@ engineer boat, is JIMOH and POROYE Lawyers still in court? am also aware that JEGEDE has adopted his brief. pls confirm to us the status update.

I guess Poroye's lawyer and Ibrahim's lawyer are just acting a pre-planned script.

They are both of the same sides, but forming adversaries in court just to delay the court processes.

Nigeria's legal system needs serious overhaul.

What is really happening in that court? Why is Poroye’s lawyer opposing Jimoh's lawyer? Are they not in the same camp or is it part of their plot to stall the substantive suit from being heard? Secondly, what of the motion filed at the Supreme Court? Has it been taken? If not.. . What really happened in that court for almost 3 hrs they sat before the adjournment?

The court has decided to read a ruling of the SUPREME COURT In respect of a decided matter in the case of Agumogu vs NJC . "Can ang application be brought to this court to truncate the proceeding of the court on appeal to the SUPREME COURT without giving the supreme court the full opportunity to hear the matter. It is important not to take matter heard in peace meal".
