I don't see the Supreme Court reversing itself.

They can reversed themselves,they said in their judgement that is was premature for David Edevie to file a suit against oboriewori because it was too premature because as at when the case was file PDP have not submitted his oboriewori name's to INEC and that it should have been done through writ of summon and not the process David Edevie team file.

From their judgement it shows that the right process was not followed to determine whether or not he should not be Governorship candidate of PDP so the case was dismissed.

Now that they know what made the first case to failed they have now start a proper process to the case.
