Bro 500k is not small ooh. Go to the outskirt of lagos that's fastin developing. In some places it can get you half or full plot. Also some places in ogun state is also an option. Eg ota, sango, ifo and surrounding area Another option is fractional property ownership. This method required you join fund with others and divide the profit accrue through rentage, lease and other means according to the percentage of fund deposited or invested. Buying land in a far place that will take before it appreciate is also not a bad idea too as you can lease it out for those block moulder or do some agricultural activities on it eg sack farming ( ask pavore9 about sack farming). Jeremiah asked this famous rhetorical question Jer. 8:22. " Is there no balm in Gilead? Is there no physician there? Why then has not the health of the daughter of my people been restored?" The dire conditions of the people that caused them to need balm was given in the verse previous. "For the brokenness of the daughter of my people I am broken; I mourn, dismay has taken hold of me." Jeremiah was dismayed, and maybe even disgusted, that the condition of the people have gotten so bad. Balm, of course, is a medicinal salve. The people were wounded from their sins and idolatries and needed to be resorted. This brokenness is compared to physical maladies and physical cures to illustrate how unnecessarily tragic it was. People had sought the balm of Gilead to help their illnesses for centuries. In fact, the caravan that Joseph was sold to was heading to Egypt carrying balm from Gilead. (Gen.37:25) A few years later when Joseph sent his brothers back for their remaining brother Benjamin (before he had revealed himself to them) their father Jacob said to take the best products of the land "to carry down to the man as a present, a little balm." (Gen. 43:11) After the captivity, when Israel took the promised land, Gilead, on the west side of the Jordan, became part of their land. The tribe of Gad settled there. The balm trade then became as Israeli one. (Ezk. 27:17) The reason for all this was that one of the trees there secreted a turpentine like resin that was highly sought after. It is said the this balm was worth twice its weight in silver. So Jeremiah's question is, "How can a people who traded in balm be so sick?" Of course its even worse than that - this is the physical illustration of a spiritual point. The real question behind the illustration is, "How can the people of God, with the Law in their midst, be so sinful?!" What was the solution for the Jews? It was simply use the balm that they already had. And later, Jeremiah would use the same figure to express what the Egyptians needed to do: "Go up into Gilead, and take balm, O virgin, the daughter of Egypt: in vain shalt thou use many medicines; for thou shalt not be cured." (Jer. 46:11) So the solution for Jews and Gentiles alike is to go to Gilead and get balm. The heathens and Jews could be healed only in seeking help where it could truly be found -- in God. Today, as Christians, we read of such troubles and are tempted to say, "My, I'm glad we've learned our lessons better than that now, we've gone to the Lord for help and have received it." True, to become Christians we must have done this, but we must continue in doing it as well. Consider the state of the church in Laodicea. "you say, "I am rich, and have become wealthy, and have need of nothing," and you do not know that you are wretched and miserable and poor and blind and naked, I advise you to buy from Me gold refined by fire, that you may become rich, and white garments, that you may clothe yourself, and that the shame of your unclothedness may not be revealed; and eye salve to anoint your eyes, that you may see." (Rev. 3:17,18) Notice especially the part about them being "blind" and needing to get "eye salve" from the Lord. In great parallel to ancient Israel and the balm of Gilead, Laodicea was only 13 miles away from a school famous for its medical knowledge, particularly its eyesalve. So we see various figures used, but the problem's the same - people steeped in sin though the cure is so near. Are we in need of balm? Are we blind? Or is their another figure that might be better used to describe us -- Jesus also used the figure of thinking you're rich although really you're poor. What figure would be used to describe your life? Seek the balm, the eyesalve, the clothing, the wealth, etc. that you really need. Copied from www.bible.ca/ef/expository-jeremiah-8-22.htm |

Miminat: In addition to what op wrote above you can add this prayer points too. Praying them at the midnight hour. These prayer points are designed for those who love God and want His will in marriage. Confessions: Matt 7:7 Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you: Isa 54:17 No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD, and their righteousness is of me, saith the LORD. Isa 49:25But thus saith the LORD, Even the captives of the mighty shall be taken away, and the prey of the terrible shall be delivered: for I will contend with him that contendeth with thee, and I will save thy children. 1. Thank God because He alone is the perfect matchmaker 2. Lord, release the man/woman you have preordained as my spouse in Jesus’ name. 3. Lord, cause it to happen that the divine match will come forth soon in the name of Jesus. 4. Lord, let my spouse be a person who loves You wholeheartedly in the name of Jesus. 5. Lord, establish our home according to the scriptures in Jesus name (read Ephesians 5:20-28). 6. Father, let all satanic barriers keeping us from meeting be dissolved in Jesus’ name. 7. Lord, send forth your warring angels to battle and release my spouse wherever s/he is in the name of Jesus. 8. Lord, I believe You have created me for a special person; bring it to pass in the name of Jesus. 9. I now call him/her out of obscurity into my life in Jesus’ name. 10. I reject the provision of counterfeit spouse by the enemy in the name of Jesus. 11. I cut off the flow of any inherited marital problems into my life in the mighty name of Jesus (pray this one 7 times… aggressively) 12. O Lord, let the spirit of patience reign in my life until the right person comes in the name of Jesus. 13. (Please pray this one with all your strength for at least 5 minutes) Father, in the name of Jesus, just as Abraham sent his servant to find his son Isaac a wife, send the Holy Spirit to bring my future partner to me. 14. Thank the Lord for the answer. 1 Like |

