What that statement means for example u applied with a start date 15th February, and by 15th February u haven't gotten AD. You cancel it.

Am also in catB, I applied since October no response. Each time I call them, the lady will tell me "anytime there is available slot I will be contacted". The zeal to go to the school don tire me.

Nigerians I admire our resilience sometimes what does one do with an admission from german university without visa? very few people has gotten Ad yet people are still sending documents to Germany, there are other European countries that are not so bad like Sweden and Finland even Norway this is not to discourage anyone I’m just stating the facts if I knew getting Ad would be this tough I would have explored other options rather than wasting funds and time .

I support your statement 100% and it's better we look at those other countries even apart from these one here you mentioned
Before they also close their borders to us I made this suggestion here some weeks back and now I've gotten my admission to another country

I can feel why you're pained about this AD and I do not wish the German embassy blacklist you but your actions of inciting others into joining your 'rebellion' against the German embassy is bound to sabotage other people's visa opportunities. Worse is you insult people trying to talk some sense into you.

Someone has just suggested trying to contact the German ambassador to Nigeria. Why not channel your brain into contributing or maybe improving such positive suggestions?

But of recent now i notice thier processing time have change do to much applicants. They need to be more patient, lots of people use the Turkey embassy. Even Turkish residents as well as nearby countries.

But it will be issued. You still have time so be patient since the school resumption is still ahead and let keep hope the best

I also kept thinking same. Why is there no one from this platform getting date... Only "I know someome". There are people from here that applied Cat A since late Oct to early Nov and don't have date yet. This is not doubting those who said they know people, it will help us to know what they did and they are getting dates (during winter app, people were advised appropriately).

I think this is the first time summer applicants are facing this issue even with the low population of summer applicant. It's already Jan 15th and schools resume March(less than 2 months). When will dates come and people do interview and then the processing is also there

I think the email booking system still remains the most efficient (except for the now added clause of fully blocked account) as it ensures the embassy knows the Enrolment deadline stated on the AL before giving dates and it also ensures there is no clogging of any system or any category. I wish the embassy will release a statement of any kind (just any statement will do)


I do hope we get dates and our struggle and sacrifices for Admission are not wasted and most importantly our troubled mind is put at rest
