For me, I think it depends on your body. Just make sure you study yourself and make sure that you know the time your body reacts to some conditions.
I normally have itchy skin after birth since my primary education but I found the solution in my secondary school days.... I noticed that after taking my bath and I put on another bathroom slippers immediately I would have itchy skin

If I stand or walk barefooted on sand I would have itchy skin so I make sure that I sweep my room before taking my bath.
