Is there any hope for pnp as a lawyer

Good day,
I'm already in the pool. Please how do I apply for PNPs. I'm thinking about trying that since the FSW draw doesnt want to come out.
I'm a lawyer by the way
1. Are they taking people through PNP or is it on hold for foreigners like FSW
2. How do I apply for PNP now that I'm already on the pool.
3 If I get nominated in a PNP and is not taken, does it ruin my chances of the normal FSW.
4. Can I do PNP and FSW at the same time.
5. Is this FSW ever going to return or are we all dreaming

guys please what should i input for the above question when entering the pool. mind you i dont have a representative or an agent right now because im doing everything myself. but i dont know if i will have one tomorrow, if i select yes to the question, does that mean only the representative can get my details in the future and if i select no, does that mean i can never ever use an agent

Please how much tax will this type of company pay.
Small company.
No physical office.
Build apps and websites and makes money only from in app purchases and apps.
Barely makes up to 30k naira a month.
Heard vat is 7percent to be paid monthly. Is it something u can pay automatically from the bank through ur account or u need to physically go to firs monthly.
Also heard u dont need to pay CIT since income is less than 25m.
Is there something else I should know.

For number 3. I started in 2017, wrote final exams in 2019 and got results in 2021. So should I just write 2 years or Two years or what. How exactly should I write it

Hello, please i need help in filling my express entry profile. What should i input here.

1.Since what year? (required)
Am i supposed to select the year and month i started my masters, ended my masters or was awarded my masters degree

2.This is my current study (required)
It asks for yes or no and i don't even understand the question at all.

3. Complete full academic years.
It states when you click the question mark buttton -You must enter the number of full academic years you completed, supported by a final transcript.
How am i supposed to fill this. My masters session was 17/18 - 19/20 but i was awarded the degree in 2021. How and what should i write exactly.
and i'm i supposed to upload a picture of my transcript? there is no place to do that here

for the number 3 i have aunt in canada, my mum's half sister (sharing the same father). so i know i can tick that one.
However, while doing research, i found out that the only family that can give u CRS points are parents and siblings. So im wondering,
1. whats the use of actually adding the aunt to the list here.
2.if i do add her, what documents will i need to show to prove the connection since she her and my mum are now both married and dont have the same surname anymore.
3.Is it worth the stress? since she wont add to my score or im i wrong and she can help in someway.
my CRS score from the calculator is 475

This means that the money is yours . It's best to get from parent before application and keep it untouched in you account prior to ITA and the whole process . There is more to this . Pls read up as the question has been answered more than 10millions times on this platform.

Just wrote my ielts. Want to start gathering my papers down. I'm a 27years old lawyer who has been paid with cash since the beginning of time. So I know I will need to get a letter from my boss stating that i work there and how much he pays me and also a salary certificate which I will notarize. What other documents can I keep now so I wont be too stressed later on. Do I get the salary certificate and letter now or wait until ITA. Also since I dont have the money I'm getting it from a family member. My other question now is, if a family member gives me a gift deed. Do I also submit hes 6months bank draft or its only mine I will submit with the deed.

I'm not a VO but whatever bulk amount you are depositing should match your earnings, ideally.

Aside from your POF, you need to show a work reference letter, which should include your annual salary. If you're depositing 1m monthly while earning 500k then you need to do a LOE.

Again, everything is at the discretion of the VO

i make less than 150k in cash monthly and im aiming to use a salary certificate when its time to show how much i make monthly.
If i wait till my ITA reaches and i sell one of my properties to get most/all of the money (maybe a couple of weeks before i apply), what documents should i show to showcase where i got the money from. Is a deed of assignment and my bank statement with the money in it good enough? Is this even a good idea? or do you think the gift deed is better. I know u r not a VO. just want to know your view.

So I'll say put any amount you want now and grow it gradually.

By the time you receive an ITA (at least 3 - 4 months from now cos you're still evaluating your credentials and IELTS), whatever balance is left you can get a gift deed or even get 100% gift deed.

Whether you land Canada alone or with your family, you need to show POF for your entire family. Google POF requirement online.

From what u wrote. It means I can get half of the money in the acc and half in the gift deed. Or am I wrong?
My other question now is, If I'm to put the money in my account, is the 6 months calculated when the amount is complete or not.
For example, if the target amount is 10m. And I put 2m monthly starting from January. Will the 6months start calculating from May( when the amount combined is now 10m) or from January.
Please help with clarification
