Sometimes ago I used to follow and get updates from auctionexport.seeing some fairly used car at good price but the moment naira crashed against dollar, I bothered not looking at it again because it seems exorbitant when exchange rate is put into consideration for importing from America. So I think the hike in clearing price is partly due to fx rate.

If a potential buyer can be found before shipping it would have been better, so that the money wouldn't be tied down for long after shipping.
