Abraham is Aramaic and Hagar is Egyptian. So how can their son Ishmael be an Arab.

The confusion is in the name Mariam or Miriam. Also note Mary the mother of Jesus and Aaron do not share any ancestral links so she can't be his sister. They lived thousands of years after so how is Moses Jesus' uncle?
