TravelRe: Living In The Uk-life Of An Immigrant (part 3) by eniola1010(m):
pls guys is there still a possibility that someone can get free nhs hca job from nigeria with cos assuming the person has nvq3 or 4?

also guys, i wanna know if hca in nhs falls under SOC 6145 or 6146, why i am asking is because i just want to know if low level staffs of the nhs will be affected because online i can see it across major blogs that the april rule is exempted for nhs staffs no matter the role you are in.

1. You’ll need a cash salary certificate. See link below:

https://www.nairaland.com/5031893/canadian-express-entry-federal-skilled/395#77873960

But you need to be careful. If I’m a VO and your work reference letter shows that you work in the financial services sector or earn more than 500k monthly, and still paid in cash?! It doesn’t add up.

2. IRCC’s timeline for processing applications from ITA is 6 months. But then each application is different. Ours took 10 weeks, some are still waiting after 6 months, and others after 12 months.

3. If you’re married, you have to declare that when you are creating your profile, even if your spouse is non-accompanying.

Note that your POF must still cover for your spouse, whether she’s coming with you or not.

If you’re married, don’t make the mistake of claiming single, so that you can add her after COPR and before landing. Your marriage certificate has a date, and if they match it against the date you created a profile…

And then when you’re successful and you land as a PR, you can then sponsor her to join. You will need to apply to be a Sponsor, and then your wife will apply to be a PR. These are separate applications.

And the IELTS is not required for spousal visa, but be prepared to stay away from each other for a very long time, cos the process can take up to 1 year, or even more.
wahala, i cannot stay away from my baby girl o boss, she will come with me, thank you so much for answering my questions may God bless you

good morning guys how is your day going? guys i want to ask a question

1) if my employer pays me by cash, what is the best way to avoid scrutiny if the canadian authority ask to proof that cash payment? also have they been cases where people who claimed to recieve salary by cash have been denied pr?

2) when given ita, what is the longest it can take before you finally collect pr?

3) if someone gets pr, how easy is it to bring in your wife later on, would she still need to do ielts and enter pool, or you can just bring her in automatically.

1) does the work a student did in canada (part time obviously because its 20hours per week) count towards work experience in canada for fsw pr route?

2) we all know that most student are doing care work which is considered as teer4-5, do this kind of work qualify for the fsw pr route, because i think only teer0-3 qualifies for fsw pr route, am i wrong or not please?

Ok. Sorry if I missed it, but you can leave your question here.
I am a GTV (Exceptional Talent) holder. I think some of the requirements are the same, but I may be unable to answer any engineering-related questions. I'm happy to give it a shot
For the global talent in tech specifically, must you be a hardcore tech person before you can be endorsed?
What if you are someone who is not hardcore tech but like a ceo of a startup and you have the ability to bring a team of hardcore tech people together to build stuffs can such person apply for global talent too?

Hello bosses in the house, i have been sleeping on the thread reading all pages.
Please i need clarification from the bosses cc zubizareta justmellow frankrobbn1 bobomaigida and other bosses not mentioned

I know a lot of people will learn from the questions i ask thanks to u all as u answer

1) why do colleges only attract 5points towards pr and masters and bsc attracts 30points, i find that a bit unfair, why could college attract such low point?

2) i want my wife to school in canada but i we dont hv money for masters, also she has a mba from nigeria, is it possible to not declare she has an mba and just go for college, also, when its time to sign up for the express entry can she them declare the mba and hope it wont cause issues?

3) please i want to know if before you qualify for pnp it has to be a specific course? I know it has to be a specific province but i want to know if the course you study has much to do with pnp, also can someone who school in a college be accepted for pnp?

4) just for preparation sake, what are the jobs that are easy for student to get within 2 month of reaching canada, i hear so many rumors that it is hard for student to get jobs, i will like my wife to go into care and support and the likes, is there any certification that she can be doing now pending the time she enters canada maybe cpr certs or first aid certs, for example in uk here we call care certifications nvq and it enable u to see care and support jobs faster? Because i want her to start working asap to support herself financially.

5) one more thing about work, i notice that a lot of student on the thread go for care and support work since they are the basics and somewhat easier to be employed to, but while i was studying the skilled worker requirement - which of course is everyones goal - i noticed that its only when your job is a teer0-3 that you can qualify for pr under federal skilled worker, and support and care is a teer4-5, or am i missing something?

