WriteerNg:Lol. In other words, they will take the displaced gazans. Slaves |
Dvdpity: ![]() |
WriterrNg:That is if they will live to enjoy it or have them. Why not send your family members with these mouth watering contract. |
WritterNg:Lol May we not accept visitors that will chase us out of our house tomorrow in Jesus name. 75 years ago, these guys came crying to be accepted but now, they are saying the indigenes should be relocated. Broad day light robbery and no one is talking |
freakyamanda:Most of these guys are on USAID payroll |
WriiterNg:I guess he is part of the media USAID pays regularly. Nairaland is on their payroll |
mikeapollo:I expect bank interest rate to fall too, abi. There is no point keeping it at 27.5-28% from Cbn and 30% interest on loan from banks. If TB rates are dropping, inflation rate dropping, then the normal and reasonable thing to follow is bank interest rate. It will be fraudulent still keeping it high |
Youngzedd:There is a thread for CP on nairaland. You get updates there. I am in that thread too |
pansophist:You even gave her attention. She called me out also and called me monkey face but I am used to ladies like her here abusing me for saying the truth so I just skipped. Come to think of it - if ladies who just came to this earth and for no reason have taste and levels, for no reason are been given gifts, money, helped with car lift and so many more. If they can be discussing among themselves about how Kemi shouldn't date Jide because he is not in her level, she is more educated, earn equally or more, beautiful or dated someone financially better than Jide in the past, So why do they think a man shouldn't have taste too? Why do they think a man who has worked up the ladder without help and against all odds shouldn't have taste or class or levels or requirements? If a lady without anything can have it how much more someone who has paid the price to have what women have for free? So they expect him to be cheap? Without taste and just pick a random girl on the street? Most Nigerian ladies who travelled abroad will never look back at their boyfriend in Nigeria and they justify it by claiming she has stepped up but wants a guy who travelled out to be grateful of coming to pick a local girl back home? |
luminouz: ![]() Hypergamy is a bastard. It is not as if the girl is even beautiful like that. You never marry? Oboy, time dey go oooo, do make you marry make you born 7 kids ooo.... Lol |
If you are financially stable and from a financial stable home with long history of exposure and social life, you will hardly settle with a common woman. You will have taste and a bit hard to impress due to long history of dating ladies who regularly buy you gifts to show their love and take you out even though you are doing that to them too. Many women hate these set of men because they have taste and know what they want. Most women want rich but low esteem men who are just satisfied getting sex alone because when a woman meets a man with taste, she knows giving him sex alone is nothing and will start putting pressure on her which they don't like |
We need to separate categories of financially stable men we have to that we won't mix them up. Even if you are doing fine, long years of scarcity, background, exposure etc all play a big role in your decision making. A man from a poor background with long years of struggling and scarcity will quickly marry his heartthrob if he experiences breakthrough. He will quickly settle for less even though he could have gotten something better that will match his new status because that is what most women will do anyway. I connected my immediate brother to a lady who works with me and looking for a husband. After about 6 months, I asked my brother how far the relationship is going with her and he told me they are no more talking. Calling the girl, she was very angry with me that I rated her low. That my brother is too low in everything for her. He is just a driver in Dubai earning probably 200k then while she is a second engineer earning 1.2m. I had to beg her and closed the case. |
JESHAL007:It takes a great self-esteem and self-integrity to chase a bad mannered woman out of let a cheating wife goes if you are poor or struggling. I have seen many situations where poor men begged their cheating wives to come back home, they will settle and fix the issues. He has forgiven her before. What options do they have again? None An Elder in our church informed the church executives about his wife moving out of their home to a herbalist. How the woman got to the herbalist, only God knows. Rumour had it that she do go there to do juju until bush meat (herbalist) catch hunter (wife), Some said the herbalist used juju on her. The story be say, herbalist don collect assistant pastor wife wey get 3 kids already and the husband was in the emergency meeting, crying and telling the executives to help him in the situation to beg the wife to come back and also beg the herbalist to release his wife. Him go manage am like that. Will a financially stable man do that? Hell No |
JESHAL007:I Believe Nigerian Men that are Poor "BEGGED" their Wives before they Agree to MARRY Them. If you are rich or wealthy and have to beg a woman to marry you, then the issue is not about financial situation rather esteem issues. If you are financially stable and averagely social, you will always have atleast 2 ladies in your hand at every point in time. Ladies are not hard to get nor scarce, main issue for men are financial and long time of scarcity. When a man has been exposed for too long to scarcity - inability to date for a very long time or no girlfriend for a very long time, it makes him appreciate little or no gifts or efforts from ladies and he is scared of losing a lady even if she is bad mannered. He is ready to manage or endure her. He will be ready to take her bullshits. Just a little kiss, he will always remember it or a little gift of singlet. He will remember the gesture for years. Something no one has ever given him. |
