and what are the implication of the other cases...please explain to me

All of them are important and are interlocked. One affects the other.

1. Jegede vs Poroye (Jimoh Ibrahim) challenging his substitution by INEC based on Abang October Ruling.

2. Markafi and Ben Obi vs Poroye and Others ( Challenging Abang judgement of June 29) which ruled that Poroye should be recognized as the Pdp state chairman.

3. PDP vs Poroye (challenging Poroye for using the same Counsel to represent PDP case he take to court before abang. Poroye appoint counsel for appellant, the same Poroye appoint Counsel as defendant in the case he takes before Justice Abang).

In his response to Nwofor's respondents brief, Olanipekun says when an appellants files 2 briefs, The law rely on the second one. (Gambo vs Gutigi)

Sheriff-led PDP Counsel, Oluyede aligns with the briefs of Nwofor, expresses inability to get it ready at the material time

INEC counsel, Anih says the commission has no stand on the appeal and would be relying on the court's guidance

"Thanks for filling your briefs, we have nothing personal against anybody, what we are after is justice and decorum" - JustiJustice Salauwa tells Nworfor after filling his briefs of arguments

Nwofor added that his alternative is that if the law allow the Court to proceed imspite his earlier position on its Jurisdiction, he has no choice but to adopt his briefs of argument and prayed that Ahmed Markafis appeal be dismissed.
