We are 1 month old today...I just can't top thanking God, my baby was just 2.2kg when we went for our first immunisation but look at us today, God's grace has been well sufficient for us, my baby growing big and strong everyday..

Yea! I am 37 weeks today o, my pelvis wan burst but I know it's all for the dday. My prenatals is finished and I don't plan on buying more, will try taking fruits daily. I have not been doing exercise o, been to lazy to even walk around, hope it won't cause delay for me o.

The placenta is usually disposed of through burying after birth while the umbilical cord falls off after some days or a week at most. My baby's own is still in the bathroom and he'll soon be 2 yrs old.

I think you are suppose to time the minutes in between the contractions. That's the end of one contraction to the start of the next contraction.

cappo, present here. I finished shopping today but mehhhhhhhhn it was not funny. I thought I won't spend much as per second birth but I ended up spending over 20k. I don't get mentions whenever you do roll call though am suspecting it's because you didn't space my moniker from the dots. I see myself as a potential porter sha o (lol)

The crazy and scary thing about these ladies is that, they know the man is married and they use all their strength and power to keep him. They know what they are doing is wrong but that's a choice and decision they've made for themselves. My hubby always post my pic and lo's pic on Facebook and as his whatsapp dp but I was shocked when I saw his chat with a lady on Facebook. He was suppose to pick me in Jos cos I was scared of travelling straight 7-8hrs to Abuja. They had planned to meet in Jos but sharp me told him i will make the journey straight, he shoukdnt bother coming. When he slept that night, i logged into his facebook acct and blocked her contact, I deleted everything about her and then I felt satisfied.
We really need to pray for our homes seriously, that lower part of their body no dey hear repentance and holy living.

The pap stuff is fairly straight forward just take a spoon of raw pap directly! You can take it again in a few hours if it persists

How is the fresh Ekene Bobo doing?

So I was able to register for antenatal yesterday at 34wks 4days, babys position is now cephalic though I will go for scan next week after my antenatal class.
Also, itching from no where showed up yesterday, I was able to endure not until this afternoon. My jajaina was so itchy I became uncomfortable and ended up matching around the house just to avoid scratching the place so, I did a warm sitz bath, water and salt mixture (I hope its safe sha) and that was how I got relieved. Just finished another one and am already smiling to bed.

So yesterday I had the longest journey of my life. I travelled Abj to Gombe and it felt like I sat in the car for more than 24 hours. My waist and pelvic region just dey pain me anyhow. I just have to submit my annual leave/maternity leave letter this week and go back home jare.
