Burkina as same to their own citizens, no wonder Burkina easily get Ivorian passport....

Women from Burkina Faso and Mali are more likely to be fair than Ivorian women, so when u go there u are more likely u are dating Burkina or mali. And it may also be an Ivorian......

Anybody, remember a footballer from " "Burkina Faso " who played at the 2013 nations cup, his name is BANCE .......
That guy originally is from ivory coast, but he played for Burkina Faso. That is too tell u how both countries relate so well. Although they are neighbor's.

So guys, hopefully to continue from this same to topic or move to another new one entirely next time. See ya and God bless.

GOOD DAY GUYS,

Is another time for update, and today i will be talking about the "spare part guys" grin i know it sound like a name of a movie.

Any producer in the house can use this my memory about them to shoot their next project. grin

Now lets start..

We know them as spare part guys over there in " ivory coast " but to us we still see them as" oil money "

This are the best guys u can find over there in ivory coast... ( am not saying other guys are not good but we talking about being SHARP in the pocket) grin

No wonder most of them are NIGERIA UNION members.. and also they always have the best weddings in ivory coast grin. They like balling, and they love living life to the fullest. And one major reason why Ivorians respect Nigerians more than any other country over there. if u traveled to ivory coast today and when an Ivorian citizen call u " BUSINESS " he or she is only referring u as someone doing "spare part business " cheesy ( what a nice trade to learn)

But all this fame did not just happened over night.... This guys work so hard, infact they was once guys who sold clothes on the street and hawking this clothes around the market. "no be to they claim fine boy " grin ( even if u go claim fine boy make sure u are hard working ooooo)

They came into the country empty handed (am not saying u too should go to ivory coast empty handed oooo) cheesy am only telling u what they face and how hard they want too succeed.

Listen guys.........

Some of the big and biggest houses u find in the big cities are owned by this guys grin infact they are landlords and land ladies... Yes women too are into " spare part " business. but most of them never started big dealer they started from one business then to spare part business.

Spare part business, is a business u need a lot of money and also u must know about parts... ( u can start small although)

Another reason Ivorians love them is that they are direct labour employers....

99 percent spare part shops u see in ivory coast are Nigerians, and is dominated by mostly by one tribe (Igbo's) although they are still some tribes like the Yoruba's but not much like that.

An average spare part business makes million a day, if your shop is very equipped.

Am not saying or discouraging other people that want to go there for other business... Any business over there can make u a big man or woman if u are hard working but am just saying most of the richest Nigerians are " spare part united Fc" ( na my own way of calling it oooo) before calls go deg fly from Abidjan grin.

Guys see ya next time soon..... for continuation.
