NFFGG: in short, the case had been concluded. is that so @ engineer boat Olanipekun had close his case. Poroye lawyer did not have any brief to address. Though he seek for extension leave but the Judge declined his leave plea. He was hoping that The Appeal will disband itself. |

I guess Poroye's lawyer and Ibrahim's lawyer are just acting a pre-planned script.
They are both of the same sides, but forming adversaries in court just to delay the court processes. 
Nigeria's legal system needs serious overhaul. Its a delay tactics but Justice Salauwa is to their match. This is a test for the Judiciary really |

Justice Saulawa says the duty of the court is to do justice to all. He says his panel owes it as duty to hear Ibrahim's motion 1st.
