Nice idea. It'll also curb the excesses of the tribalistic people on here... who wud even go as far as derailing a sport thread with tribal comments.

Before we start talking about how "substantial" those figures are....we should take note that they spend the dollars in the states too....the economy there is diff from ours. the arnt gonna spend d money in naira.
All the same, the money is OK but I think most of all, its patriotism and good institutions that actually makes them more effective than our folks in black back home....
