Gurus in the house. Please for someone that reapplied after first application was denied, is there a duration ? Because I was thinking the process is supposed to be faster than the first application because documents have been reviewed the first time.
I just checked now and found out that only the only updated message I got is that I passed my medicals 2 days ago.
Please any idea of duration for 2nd application ? Its 5 weeks now. Make una help me I don dey tired.

The VO already spoke about insufficient fund even with 22 million balance.
My tuition balance and living expenses was 18million but I only made it reflect in the account for 5 weeks while decision came in 8 weeks.

I will like to reapply for my Study Visa this January although the funds I used for the POF the last time was moved out before a decision was made.
The 2nd reason for refusal was that my current employment situation does not show I am financially established in my home country.

I am self employed and I think my SOP wasn't well detailed to explain that. Although the business is just 6 months registered but operating since 4 years ago.

I am getting another POF from a MFB but coming into my account meaning the money will be domicile in my account as I am going to submit my bank statement.

Which narration is best to describe this lump sum ?

I am just down and experiencing sleeplessness.

I don't think the response is from IRCC. IRCC does not give response on Saturdays. Try to confirm please

Bro I can't answer these questions I swear. I am self employed and I submitted my cac and tax certificate. Although my POF was 22million closing balance and I have paid 5k out of the 11k that was my tuition deposit.
Though my agent said he's going to address the issues and reapply.

Guy, sorry about the outcome.But why the hurry?. If it’s a January resumption, defer it. Order your GCMS notes so you know the specific area to address. The general mail has issues with your employment and finance. Are you employed? Did u include pay slips, employment letter, letter of introduction from your office, salary account whether it is PoF or not?

I just got my response from IRCC. I am currently SAD at the moment.
Although I used an agent and this happened.
I am planning to apply myself by next week.

My start date is on the 9th of January.

Sorry about your ordeal. But you should have deferred before or on the last day the school gave you to provide your LOI. Like I did mine, it's better safe than sorry.

I got approval after my enrollment date has passed. Unfortunately for me, the school has withdrawn my admission and there is no deferral option for me even up to year 2025. I don't know what to do next. Please anyone with advice on the way forward should please come to my rescue.

Bro you better defer. I was to resume on 8th January as well. My school even were the ones that suggested I defer if it's taking too long for IRCC to reply me.
The following week I just applied for deferment and in 3days, they granted it. So I will be resuming in April now.
It's better to be safe than sorry

My resumption date is Jan 8, 2024, and I haven't even gotten any update from IRCC regarding my application. Heck, it still hasn't even started eligibility check despite biometrics and upfront medicals done (none of which have been updated so far). Gotta get you guys advice/suggestions here. I am thinking of deferring to May 2024 if I don't get any response from IRCC by the end of the week. Thanks so much boss. How do I know if IRCC will need to see my updated statement ? I Instructed my bank to send the soft copy of the statement before before sending my application which they did because I was charged. I also printed out the hard copy.
Please help me understand better.

Only if IRCC need to see your updated bank statement if not you are safe so far the bank statement is not edited

Boss I hail. Well in my own case, what happened was that I unliened the account then print the statement and send the soft copy as well with bank reference and after that, I liened it back.

Walk into the bank and print out your statement of account. The amount placed on the lien will reflect, "There is nothing like lien funds". You can use it for your application

Good evening chief. How true is this because I am scheduled for biometrics on 9th of November and it's too far. I asked my agent to reschedule but his saying I should just go with that date and my school is demanding for my visa on or before 4th of December.
What should I do in this case ?

To reschedule and appointment is very tricky but simple.
Just reshuffle the last four digits of your biometric Reference Number, then submit it back. You'll get appointment immediately

My program is just a year and my agent said I need 20million as POF which will be stocked in my account for a month because I am using my existing account as my sop will be carrying sale of properties and running business. I want him to apply within the time frame the money will be in the account but he's saying he will apply after the 1 month that the money has reflected. That was the reason for my question.

Ircc do not and can not ask your present account balance they only verify the geniuness of your statement of account you presented. If your remove the money just pray they don't ask you for updated statement of account. This only happen in rear case.

What do you think? If the acct has been verified before the money was taken out then you don't have to worry if you know for sure the account has been verified, but if the account has not been verified then the money was taken out and they send a message or call for verification, just be expecting PFL
