in law it is legal to collect such loans and not pay back. If u discover a law mistake or loophole, you can utilize it for your benefit. As it stands, most loan apps are ruining an illegal loan business. So when you collect their money and not payback, you are not breaking any law. If you are owing them, don't pay them, they should fold up and go. The ones they have collected from poor Nigerians so far is OK.
