APC failes to take note of even their own various court cases at the various levels.

Here are some few of those states
PoliticsRe: Presidential Tribunal: A Brief Analysis Of Atiku Final Written Addresses by engineerboat(op): 4:36am On Aug 22, 2019
Atiku’s legal team also played on them calling up and submitting electoral documents from every PU before the election, making the other side believe this was to compare the manually collated results with the electronically collated ones; but then shifting to just 12 states.

So basically, the results challenged at the PEPT by the Atiku team are from states where Buhari was allocated massive votes:

Bauchi
Borno
Gombe
Jigawa
Kaduna
Kano
Katsina
Kebbi
Nasarawa
Niger
Yobe and
Zamfara.
PoliticsRe: Presidential Tribunal: A Brief Analysis Of Atiku Final Written Addresses by engineerboat(op): 4:35am On Aug 22, 2019
What they failed to realized is that Atiku’s legal team led by Dr. Livy Uzoukwu had ambushed them with the agreement to conduct the proceedings within a certain time - 10 days for PDP/Atiku, 5 each for each of Buhari, APC and INEC - they expected the time was short for Atiku.

The ambush snuck in from the PDP angle was that they agreed that nobody would object to evidence being tendered from the bar - rather than through witnesses.

In almost every election petition that succeeded in Nigeria - all the petitioner has done was to prove substantial non-compliance in the places where the other side won the elections massively; Buhari/APC/INEC were badly misguided in expecting PDP to prove it everywhere.
PoliticsRe: Presidential Tribunal: A Brief Analysis Of Atiku Final Written Addresses by engineerboat(op): 4:32am On Aug 22, 2019
Buhari/APC lawyers assumed that to prove substantial non-compliance in the petition challenging the flawed and fraudulent February 23 Presidential election, Atiku had to prove non-compliance in every single Polling Unit across the country to make it substantial.
PoliticsRe: Presidential Tribunal: A Brief Analysis Of Atiku Final Written Addresses by engineerboat(op): 4:31am On Aug 22, 2019
From the final address of Buhari/APC/INEC, it’s clear that they have a shockingly misguided view of how substantial non-compliance is proven, very shocky

In their position, they went on and on about how large the entire Nigeria is.

Yesterday all the Parties to the Tribunal adopt their written final addresses.

The Panel Judge thereafter adjourned for later date to deliver judgement.

What we'll consider here is a dissect on Atiku ground of appeal at the Tribunal.

Hehehehe. Comrade fire on. Leave them to their technical judgement for itt is obvious to even them that justice was denied.
They seem to be deluded that section 131 and section 318 of Nigeria constitution as amended, give rise to section 138 of electoral act 2015 as amended.

They failed to read the detail interpretation of the constitution and their lawyer failed to do that.

Na me go come help them.

Even their lawyer was even pleading not to see buhari as a Certificate less presido, .

Chaiiii.

Buhari got more than he can bargain for.

He had been threatening people with 50 SAN before.

Olanipekun was seriously helpless that he had to sheepishly said, the media is portraying Buhari as not having certificate,

Abeg how best can one show you have certificate

Festus Keyamo deserves a full minister of Justice or Police affairs. This embarrassing position is not cool for a very loquacious irritant of his calibre.

Why did Buhari picked 2 Muslims from kaduna, 1 Muslim each from Kogi, nasarawa, adamawa and Taraba where Christians are the majority population of those states??
How would Kano double ministers all be full ministers while most southern states got mere "minister of state"?

This religious imbalance is injustice and provocative.
Imagine FCT with less than 30% Muslims is having 2 Muslims ministers? Same for Agric?

Haba mullah buhari!!

You lack comprehension.

If the military seized Buhari certificate during a coup and a witness ignorantly says they were not required to submit certificates .Who lied?

BTW,the words of a witness a can never be taken as the gospel truth against that of a respondent.Only the court can determine who to believe.

It will be very stupid to expect the court to declare that Buhari lied under oath just because a witness said something in contradiction.
You are very funny honestly.

Your witness said your claim is falsehood and youre telling me thay will not count against you.

I want to believe that you are educated enough to know that:

1.The constitution is supreme to any
electoral law.

2.Buhari had not breached the section 138e you've quoted and it is even absolutely irrelevant to the fact that Buhari was well qualified to run for presidency.

3.What would be fundamental in nature in respect of section 138e is forgery.The fact that Buhari claimed his certificates were with military cannot be said to be a lie because a witness said they were not requested to submit certificates.Even that cannot be fundamental as to the qualification of Buhari,since the law did not require submission of certificates.

It is quite comical and very clownish to expect the court to declare Atiku president based on Buhari's qualification
Chapter VI, Part I, Section 131 of the constitution states that a person may be qualified for election of the office of the President if:

They are a citizen of Nigeria by birth;

They have attained the age of thirty five years;

They are a member of a political party and is sponsored by that political party;

They have been educated up to at least School Certificate level or its equivalent.

A person who meets the above qualifications is still disqualified from holding the office of the President if:

They have voluntarily acquired the citizenship of a country other than Nigeria or, except in such cases as may be prescribed by the National Assembly, They have made a declaration of allegiance to such other country;

They have been elected to such office at any two previous elections;

under the law in any part of Nigeria, They are adjudged to be a lunatic or otherwise declared to be of unsound mind;

They are under a sentence of death imposed by any competent court of law or tribunal in Nigeria or a sentence of imprisonment or fine for any offence involving dishonesty or fraud or for any other offence, imposed on them by any court or tribunal or substituted by a competent authority for any other sentence imposed on them by such a court of tribunal;

within a period of less than ten years before the date of the election to the office of President they have been convicted and sentenced for an offence involving dishonesty or they have been found guilty of the contravention of the Code of Conduct;

They are an undischarged bankrupt, having been adjudged or otherwise declared bankrupt under any law in force in Nigeria or any other country;

being a person employed in the civil or public service of the Federation or of any State, they have not resigned, withdrawn or retired from the employment at least thirty days before the date of the election; or
They are a member of any secret society;

They have been indicted for embezzlement or fraud by a Judicial Commission of Inquiry or an Administrative Panel of Inquiry or a Tribunal set up under the Tribunals of Inquiry Act, a Tribunals of Inquiry law or any other law by the federal or state government which indictment has been accepted by the federal or state government respectively;

They have presented a forged certificate to the Independent National Electoral Commission.
