A young man delivered a dazzling lectures at NYSC Orientation Camp Nkewere LGA of Imo State that changed and determined my passion in life.

He titled the talk “The Jobs Are No More, So Think Entrepreneurship!” I thought, what a great Topic… so I had a tough time battling with rushing thoughts during his ‘sweet’ presentation and at the end I was opportune to ask a question.

I asked, “Sir, can we all become entrepreneurs? And if not, what advice do you have for those of us who look forward to being gainfully employed?”

Unfortunately, he never answered the question. He instead passed a cruel remark on me

He relied “…only lazy people think that way”.

I also wish he never answered me that way because he was booed off the stage and literally ‘Control Z’ all the nice impression he had made.

After my NYSC in 2011, I embarked on a JOB SEARCH ADVENTURE - Took about 26 interviews in 3 years! Changed Job 4 times between 2011& 2013, Completed a Masters Degree in Personnel Psychology...all in the bid to answer my own Questions & Help you with the same!

I Presently work as a Administrative Officer (HR) @ Federal University Oye-Ekiti. Having sat on a couple of interview panels, I have compiled those daunting questions that I have heard or asked at panels. This E-book addresses a portion of my June-2010-unanswered-question.

I was in an interview panel on Friday; one of the interviewees so impressed that I can't wait for him to join.

Be honest with your expectations but try as much as possible to speak like one who knows what he can do

2. Sit down on the chair
3. Remove alomo bitter
4. Ask dem if they will drink
5. If they sey yes then you are gud but if they dont reply collect the closest valuable thing on the desk e.g clock or their phone or even biro as souvenir..
6. Run for your life
7. Keep Running
8. Keep Running
9. Stop
10.keep Running......

I heard some pple were invited for test on feb 25th while dey invited another pple for a rescheduled test held on march 6th but it seems dey have nt contacted anyone dt wrote on march 6th though i dont know much about d folks dt wrote in feb. have dey contacted anyone for interview since dt feb? am worried because i hrd dey dont waste time on recruitment in d past. pls share ur thought or relevant info on this if u have one. thanks

lol. engr i can see ure preparing hard for dis interview but does indian man really count those things. well, it is good to prepare all round because of uncertainity
