Ontarioo: ACCA RQF LEVEL 4. Faster than BCS. Exam is on-demand, that is; can be taken at anytime you're ready. You can walk in today and be done with it but BCS, you will have to wait for exam time. Tbh my boss. This person knows jackshit about account |

kbpresh: I've already submitted without a LOE 🙉 But I had a LOE for a lump deposit from my other savings account. I'm not worried about the inflow and outflow because it's my salary account and quite clear. You dont have to be worried, worse comes to worse they will ask for clarification/loe. |
Travel › Re: Canadian Express Entry/Federal Skilled Worker Program - Connect Here Part 11 by eniola1010(m): 9:12pm On Mar 27 |
kbpresh: Since UK banks don't give bank letter and we have to use bank statements instead, do we need to add a LOE to explain this? Or simply uploading the statements is okay? Upload both loe and the statement, this way if the agent needs clarification concerning the statement ur loe will easily serve that purpose, therefore u wont be delaying ur application because the agent might send for more explanation concerning certain inflow and outflow on ur statement, but if there is an loe, the loe would sort that out. |

uchennay: Pre-degree does not count, so you cannot claim ‘two or more degrees.’ It is only a foundation or preparatory program. It can be used for university admission. Its not “two or more degrees” it is “two or more degree, certificate or diploma” of which “one of the degree, certificate, or diploma has to be for three years or more, the other degree, certificate or diploma can be for any length provided wes evaluates it as a post-secondary canadian equivalent of a degree, diploma or certificate. Anyways I understand you. However, i want to ask, have you, or do you know anyone, who has evaluated pre degree before? Even if its not for express entry. |

SemperFid: Haba, pre degree counts for nothing. It's not even a certificate program. WES cannot evaluate a pre degree as a degree. Hi are you really really sure about this, i mean are you talking from first hand experience?

ferfer: Brother, that is a lot of power, 203 or 290 and more than enough for everyday people. The specialty winter tyres also gives you more capability although I am not sure that will be necessary since both are available in AWD, right? A few thoughts...
1) I think the most important thing here is to look at your budget and work with that.
2) The next thing is to do your research well. Brother-in-law just told us they are being billed 5 figures for a '21 highlander transmission/other issues. Now that is a problem! And we are still wondering how we missed something as obvious as that because if you just google the common problem(s) with this car, that's what will come up. Inspect if fb market/get guarantees if from dealer. Look through the carfax report and watch for timely maintenance/oil change etc.
3) Also, its important to consider depreciation too. When you buy a car, you may not use it till the wheels fall off! So when it is time to offload it, we all want it to command the highest amount possible. Use this tool to compare what their value will be in a few years (https://caredge.com/depreciation). What about the cost of ownership/maintenance - (https://www.edmunds.com/tco.html).
3) It is good that it is a 2020 rav4 so it is not Canada's most stolen vehicle (https://www.equiteassociation.com/top-10-most-stolen-vehicles). Personally I am choosing reliability over any other thing, weather is harsh here and in most parts of Canada for months and I need what I drive to be dependable whilst also being relatively pocket friendly to maintain. Cheers. Thanks for ur immense input |

Kenn55: I don't think so. Benefits are based on previous year income. The only way your 2026 income will affect you is if you are applying for any benefit in 2027 then your 2026 income becomes a factor.
Since it is a Jan start date, they will approve you based on 2025 income. I think you are good Exactly, i am not applying for anything in 2027 at all. Thanks tho. Be like you done hack this canada thing |
