Good morning everyone!!! Hope you all slept well Brand new week. Let's not give place to hate. Wish you all a prosperous time! #muchlove |
It's been sung everyday but deaf ears is what we have. No one listens. Brain drain is actively going on in vital sectors. Our loss is their gain. Treat your workers like humans, no. If it is to appropriate billions of dollars to grant amnesty to unrepentant terrorists we will gladly support. One day you'll all wake up and demand for your L.G chairman to treat you guys. I urge the govt to do the needful before it is too late and irredeemable. A word is enough. |
memories1:Me too. ![]() |
engrelvis:Na now you go know say hotspurs be mace thieves. Just dey watch match |
![]() Her best bet is not appearing before that panel. The wise would understand my words. You want to bring down a master in his house. You must be stronger than them. Unfortunately, she isn't. If she shows up, dead on arrival will be her story. Like aunty osagie, which sort of help where you actually requesting? |
Leonardo Jardim is my safe option. Working conditions of arsenal won't be a problem for him. I hope they make a dependable choice not for short term. Meanwhile, if we end up sacking zizou (I hope he stays), pochettino should come bernabau. Would be nice to see his brand of soccer in Spain. |
I hope Tottenham win. Those boys deserve a trophy. They've done well. |
IBBG:My brother I get your points. Without doubts they're quite thorny and I wouldn't want to wish them away by a flick of my hand. But I know he's been in around the political arena, right from the days of M.K.O Abiola of blessed memory. I also believe others will still declare their intentions. But what I will not settle for is anyone who has played a prominent role in our politics from 1960. They've has their opportunities and I've seen what they're capable of doing giving the number of times they've had to steer our bold nation in the right direction. But I still ask? What has this experience done for us? Has it made our leaders better? Has it made them more responsible? Have our experience about lives from 1960 change the way we run democracy? I do not feel comfortable towing that direction considering its repeated mishaps. Check it, every one of them didn't just get into the office now, this is not their first time, they've been around long enough, what has the experience done for them? Nothing! It has only emboldened them to feast on our commonwealth knowing nothing will happen to them. I'd rather go with fresh nitwits who are willing to work. Let them get their own experience. |
Chikita66:NL mods are broke. Now answer your question yourself |
agbonkamen:Chai. You mean it is elastic? Like it can get bigger or smaller all at the push of a button? Sister tell us where you 'see' this kind preek |
If this is what an emotional intelligent lady sounds like, then frankly I'm unperturbed by comments I read from female monikers on NL. I'd rather I ended up with a slay queen than this flea afflicted with low-self esteem. As if giving out your kpekus decreases the life span of any man out there. |
enlady:You're right. Perhaps a peek into how he intends to carry out these plans won't be bad. |
The first picture absolutely killed it for me! Made my day! |
Don't forget the real aim of a manifesto. It is not your goal. It's just a reflection of your goals, alongside the unwritten code of reality attached to it. It's just something to aim for. They just try to get around there as much as they can. No one gives a manifesto and achieves it line upon line. |
enlady:My sister, don't you think it's sometimes necessary to think outside the box? I mean think about it a little. Do you think these things are not possible? Considering what we are and have? Or is this a matter of 'job experience' because os last time I checked, some set of people have been around the corridors of power for the last half century, if not more. I'm not going out on a limb for him oo, just saying don't just discard like it's a waste, just ponder over it a bit. See the big picture |
IBBG:I see reasoning in what you say. But last week Saturday I listened to him on radio discuss about his ambitions. He insisted he does not want to run for governor or senate. He said those whose calling involve those positions should do that. He's got his eyes on the top job. I don't really know so much about him, use to read Sahara reporters back then though. But I'll run through his profile and ruminate. We need to be seeing feasible but daring visions not rhetorics that don't lift a feather. We need to see plans, not accusations. We got to be very careful. This is a very crucial point in our democracy. |
Well I dropped my opinion on a similar thread yesterday. All well and good. But I still assert that it is easier impeaching him than defeating him at the polls. |
Epistles upon epistles Grammer flying here and there Ndi NMA and Ndi Johesu Nawa oo Lemme continue to sit on the fence sha. I dinur know that we can blow Grammer like this Let us be writing to Mr presido na, maybe he will now know that we may be 'educated' small. My slay queen is one call away. Carry on my pipo! |
