❝The Muslims help their brothers among the Jinn to obey Allah and His Messenger [ﷺ] just as they help their human brothers. Humans may also be a source of help to them in some matters without their realizing it. They may help them to obey Allah [Exalted be He] and His Messenger [ﷺ] by teaching and reminding other humans, for the Jinn may attend and benefit from the lessons given by humans in the Masjids [mosques] and elsewhere. Humans may also hear some things from the Jinn which benefit them; they may wake them up to pray or draw their attention to things which may benefit or harm them. All of this happens even though the Jinn do not make themselves visible to humans. A Jinn may make himself visible to some people when pointing them towards something good or something evil. This may happen, although it is rare. Usually they do not appear to humans, although their voices may be heard on some occasions when they wake a person for prayer or tell him of some things.

In conclusion, the believing Jinn help the believers even though the believers may not realize it, and they love everything good for them. Similarly, believing humans love everything good for their believing brethren among the Jinn. They ask Allah [Exalted be He] to give them everything good. They may attend lessons where they love to listen to the Qur’ān and knowledge, as stated above. The believers among the Jinn benefit from the lessons given by humans, at some times and in some lands. All of this happens and is well known. This has been clearly stated by many scholars whom the Jinn contacted and asked about some issues; they told them that they had attended their lessons. All of this is well-known and Allah [Exalted be He] is the One Whose help we seek.❞

See you quotey this Sheikh and we have no problem with it. But if it is other way around we would be criticized. As to what the sheikh said, is very true. i experienced it before. Usually fajr time. it happened to me 2yrs in a row . It happened in 2014. I would hear a knock quietly and in most cases i wake. Sometimes i hear knocks quietly but i am btw awake and dream. i sleep off but just before fajr is over i heard the knock on my door like loud bang. i jumped off my bed quickly to make wudhu.

We know that crooners like to downgrade some of the virtues of Quran by coming up with fictitious claims. They strive hard to make Quran look like a mere novel. Sheikh Bilal Philips is one of them. He downgrades virtues of numbers. These people are so funny with their half baked ilm. Yet you see them go to hospitals and doctors use POWER OF NUMBER to calculate state of pregnancy, to calculate timing of disease like cancer stages. And they believe the doctor. But if a muslim does the same he is seen as "fortuneteller". Yet they have no problem with scientist telling them hurricane is heading southwest at xyz date and time. Some doctors even forecast death of patients by calculating NUMBERS and arrive at their conclusion. Imagine what muslims could have achieved by being the leading vagabonds in science and technology if only the crooners understand wisdom embedded in the kitab ?

Truly they(western) are not perfect . Sometimes their calculations fail them. Example was Libya Gaddafi's brother who lived another 3yrs after revelation. Sometimes their calculations are accurate but doesn't necessarily mean they know the day and time. That's why doctors say "you have 6 months to live" base on their calculations. Alas! client dies within time frame. Example of this was wife of disgraced US senator John Edward who died of cancer and also Ted Kennedy. These are sciences of Qur'an that these bid'ah crooners are working hard to trash.

Western world understood these from Quran and stole them from us. And we still have muslims who are one eyed condemning these islamic sciences called "Imo Ijinle" by yoruba folks. What really upsets me the most is that these people believe doctors telling them that patient on life machine won't die unless if the machine is disconnected. They are so much worried about Muslim "forecasting" judgment Day. Knowledge of JD is known to none other than Allah. So if a muslim is forecasting JD, he/she is simply extreme. But to downgrade power of numbers is even worse. Also we need to distinguish JUDGMENT DAY from LAST AGE. The two are different. it is very possible to "forecast" Last Age due to many numerous ahadith but not JD. Many medieval scholars wrote books on numbers and the use of them. It's too late to come up with nonsense in 21st to condemn them.

This is similar case experienced by a sheikh Rabiu AbdulMalik Adebayo in osun state. He and his colleagues went to Osun state for janaza. Getting there, and walking around the city, group of women in white cloth called 'Osun worshippers' approached them and asked for money in the name of Osun.

The sheikh said they (alfas) kept silent and kept walking until one of them said "please give us for the sake of God". The sheikh said "right away we stopped and give money".

He talked about this experience during his lecture about giving for God's sake only. And that there is no need for asking which religion xyz belongs to as precondition. But obviously they are religious people called Osun worshipers. Maclatuniji was right about that.

Sheikh said further that the women are well aware they are Muslim but 'they chose to beg us in the name of Osun which we are against'.

Have you ever felt like this world is too noisy for you and what you wish for is just to have your tesubahh and leave everything to a place more serene. With respect to your concern, there seems to be something similar in the Quran answering your question, the dua of nabi Sulaimon(as)


He said, "My Lord, forgive me and grant me a kingdom such as will not belong to anyone after me. Indeed, You are the Bestower." [35:35]

It is also reported in the hadith that nabi(SAW) released Jinn that was disturbing him after he remembered dua of nabi Sulaimon. This is why i dont support detaining them for no reason.

The word of God (Quran) is de facto source of guidance for everyone, the holy prophet (saw) inclusive. The holy prophet (saw) never acted or said outside the decrees of the Quran, whether we are able to trace his acts & sayings to the Quran or not.

So, the sahabas based their judgements upon the practices of the prophet (saw) & hence in line with the Quran.

So whoever is going to bring anything, then it must agree with the Quran since the acts of the holy prophet (saw) & that of the sahabas did not & cannot cover everything.

So whoever has his act in accordance with the Quran, such has adhered to the sunnah of the prophet (saw) & that of the sahabas. Their sunnah is nothing but the Quran.

Bid‘a is introducing something alien to the religion & the religion is based totally on the Quran.

shaking my head for you man. This is right of the prophet. You are using shia argument for cursing some sahaba. Their evidence is that Allah cursed some of them and He instrcuted believers to also curse wrongdoers(amongst muslims). We are not even talking about non-muslims.

So i argued with them that it is only right exclusive to Allah. You're doing the very same thing they do. Calling them pigs and other names is not appropriate. Shia are muslim and the nonsense propaganda that some of them dont believe Quran is complete is rubbish. There is no such thing. Whatever is written by some people who made the claim does not proof anything. Many sunni scholars have been to Shia headoffice (Iran). Shia ulama denied such claim.

That's enough to believe they are muslims. Sunnis too have silly stuff in their text which make them "deviants" in the eyes of the Shia. So you point one finger at them, nine others come right back at you.

The idea that bcus nabi (SAW) called deviants name is not excuse for any muslims to do so now especially in this critical time. This is like calling for anarchy where everyone calls other muslim derogatory names just bcus their views dont conform with theirs.
