bro, I gave somebody mine to do my own because I am very busy so I don't know. Only when it is time for capturing I went spent some hours because of the delay before capturing. I would soon do for my family and I am going to use DIY to do it.

finally done with the capturing. I arrived there by 12 noon thinking the crowd may have lessen by that time but it wasn't so because there were backlogs because of public holiday on Monday. So the once they didn't finish on Tuesday was carried over to today in other to finish people for capturing for Monday and Tuesday so before they started attending to those for today was a bit late.

The buttom line is I was captured around 5pm today and told to come back in 3 weeks time for my passport.

Wahala nor dey finish for this country.

I am DIY applicant. I applied for passport February 24, 2022. Upon getting to servicom room, I was told that my NIN didn't match. So, I couldn't proceed to capturing. I summoned courage and told myself that I wouldn't give up. I began making enquiry on how to do change of DOB on my NIN. However, I got to know that I needed to pay 15k to remitta and do modification. After I was done with that. I sent my application forward to NIMC Akure. I waited for few weeks hoping that my NIN would drop, but no show. I got frustrated with the whole thing until one of NIN staff told me that if I really wanted the NIN to drop, I needed to do Fast track. Well, what would I do? I was able to cough out 20k for NIN fast track. Within 3weeks, my NIN dropped.
I went straight to NIS Akure to proceed to my application. Within few days I reschedule my appointment date and I was captured July 29, 2022.
To God be the glory. I collected my passport today. I got to immigration office in Akure around 9:11am and I collected my passport around 11:03am

Nigerians Can Get an International Passport for N26,000.

Nigerian Immigration Service(NIS) has confirmed that Nigerian nationals can get an international passport for N26,000. It also instructs Nigerians to stop giving money to officers, and simply make payments online. And when a bribe is demanded by officers, Nigerians are encouraged to make a report with evidence

The Nigeria Immigration service (NIS) has said that it is not only criminal on the part of the applicants but also wrong for officers to demand money to facilitate the process.

Amos Okpu, the public relations officer of NIS confirmed that a 32 pages international passport will cost only N26,000.
He urged Nigerians to apply for an international passport sitting at home.

Okpu confirmed the steps while adding NIS remains one of the foremost agencies that embraced online applications and payment processes long ago.

He said:
"For instance, applications and payment for Passports are expected to be made via passport.immigration.gov.ng by the applicants themselves.

"This is intended to eliminate all forms of cash transactions and also simplify the process across our offices. I must note that we don't yet have a perfect system but we constantly request our people to endeavour to follow the process we have emplaced. We also expect our people to make conscious efforts to plan their travels well ahead of time to avoid last minute rush."

"At the moment, we have a Passport appointment system in place but you find mounting requests for waivers & of course, this will not allow for neat processes and procedures."

Report officers demanding money further urged Nigerians to stop paying money to immigration officers and immediately report officers.

"The online process is there first to eliminate cases of anyone demanding any money.
"Applicants who sit in the comfort of their homes/offices to apply&make payments wouldn't be talking about frustration by anyone.
"However, if we receive reports about any Personnel collecting money, of course the rules will naturally be applied. Where it's proven beyond a reasonable doubt, appropriate sanctions are applied.

"Our complaints channels include nis.pro@immigration.gov.ng; nis.servicom@immigration.gov.ng; +2438021819988; twitter & facebook handles(@nigimmigration)." Categories of passport and price

The categories of the passport are as follows:

32-page five-year validity (Adults and Minors);
64 page five-year validity (Adults and Minors);
64 page 10-year validity (Adults (18+) only) and
32 Page five-year Official Passport.
32 pages standard- N26,000 including bank charges;
64 Page five-year Standard Passport- N35, 000;
64 Page 10-year Standard Passport for adults only 18 years and above is N70, 000.

I am confuse, needs advice on what step to take next.

The whole thing begins on 25th July when i had unprotected sex with my bf. before then my last period came on the 17th of July. so i had sex just about a week after.

Since then uptil now i have not seen my period. Initially I worried i may be pregnant but after several urine and blood test it all turns out negetive. what could be wrong here? This is the first time i am experiencing this.

I have done 4 test myself using pt test strips. but all came negative. Yesterday I went to a private lab an de used my blood and urine sample for pregnancy test, it still came out negative.

Abeg any medical expert or any one with past experience should assist with advice on next step please.

My dear daughter Joy, don't feel too panic because I know you are worried about it which of course it is normal. What you are passing through is either you are pregnant or having hormonal imbalance.

But I feel you are pregnant. After 3 months go and do scan if your monthly flow has not come and also observe your body system like having mild pains on your boobs and or boobs getting enlarged slightly and other signs of pregnancy.

Note: I am not a doctor but told you based on experience.

6 weeks for PH for 32 pages and 5 years is 80k but if normal is 3 months and 50k. I would advise you involve a trusted agent if you have the money to run it for you sharperly

I just started my reissue application in Port Harcourt and I paid 50K cash to an agent to run it for me. Meanwhile what I saw on the paper of my biodata is 25k.

Gosh I vexed within me but I am beginning to see reasons why that amount.

The rain kept somany people indoors but when the real campaign will start in the turn of PH you will see a lockdown of crowd for Obi-Datti.

Good day fellow Nairalanders,

On Thursday been 5th of May, 2022 I went to a shopping mall to buy a phone to surprise my wife while I was on transit from site to my home.

I paid the money using my Firstbank Masters debit card to pay through POS machine of the phone shop in the mall. At first trial using the machine the response I get is network problem, I try again the POS machine printed out the receipt showing DECLINE and what the sales rep of the phone shop told me is I have insufficient balance.

I checked my account balance using the Firstbank phone app in my phone and confirmed that ₦114,000 has been debited from my account with no debit sms from FirstBank which means the transaction went but it didn't complete so I feel relaxed hoping that it would auto credit. Base on FirstBank policy if there was any transaction using any of the online/ATM/POS systems, you to complain by calling their customer care line after 24 hours which the transaction was done which I later and that happened on Friday evening 6th May, 2022.

To sum up the challenge, up till now my account has not been credited almost 2 months of when the transaction was done.

The question now is how can I help in other to retrieve my money back especially in this hard times? Those who has experience this kind of sh*t should please tell me how/what did they do to come out this sh*t.