enlady:He has no ideology. You cannot ask for stone to produce an ideology. He is incompetent and unfit to occupy any position of authority. No wonder he refuses to talk back home. He doesn't consider it worthwhile exchanging banter with uneducated and lazy folks back home, considering the assortment of education he has had. Has he written any book? Has he carried out any research? What are his antecedents? What's his budget for education over the past three years? We have descended to a point of mediocrity, anything goes. A president has the temerity to say 60% of Nigerian youth are uneducated, can you believe that? Which of his children completed education in Nigeria? Which of the hospitals does he patronize here? That man has a mentality that borders on disgrace. |
Whom the gods seek to annihilate, they first make him go mad. This is a president that hardly speaks to Nigerians here, I dare anyone to show me evidence this president has organised any forum with the nigerian youths to understand their plights. This is a president who brought a horde of SANs to defend his nepa certificate. Any opportunity he has to go abroad, he displays his crass stupidity. Funding for education is the lowest in years under his tenure. This is a president telling the world to invest in Nigeria, at the same time telling them that the youths are unwilling to work. Which right-thinking foreigner will want to invest in an environment that boasts of the uneducated labour force unwilling to work? I have no pity for nigeria. Go out and see MSc holders drivin Keke napep and okada trying to survive. Go and see the frustrations on their brows due to the incompetence of our leaders. I am no longer willing to understand what a government which continually employs 'dead' people have for nigeria. I am disappointed, amazed, perturbed and morally disturbed by the occupation of the seat of power by this set of uneducated illiterates. The president must be impeached. He has nothing but insults and bigotry to offer. He feels every other person is guilty while he is innocent. He is a disgrace to the black race. I hope he answers for all his crimes against humanity. Anyone who supports this moribund administration is also guilty of his crimes. I'll stand by my words any day. The president has brought suffering and neglect on Nigerians and still has the temerity to insult us. When he comes back he switches over to that useless 'body language' that reeks of stupidity and shame. Let him bury his head in the sand. He is worse that the proverbial ostrich. PVC cannot remedy this malady, he must be impeached. Our continuous survival cannot be guaranteed till 2019 if he continues in power. Never. He is a disgrace to every nigerian. |
When a man has decided that he has a vision to achieve, a dream, a goal, he sets himself a task. He will try all within his means to accomplish that vision. Even if he is defeated, he simply dusts himself and wipes his furrowed brow. He knows he can do better, so he decides to try harder. He is focused. He is a veteran in the art of conflict. Do not expect to defeat him when he steps into the ring. He has tasted enough defeats. He knows the pain and anguish it brings, along with a time for sober reflection. Why don't you try and stop him from entering the ring in the first place? That's a better idea, I presume. Impeaching him is a possible route. He'll only get stronger approaching the D-day. Confront him outside. If he's in, it's not going to be 50-50. Take that feeling I presume again. Check it out. What are the chances you'll be given a fair-play? Oh! You think he'll give it on a platter of gold? Common... I presume sha. Nufin do us. |
Ekweremadu said the house may shut down They have fought now Mace has gone This cannot be true |
Nudity sells. |
Please sir more power to your elbow as you seek the position of governor of plateau state. Afterall we have people with 'classified' ages running for electoral positions. Sir, age is just a number. Chance all those people calling themselves youths and enthrone yourself. All the best sir. |
SoapQueen: ![]() But why is domestic violence perpetrated by women on the increase? Any clue? |
Stick to the bible. Let God be the eventual judge of man as he stated. I'll not judge any man again. But understand that on the final day, people will be shocked to their marrows on God's take on man and his actions, irrespective of our worldly standing. |
Amarabae:Please take geepee tank and cry us a river. After crying, sue us to ICC, Hague. We'll meet you there! |
Someone says she knows them. Let her reveal their names. This is the 'list era'. Publish their names ma. |
Why do I have this weird feeling that education no longer pays? |
I don't know if I'll regard mine as heartbreak but I probably think it qualifies as one considering how I felt in the aftermath. I was good. Ideal. This is back as an undergraduate. Next thing I know, she's gone. Why? A friend told her I smoke. It was one of the most ridiculous moment ever. She never asked a question. Never confronted me. Just left. Do I smoke? Was her friend lying? That's left for Mars to conclude. I was heartbroken. |
We pray no one gets surprised tonight. May the better team go through. #HalaMadrid |
