Even though 6 months in the past 3 years is what is required to be eligible for CBDs, you still have to meet the minimum entry requirement for EE-FSW/CEC/FST to be able to create an EE profile, which is 1year work experience. So in your example, someone with 3years experience (say 6 months in healthcare + 2years 6months in another eligible NOC) and someone with 3years exp (2years in healthcare + 1year in another eligible NOC) will both be invited through CBDs and will get the same maximum points for 3 years or more work experience in the FSW stream. However, someone with only 6 months of work experience in healthcare won't be eligible to start with, since you have to be eligible for FSW first before the CBDs criteria will be considered.
thanks so much dear, how about editing my profile to correct mistakes, especially in the section of employment and education.

hi guys, good morning

please i want to ask, can i edit my ee profile as much as possible because i realised i made some mistakes in the job history

also, i wan to ask, for the healthcare route, i am aware that it is 6month in the last 3 years job experience you have to prove, but i want to ask, someone who has 2years in 3years experience, and someone that has just 6month in 3years experience, is it same point, or the person that has 2years will have point than the person with just 6months?

this is commendable i must tell you, its not easy to score 9 in listening, it means u did not fail one out of 40 question, this has to be juju.

Harrismark:
I have done IELTS exam a couple of times and my lowest in listening has always been 8. I've even gotten 9 a few times too.

I can tell you that there's no shortcut or trick in listening. You just have to be calm, clear headed, don't second guess or even dwell on your previous answers. Only write what you heard and never assume.

I've attached a few of my test results.

Just incase you're wondering why I've written so many. I initially wanted to write and keep pending when I'll need it but I later wrote more tests just for the fun and challenge myself to see if I could max out all.

If you need help. I can probably put you through.

Band 3 upward depending on trust, most health board sponsor band 3 in Scotland.

If you don’t get an answer here would advice you hook up with someone in band 3 or get in touch with people within your team or colleague or line manager, there should be a pathway
thanks so much.

Practice and keep practicing. If you start start scoring 36/40 in the practice tests, then you’re ready.

And during the test, avoid any kind of distractions. The recording is played once; if you miss any question or part of the recording, don’t dwell on it or start thinking of the answer to that question; simply move on, focus on the recording and answer the next question.
i will be honest i have tried and tried, keep scoring exactly 34 which is 7.5. and according to what i have noticed, listening alone boosts crs score, no wonder its the most difficult. i really need 8 or 8.5. i keep scoring 8 and beyond in others which are irrelevant, i just need 7 in rws, but 8 in L. instead i keep getting 8 in rws and 7.5 in L.

I guess when you book the hotel, you make payment. They'll want to see your flight tickets (to and fro) and where you'll be staying. So, it is advisable you make refundable bookings just in case.

Bot - https://visabot.eu/uk

When applying, you'll fill out a form, called Videx. On that form, they'll ask which country you are entering first, which other countries you intend to visit, and the number of entries you want (single, twice, multiple). As I was applying for the first time, I selected Germany only, tourist, 3 days, single visit to increase my chances of getting it. However, just because you pick multiple does not mean you'll get it. How many entries you get is solely at the discretion of the embassy.

And if you are applying for a visa to travel to multiple countries in the Schengen area, it is advisable to apply at the embassy of the country you are entering first or you are spending the longest time.

When you get the visa, you can travel to as many Schengen countries as you want within the validity of that visa.
hello friend, i understand when applying for the shengen one has to show your itinerary, but i wanna know, let's say hotel for example, can i just book the hotel or the hotel has to be paid for, before the visa officer take one serious.

I applied through Germany two weeks ago. Tourist for 3 days. Got multiple entries, 3 months. You can try them. Avoid France (too many applications due to Olympics in the summer and Italy (historically difficult to get).

For interview date, it will be hard to get generally. I used a bot and got a date within 5 hours. However, it was prority and it cost me an extra 90 pounds or so.

Good luck!
I honestly dont mind the 90 quids.
Please i fit dm for the name of the bot

Also, not to sound naive, would i have to tell them i need multiple entry or provided the fact i have gotten the german visa i can comfortable go to any shengen state? Or do i have to declare at the german application that i also plan on visiting other shengen states

okay understood, but that is quite dicey, because a lot of us after coming into uk were not in IT niche for like a year or two, so there will be a gap, hope the gap wont be an issue in the application stage.

No you do not have to be core tech. You can be in the business or commercial side of tech or even marketing
I think the key requirement is that you work in tech and can show evidence of talent and impact in your field.

For example, if you are a tech sales person, you would not need to be a core tech person but have made impact commercially to the growth of tech. In which case you will need to provide evidence of revenue growth and other business related evidence. As a founder, these circled bits may apply to you

I have attached examples of tech and non-tech skills that may be eligible. See if that helps
hello dear friend, they said prove that you are a potential leading talent in the last 5 years. its that clause i am trying to wrap my head around, when they say in the last 5 years, assuming i was applying for the global talent visa in 2024, do they mean i should prove i am a potential talent in 2024, 2023, 2022, 2021 and 2020

or any/and more year

between 2024 and 2020.

If they are not NHS trust, chances are that they don't sponsor for the Health Care Visa which is exempted from the salary threshold. Any other listed there are because they're jobs in the health sector.

Take note also that NHS sponsor on skilled worker visa for jobs that are not directly health related and those ones are affected by the threshold.
