Not some empty brain politician that will be disgracing their ancestors up and down. |

Why cant they just explain in your refusal the reason for denial. Must the reason be made known only when you order notes Teemenzo: Hello my people, long time no update. Its your boy Teemenzo grinding on a low key.
Had to drop this for a friend, she has three kids and would like to go with the girl among them but the issue in her application is quite complicated. Let me explicate.
She once applied for a visit visa when she still had two kids, a boy and a girl. She was refused the visa. When she ordered her gcms notes, the VO's comments questioned why she wanted to go to canada with the eldest child who is a boy and not the girl.
So right now that she wants to apply for a study visa, God has added to her family with another boy of about 2 years old.
So guys how will you advice her to go with her application?
Any answer will be appreciated. Though in my own understanding, i believe canada aloready has her info so i told her she has to go with the girl and the last born as the girl needs a mother to take care of her due to her tendencies of been molested if not properly watched and she has to go with the toddler because he needs his mother at that age.
Abeg help me da si oro yi. God bless you all |

Kidsister13: How screwed up am I?
I am an Oct applicant. Few weeks ago I got a document request mail for my new passport data page as the passport I used will be expiring in August 2022. I had gone to renew my passport since Feb but yet no hope as everyone is saying there isn't any booklet.
I was given until 13th of April to send the data page or write back. Apparently I am going to write back. But I am just worried, will this become a problem for me or should I keep the hope alive. I am greatly disturbed. Where are you processing ur passport?? It's obvious u didn't go for express process. Pay some extra token and u will get it in 2 weeks. No booklet stories is for those that ve refused to do express. |

makano: Hello Mofolam
The bolded docs are no more compulsory, especially IELTS.. Many applicants still submit MBS cos of its flexibility compared to printed SOA, But its not compulsory as some applicants still submit the printed SOA cos not all banks provide the MBS service.. So if you submit a printed SOA its still very much allowed...
Peace Oh so IELTS is not compulsory? Especially if the school does not require it?? |

Anon123: 1) The evidence of employment required is her present job role. What you will have to do is work on getting employment docs that shows is currently either employed or self-employed (business CAC).
2) It is important she includes her own bank statement. You can transfer money to her (at least $10,000cad living expenses) and include a gift deed from you. Thanks this is very helpful..........God bless |

Anon123: 1) One of the many requirements to meet if you are to be granted a visa approval is proof of work experience in the intended course. She is also expected to include proof of current employment status like employment letter etc. Therefore she has to have these otherwise she will be denied based on purpose of visit- Emoployment history/situation. This only increase your chance but nobody here can guarantee you success
2) Google can give you clues on how to draft but ensure he includes the amount, date it was sent(as it reflex on her bank statement) and why he is sponsoring her with such amount. Have it stamped at a court as well. Thanks Anon....See my additional comments that requires response please. 1) She actually did work in the bank from 2011 to 2014 but truly she stopped to have kids. As the bank job was contract based with Diamond bank then. Can i present evidence of bank job. But then what best way can i explain the gap in work experience (she was doing business all this while) 2) The money my brother sent is in my dollar account and not hers. As i will be standing as the sponsor as her husband. Must i put it in her account? or continue with mine?? |

Ketima: Hello Emilo,
My opinion though:
1) I want to sponsor my wife for 2 years PGD at Norquest, Alberta. She has been giving full admission and we have paid for tuition deposit. She has a long gap in education and no work experience. We agreed to have kids and later she will continue with education which is now. She has OND in Accounting and the course at Norquest is Business Administration with majors in Accounting. What's our chances at PPR?
Is the course at Norquest a PGD or Oridanry diploma? With just OND, if she goes for another OND or Diploma, it will not be seen as an academic progression because with the long gap in studies and no tangible work done, you're going to hinge on academic progression. So, I would say let her go for an advanced Diploma or PGD if that is possible to secure with an OND. But not that nothing is impossible with God. many have chosen courses below their previous course and still got PPR Again, age and study gap isn't an issue so long it can be justified that she wasn't just idle doing nothing throughout that long gap. Please never state in your SOP that you guys agree to have kids that's why the long gap. LOL
As per chances, once you put in good application, provide solid proof to back up whatever thing you mentioned, then the rest is in Gods hand.
2) My younger brother in the US wants to support us with 10 million to add to what we have. I see from here that we need a gift deed to prove the fund source. How do we go about with that?
Please gift deed isn't a document to use prove source of fund. To prove source of fund, if he is employed, he needs to show employment letter, payslips, ID. Also needs to attached saary account to back up the payslip. If is into business, Certificate of registration, Tax clearance certificate, waybills and reciepts of buying and selling etc
All the best Thank you so much @ketima. Pardon me for the error. We actually got admission for Diploma Certificate not PGD. And we used waec for it. Do you think I should maintain with waec for the application to the visa office? And be quite about the OND? To demonstrate progression from WAEC to Diploma certificate. |
