being a graduate from a higher learning institution can help you get loan in some mfb but you must go through their process if any ... some even demand your certificate as collateral . some give as much as 2m depending on your grade and course or mfbank. and I think it's only CBN accredited microfinance institutions do that.

I will commence construction on large fish farm estates/village in ALL the states. Minimum of 3,000 plots of land, with each plot having at least 3ponds. 3000plots * 2youths * 37 states = 220,000 jobs. Asides, massive construction workers, security men, et al. Atleast 300, 000 youths should be engaged immediately. Make a strong mechanism for selling products too. This way, marketters, drivers, food proccessing experts, etc will be employed!

He/She must possess effective communication skills, verbal and written; socially confident; respond positively to change; Teamwork skills and be Customer service oriented.

2. Secretary: Candidate must have at least one (1) year experience in the role and nit be more than 35 years old. He/She must have a B.Sc/HND in any discipline with a minimum of Lower Credit.