WriterrNg:They are not fools bro. Long before now, the so called middle east was engulfed in wars and battles for domination. If not for the US military bases scattered in Saudi, UAE, Qatar and co, countries like Iran or turkey would have either taken all these areas or install families loyal to them. You think the Saudis and others don't have families grumbling and eager to take their position? The US and Isreal in the background have been doing a nice job eliminating these guys, putting some in prisons while so are on exile. That was the reason US threatened Saudi that if they take their bases out of Saudi, it won't take up to a week for the other families to tumble their regime with the help of Countries like Iran or Turkey etc. This is the reason Saudi, UAE, Qatar and co will always be kissing the US and Isreal asses even if it goes against the Arab nations. They are securing their royal seats and future for their unborn generations. You no wan make your grandchildren they swear for you say you don chop your own life finish no plan for them come they suffer |
Sunrisepebble:Please how do you buy stocks on LSE and transfer to NGX? |

How do you buy on LSE and transfer to NGX? |
Sunrisepebble:Did you check their operating cash flow ? |
History555:They will go back to it if they don't have any meaningful means of surviving after coming out of prison. I know a yahoo boy that started doing yahoo back after 6 months in prison. No job, no rehabilitation and startup capital to start something after sending him back to the society, no technical skills learnt in the prison like carpentry, electrical/electronics to be able to fit in well into the society |
franchasofficia:The west won't want to do that because they know how many billions of dollars per year these thieves bring to their countries |
franchasofficia:This visa denial really pained the Nigerian political class |
ositadima1:My 1-meter challenge
|
KarlTom:Reason why I am not moved about the stock. The P/E is too high and am not convinced about their earning growth and quality |
Lioness5280:Let's start from the grassroot - The Family. The smallest unit. Why are the rich guys in the family always resenting the poor? mostly avoiding them and giving arms length. It is because from histroy, the poor have a way of over burden the rich - -i need money please, my kids have been chased out of school. - I need money, my wife is in the hospital and about to give birth. - I need money, my landlord is about chasing us out of the house for rent etc They will want you to be the one training their children or staying with you. Even in a country, the economically stable states would be overflooded with other people from other parts of the country Lagos is overflooded with people from other parts of the country including the Yorubas from the hinterland or how do we say 10% of a whole country stays in Lagos, just 1 state out of 36 states. 22m people out of 220m. So also rich countries around the world are being flooded with citizens of other countries whose leaders have failed them. The US is deporting many back, UK is trying to keep them off, Canada also likewise Saudi Arabia and many more. Just as we will hate our family members regularly disturbing us of enjoying ourselves, envying you to crash and become poor like them to feel what they are passing through, always jealous of your nice car, beautiful house/mansion and other things, saying we are family yet you are looking at them suffering while you can accommodate them and enjoy together rather you are the one doing it alone. So also with countries. That we are all blacks and Africans doesn't mean others should let their guards down while you over-burden them. Birds of the same feather flocks together. Brilliant guys follow each other in school as groups while avoiding the dull guys. Rich guys and kids mingle with each other while avoiding poor kids. So also rich countries. They mingle with each other, issue each other visa free entrance while shutting out the poor countries. It is the price to pay for not putting your house in order |
Lioness5280:Hmmmmmm I see that you have really taken alot of your time to study Nigeria politics. I agree with most of the things you have been writing. Everywhere in the world, the countries with good economy always resent the poorer countries that wants to overflow them - from US to Canada to UK to South Africa to Saudi Arabia, Qatar, UAE etc. I will discuss more about this tomorrow |
emmanuelewumi:Better ooo. Can't just fathom the effect on retail investors |
Mutual funds are good and less risky type of investment. But one needs to know the calibre of managers that handle them before investing. If you are new in the market, to participate in this form of investment, you need somebody that will introduce you to mangers that have been tested in the management of such funds. So mutual funds are good for beginners and aged people who dont need to take high risk. I learnt that SEC and NSE are planning to force retail investors to invest in mutual funds rather than investing in ordinary shares of a company. I don’t think it will work, because investors all over the world are given the freedom to invest in whatever company they want. Mutual funds really is good and less risky. It is recommended for beginners and those that do not have much knowledge about investment in stock market. I saw this on a WhatsApp group. How true is it that SEC/NSE want to weed out retail investors and push us to mutual funds? Does it really make sense? How will there be liquidity in the market without retail investors? |