6) as a student who will obviously work part time, i can across this clause on the express entry, "years of skilled experience in canada, it must be a fulltime job or equal amount in parttime" i attached images within.

Are they saying working as a part time student for a full year does not qualify for saying you have 1 full year of working experience in canada? So your parttime hours combined must be about 1560 hours for you to say you have a full year work experience right?

7) if my wife is granted student permit, cus she will be going alone for now, hope it will be easy to bring her husband and kid later on? Hope canada wont close their gate cus that what affected us in uk, i was unable to bring her cus uk stopped bringing dependent few month i came in

(.8.) if you are being selected and given ita, must the job experience you have in the pool be the job you must do when you enter canada?

Thanks as you answer

Guys is it now confirmed that when you work with nhs for a sponsored role - even if the role's salary is not up to the 38,700 - you are exempted from the "cant bring dependent" rule after spring?

Or is it a rumor, cus ppl are saying nhs is not affected by the rule

How expensive is owning a car?

I'm considering buy a car when I get to the UK next year. Why question is, let's say a manage to buy a used car around 3500 GBP. How much on average will I be paying as tax and insurance?
You can only know how much you will pay by doing a post analysis. Cus that was the mistake i did.

Look for a car you like, for example if its ford fiesta 2015. Take any plate number of any ford fiesta 2015 you see on the road and act like you own the car and use the reg number to see what your premuim will be assuming you actually owned that car. Use all these compare sites.

I hope your insurance company in Nigeria, is a bona fide underwriter, not those area boys that produce insurance certificates for ₦5K......... 😂
Is there no "nigerian way" we can use to get the claim proof without "burning" ones finger or do the uk insurance company verify how legit the claim proof docs submitted are?

Hello guys
Sorry i have two questions

1) does spouse have to do wes verification, some ppl said its not necessary that only main applicant verification of wes is what is needed. That u can just fill ur spouse degree without having wes verification.

2) its when you get the ita that you submit proof of funds right, and it has to be 6month pof?

What i wanna know is must the pof be in the acc for that 6month untouched or what?

Thank u

In addition while immigrants in nhs have no restrictions on bringing their spouses and families at any salary amount, the Brits working in nhs cannot bring in foreign spouses except they earn 38,700k so who do we blame now.
Please i also read this in the news, is it true that this new policy doesn't affect people in nhs, asin so far you work in nhs your salary can 27k and you can be sponsored and bring dependent, is this true pls

Times are tough

As seen on twitter
I dont think this is real
Graduate salary does not need to be 38k because most graduate job or entry level job arent sponsored job

The rules says ur salary must be 38k above if you are gonna be sponsored, but if you arent being sponsored then the new salary rule does not apply to u, u can even be paid 5k

Unless i am missing something

So, if someone gets a non-healthcare job with £38,000+ salary and sponsorship, s/he can bring in his/her dependents, right?

I might be wrong but most non-healthcare immigrants on sponsorship earn more than 38K.
Yeah u r correct the likes of tech roles and co
Even some healthcare roles earn 40k above
U can bring ur family if u land such roles

The bolded should not be applicable if it's a personal account. When my mum came, i didn't deposit any funds in her account and I haven't heard anybody done such. I only stated I will sponsor the trip 100% and provided PoF.

People get refused for huge/suspicious deposits prior to visa application except you want to give plenty explanation for it.
I wouldnt know but when it comes to conpany acc that was the reason they stated for refusal which is rubbish to me, why deny me when i have proved i am in custody of the company acc and i can spend from it and its a sole business

Hello everyone, my brother is filling an application for our Mum to come visit and he wants to sponsor everything. Please how is much fair for him to write as his total spend for the trip? Thanks
Please tell ur brother to send the money into your mother's account, and use remark of trip expenses or something of that nature

Also let ur brother upload like 3 month pay slips and evidences of his work place

Reason i am saying this is because if the money is in ur brother acc and not ur mum acc ur mum maybe denied because visa officer might say there might be a possibility that if the mama comes to uk the guy wont release the money to her as she is not in full custody of the money and she is at the mercy of the son so its better the mama is in full custody of the money

The same happen to my sis
She used her company acc to apply she even uploaded every document to show she owns the company

She was denied because they said company money is not the same as personal money that why dint she move the money to her personal acc

That what if the board of director did not allow her spend from the company acc after she has enter uk

Can u imagine, for her own company one man company o, sole proprietary company
