Guys give the OP a break, i have witnessed this first hand. The year 2007, the place unilorin faculty. That was when course registration was not done online and we had to queue. Nobody is saying that Men don't have erection or hard in situations like that. Most of us do (most of us control it).
But the ejaculation. Maybe our sex organs don't all work the same, but I believe and man needs some level of comfort and concentration to ejaculate. And standing position takes longer we all know.

Even if the girl didn't notice initially, she would have noticed prior to or during ejaculation. I don't know if people still maintain composure during ejaculation, but there's bound to be uncontrolled jerking which would definitely attract attention.
