I really hate the situation of the country now and the regime but Atiku is taking us for a fool ride. By law of engagement before inec can do anything with electronic transmission it has to be very glaring to not just the contestant but also the voters . when I voted all I did was thumb print, I did not do any electronic voting hence no inec can come tell me my vote was transmitted electronically. Also inec can set up an electronic backup or anything they may call it to aid transmission but with the situation of this country no sane person will want our vote to be electronically. We can't have e-voting system just yet . the communication system is not sufficient for this and that nullifies any electronic voting process . I say Atiku should face his fears of defeat and save is the unnecessary polity heat up. Yes you can have a voters verification server and system and not have an electronic voting system that should include transmission. Have heard before that in United States of america votes that where conducted manually where transmitted electronically??. We can only transmit votes electronically when we have e-voting. Because somebody that voted manually is not expecting you to go behind and enter result they are not aware of. Assuming the way votes are counted at polling unit and pasted there for verification , inec showed details of electronic transmission to the voters too and agents then we can have a case. But if in the manual authentic result we have A and electronic transmission we have B then we have to discard the electronic transmission because it's not authentic

Are you aware about Why INEC set-up Vote transmission.

Go and read again and listen again to INEC chairman on why they set-up Votes transmission.

Nobody will show you what is transmitted.

E-tramission and Manual transmission is meant to

1. Cub tampering with the results sheet between the polling unit the the final collation center.

2. If you are aware that the result is already in the INEC HQ, you dare not tamper with the polling unit result because you will be called to question what happen to the result submitted at the polling.

Under cross-examination by the respondents’ lawyers, Gbenga said he was engaged by the petitioners to analyse the results of the presidential poll in 11 out of the 36 states of the federation.

Fielding questions from Buhari’s lawyer, Olanipekun, the witness said he was not aware the petitioners conceded defeat in eight out of the 11 states which their presidential election results he analysed in his report.

Asked, the witness said he was unmindful of who won or lost in the 11 states, in order to be able to do a professional and unbiased job.

He said he had not gone through the pleadings contained in the petitioners’ petition.

Olanipekun also asked, “But are you aware that you have given them a margin of win in 11 states that is more than what they are claiming in the 36 states excluding the FCT?”



Responding, the witness said, “I am not aware. I worked on documents provided for me.”

Asked, again, he said he was not aware that the petitioners conceded defeat in Katsina State.

“But by your analysis you gave them victory,” Buhari’s lawyer said.

Asked, the witness said he had been receiving trainings in data analysis but had not been certified.

He however said he had previously been engaged by the World Health Organisations, among other organisations.

He confirmed that he was engaged to do analysis of results of the election in Yobe State.

He said the Yobe State job was the first he ever took up in respect of elections before his engagement for the presidential election.

Fielding questions from the All Progressives Congress’ lawyer, Lateef Fagbemi (SAN), the witness said the job he did was not something any literate person could do as suggested by the lawyer.

The witness also said he was aware that hacking of websites was a global phenomenon.
