this present Nigeria challenges is beyond restructuring, the country should be shared into three or four parts. I don't really use WordPress, so I don't know the solution to your problem.

But from my little experience working with WordPress, those stuffs within square brackets are WordPress short codes.You can read about them here:

I'm guessing you probably installed a plugin or theme with broken short code.
