pansophist: 4. A supportive woman.
.
A new government regulations can be enacted, and the industry of your husband's source of income will be wiped off overnight. It would be a tragedy for the whole family to crumble just because all the weight of livelihood is on the man. Such a woman is not an asset, but a burden. So a supportive wife is really really REALLY important. Non negotiable. Boss there was this thread where a guy want to be like you and you listed some books for him to read, you mentioned (Reflection by Marcus Aurelius) I tried to download it from pdfdrive.net but all I was seeing was meditation. I don't know if you can help me |

pansophist: If I were you, I'll just leave Nigeria to another ecowas country if I can't move to a developed country. Leaving Nigeria will expose you to a different lifestyle and experiences, and that's what being alive is all about, creating memories and experiences.
I mentioned ecowas countries because you automatically get right of residence base on the ecowas conventions, so no visa wahala. Depends on the country you choose, you'll automatically have peace of mind. So constant electricity, security, a unified population, where your income can give you a reasonable standard of living.
For that, I'll recommend Ghana and Ivory coast. Ghana if you do not speak French and don't want to learn it, otherwise, Ivory coast. I've been to both countries and mehn, if Nigeria gives the basic these countries gives (such as security, electricity, a stable currency), I swear, a lot of Nigerians abroad will move back home.
Mind you, many Nigerians in these countries are making it big. I don't know much about Ghana, but I'm sure of Ivory coast. If you for example go to Marcory, its populated by lots of igbos with businesses, youu'll think you're in Onitsha. Many have houses and drive big cars, without any fear of insecurity. Thank you so much for this. Gratitude |

Crime › Re: Why is Yahoo no longer consider as a crime? by EmeraldHash(m): 11:26pm On Apr 05, 2022 |
pansophist: Yahoo boys, pastors, prostitutes are all symptoms of a failed system, a destroyed culture, and a directionless future. It's easy to blame these boys, but where the work is, is for the leaders to lead by example without embezzling. It's heartbroken when you did all what society said you should do, such as going to school, but end up been paid an amount that can't buy a bag of rice.
Meanwhile, those without conscience are living large. Yahoo boys and oloshos are cashing out big time. It's heartbreaking. You're effectively punished for being good and living upright, so it's only a matter of time before you say, fork it, to hell with uprightness, let me join. Especially if you've lost your loved ones due to lack of funds.
It will actually get worse. This is nothing compared to what is yet to come. I remember ten years ago like it was yesterday. Nigeria was good, I mean good compare to now. One pounds (not dollar, euro, but pounds) was less than two hundred naira, now its pursuing eight hundred. So if you kept one million naira in the bank for example in Nigeria ten years ago, you're actually poorer and lost about 60% of your wealth.
A country where the future depreciates, instead of appreciate your assets is a failed society. Nigeria is dead long ago, but corpse normally doesn't smell immediately. Its smell badly and dangerously as times goes. From the constitution, the leaders, the amalgamation, it was set up to fail. Know this, accept it, or do something with it. But don't live in ignorance, its more dangerous. Nigeria, is, dead. What can I do with this truth as I am still an undergraduate |

Business › Re: What Can One Do To Be Financially Independent In 2022 ? by EmeraldHash(m): 10:46pm On Jan 01, 2022 |
Well I have a business idea but no money 1. There is this new university at okene, Kogi state (confluence university of science and technology) that just did her matriculation last year( 2 months) back. As a typist and computer operator, opening a Cybercafe over there this early and building the business with excellence and integrity will make you money over the long term.
2. You can also go into real estate, at the said university and buy land and buy accommodation, for rent. It will pay off. .3. You can also include POS business with it.
I don't have the money and I am also in my final year in school. When I graduate I will look for fund for this business ideas. |

Enoch3721: even commentator said that the city players are not getting booked. When will we ever have consistency?? No point in VAR when it's not even coming close. Fails to rectify the Jota decision vs Spurs but then does for Man City today, having failed to get the Ref look at the Arsenal shout in the same game. Bizarre. I'd rather potentially dodgy but entirely human decisions in the heat of the moment decided these things than this current circus. Copy and paste from BBC sport. Shiooor |

Celebrities › Re: Kate Henshaw Hits The Gym With An Amazing Physic (video) by EmeraldHash(m): 3:15pm On Dec 26, 2021 |
pansophist: Don't be deceived guys, hitting the gym is just about 15% of what she does to look fit. Where the hard work is, is the food. If I want to loose 5kg in two weeks, I know what to eat, even if I don't hit the gym. Food is the most important aspect of weight loss, not gym. Gym tones the body, but food cut the fat. And not slim tea please. Infact water is more healthier than that tea.
I respect her, because defeating your taste is one of the most difficult thing a adult will ever do, but again, it's a crucial step to self-development. You have to deny yourself lots of foods your system crave, and eat for functionality, not for satisfaction. To have a healthy relationship with foods, and that food should serve as a tool to weaponise your body, to make you healthy and strong. Let food be thy medicine. Please how can one eat for functionality. |

Celebrities › Re: Everything Is Important Until You Get Sick – Rita Dominic (Photo) by EmeraldHash(m): 11:41pm On Dec 14, 2021 |
pansophist: Me I hardly get sick (except recently I had food poisoning) Believe it or not, the last time I was in the hospital, I can't remember. Except for my yearly medical checkup and quarter dentist check, I don't have any business with doctors. I don't drink, smoke, do drugs, even to drink cola sef, I'm super wary of it.
Its impossible for me to eat without vegetables, and I try to restrict carbohydrates to hundred gram maximum daily. I have skipping rope, weight checking machine, and run at least 3x weekly, 10km at least each. I feel super light, healthy and strong. I dont struggle much, but my six packs are so defined. I don't even look my age at all.
On top of that, I still have an health insurance, that if the worse happened, funds won't be a reason I won't have medical care. I'm doing all these because I love myself, and simply because health is wealth. And guess what? People will treat you better, respect you, because its evident that you do that to yourself. Charity begins at home. How I wish I can live like this But you need money to live this kind of lifestyle. Not for undergraduate |
