2. We have INEC
3. We own Military and Police.
4. We have the officials.
5. Why are we not going to rejoice.

Pls where is engineer boat and tonye barcanista. All of them av gone on exile. Pdp av been defeated since. I said it that nothing will come out from the judgement today. They will loose in wide margin. Even tonye is no more speaking for them again cos he knows d downfall of pdp is at hand. Instead of them to settle the issues amicably, they are busy jumping the court for favors that will not favor them. Supreme court has d final say. Jimoh ibrahim av went to supreme court and seek favor and at the end of the day he was favored in supreme and now d court uphold its justice and affirm sheriff as d substantive chairman of d pdp. they are now jumping the court that will not favor them. As far as next week saturday is concern, Aketi is winning d election in landslide victory.
I've move on. No RETREAT no SURRENDER.

Winner never Quit, Quiters never win.

SatanicReporter at it again.

One begin to wonder. A news outlet that had been silent on The Appeal since the beginning now suddenly wake up this morning saying Olusegun Mimiko will get the judgment he has paid for today.

The question one need to ask SatanicReporter is that.
1. Is it Mimiko that tell Nwofor not to file his briefs of Arguments.
2. Is it Mimiko that direct Nwofor Notice to file 2 separate shambolic briefs of argument against the law.

Nairalanders can we now see what's going on

Dont you think that the 3rd challenging Poroye for using the same Counsel to represent PDP case he take to court before abang. Poroye appoint counsel for appellant, the same Poroye appoint Counsel as defendant in the case he takes before Justice Abang ).
is irrelevant since a good judgement (pending) on 1 and 2 will deal a bad blow on sheriff/porooye and jimoh ibrahim?
Yes I totally agree with you.

And moreso more the same scene to will.still played out for the 3rd appeal as Nwofor and Sherif lawyer are not ready for any appeal, all they are after is disband, disband.
