2. US- Isreal's intelligence pact is same as Nigeria-Interpol's. It is purely intergovernmental intelligence sharing agreement. PURELY INTELLIGENCE GATHERING.

3. Pantami doesn't have any right to enlist Nigeria in any EXTERNAL ASSOCIATION without THE APPROVAL OF THE NASS.

4. Pantami doesn't have any rights to share our data to any UNAPPROVED ASSOCIATION. ASSOCIATION OF WHOM AND FOR WHAT ?

No matter what a law enforcement does without legitimacy is illegal. The reason a government would monitor or interrupt a citizen is "allegedly" for the purpose of security.
Isreal-US is same as Nigeria-Interpol's intelligence sharing. Such is applicable within inter governmental intelligence agencies.
But in a situation whereby a pantami- a mere govt appointee would single handed share our data with an unknown Association of Islamic countries under whatever agenda is criminal and culpable.
