Mine,all d gals saw my face d may not have looked at me straight but I ended up collecting numbers and had sumtin with them...if d didn't like it,d wouldn't have given my numbers.I even had bankers,nurse thru dis way but that was many years ago.

5 times a certain number. Let that certain number be u so 5*u = 5u.
2 times another number. Let that another number be v so 2*v = 2v.
So take away 2v from 5u = 5u -2v gives 15

The sum of the two numbers ( u and v) is 6(1/2).

Thus u + v = 6(1/2)................... equation (2)

Convert 6(1/2) to a proper fraction = 13/2

Plug it back to equation (2)

u + v = 13/2............ equation (3)

Clear fraction in equation (3) by multiplying all the terms on both sides of the equals sign by 2.
2u + 2v = 13................. equation (4)


Now we have

5u - 2v = 15…....... equation (I)
2u + 2v = 13............ equation (4)


By method of elimination, add equation (I) and equation (4)


For u terms:
5u + 2u = 7 u

For v terms:

whichever way ...u have accepted biochemistry..I suggest u try and love it and make the best out of it just Incase u don’t ever get a way out...because at the end, the biochemistry certificate might get u into medicine or pharmacy later thru direct entry...u will now be regretting u ddnt do ur best to make a first class or a 2:1..
..... condition has landed u in biochemistry, continue like u have no other option.... Keep doing jamb and if u get medicine u can leave Bch...And if not....BCH is not that bad.. a first class or a good 2:1 will do u some good....

Most of the greatest medical scientist in the world are bicochemist, biologist and microbiologist ....my brother did Bch, he’s abroad now doing his PhD in one cancer research like that..
... first he got a scholarship for masters, he came back home... I nearly killed him for coming back to this shit hole... but he has gon back on another scholarship for 4yrs....he too wanted medicine initially but later got Bch...

Exactly, I knew from the start. Most peoplejust go into medical field because of money (job opportunities). Biochemistry is a basic medical science (Bms) course just like anatomy, physiology, pharmacology, etcetera..
Think beyond just money, you can finish bch and extend to genetic engineering (hot cake course). P. S:- Biochemistry pays well abroad. You can get millions of naira per month in the US or even Canada.