Dear friend, don't give up yet, because Jesus is there; right where you are waiting for you to let Him do it again. Quickly turn and give your life to Him accepting Him as your personal Lord and saviour ( if you haven't done so ) and open up your heart to Him and call on His name Jesus. Soon you will accomplish things that no one in your family has accomplished before, you will SHOCK your enemies and leapfrog over the pack. Be the Overcomer you are meant to be and be enjoying a quantum leap from glory to glory. Be bless in jesus name. |

Ops, to me and to my own understanding of things; hip hop is not a sin. Hip hop is another way of expression or expressing thing through sound thereby leading to music. Hip hop is a branch in music. Hip hop is to us, what R and B is. The same with Ragae, highlife, apala fuji juju and so on. In other word music should not be condemned because of it genre. The content, that is the lyric or wordings is what should matter. Is the hip hop music being play or listening to advances the establishment of God kingdom and its righteousness here on earth, does it glorify God and edify the body of Christ Jesus? These should be your question, your concern not the brand or type of music. God forgive us our sins and bless us. |

Let the people praise thee, O God; let all the
people praise thee. Then shall the earth
yield her increase; and God, even our own
God, shall bless us. God shall bless us; and
all the ends of the earth shall fear him
(Psalms 67:5-7). We discover from scriptures that every child of God has an enviable destiny in Christ. We also understand from scriptures that every encounter with the Word is an encounter with destiny. However, it is important to know that high praise, among others, is a key facilitator of our access to God’s Word which in turn guarantees our access to a world of exploits. This is because wild praise usually provokes ‘wild’ interventions . As it is written: Let the high praises of God be in their mouth, and a twoedged sword in their hand;To execute vengeance upon the heathen, and punishments upon the people; To bind their kings with chains, and their nobles with fetters of iron; To execute upon them the judgment written: this honour have all his saints. Praise ye the Lord (Psalms 149:6-9). This is why no prophetic Word will ever see the light of the day without praise. It is also written: Who is like unto thee, O Lord, among the gods? who is like thee, glorious in holiness, fearful in praises, doing wonders? (Exodus 15:11). From the above scripture, ‘fearful in praises’ connotes wild praise. It is our “fearful praises” that provokes the fearful presence of God and that in turn guarantees the delivery of our fearful blessings. That means when we give God wild praises, we are entitled to His strange order of blessings that will make the world to fear Him. Again, it is important to know that the intensity of our praises determines the degree and speed to which God responds to us. Remember, whatsoever a man sows, that shall he reap. When we sow casual praise, we access casual blessings. On the contrary, when we sow fearful praise seed, we provoke fearful blessings on our lives. That is why the devil discourages us from giving God high praises in order to rob us of the treasures that await us in it. Therefore, we must get smarter than him by engaging the mystery of high praises with the whole of our hearts and might, for the speedy delivery of our inheritance in redemption. A graphic picture of a wild kind of praise was painted in scriptures at the triumphant entry of Jesus Christ into Jerusalem. The Bible says: Multitudes that went before, and that followed, cried, saying, Hosanna to the Son of David: Blessed is he that cometh in the name of the Lord; Hosanna in the highest (Matthew 21:9). This is the wildest praise ever recorded in scriptures. The people threw their garments on the floor, carried palm fronds as they shouted hosanna in the highest. Jesus, in turn, responded to their wild praise by casting out all them that sold, bought in the temple, overthrowing the tables of the moneychangers, and the seats of them that sold doves (Matthew 21:9-12). We must understand that when we engage in wild praise, God steps into our affairs with all the forces of heaven to restore our dignity. Remember, we are the temple of the Holy Ghost and Jesus is same yesterday, today and forever. Thus, when we engage in wild praises, He will do same for us. Therefore, Praise is a spiritual platform for the strange works and acts of God in the lives of His people. This is why those who flow in praise don’t run out of signs and wonders, because what praise does is to bring God to bear in our lives and situations, thereby provoking our desired change. In addition, the garment of praise brings us into favour with the King of kings. Remember, when Esther put on her royal apparel, she was favoured by the king. Also, when Herodias’ daughter danced to please the king, she secured divine favour such that Herod gave her an open cheque to ask anything, even to the half of his kingdom and it would be done. Likewise, whenever we dance our way into God’s heart, we provoke divine favour (2 Samuel 6:16, 23; Mark 6:22-23). We also discover from scriptures that everyone’s future is a function of the favour at work in his life. However, it takes high praises to be highly favoured. According to Paul, we can only be what God wants us to be by His grace. But by the grace of God I am what I am: and his grace which was bestowed upon me was not in vain; but I laboured more abundantly than they all: yet not I, but the grace of God which was with me (1 Corinthians 15:10). Therefore, to have a glorious destiny is all a function of God’s favour. However, when God’s favour is withdrawn, destiny starts going down. For instance, David, the praise giant, who praised God seven times a day said: Lord, by thy favour thou hast made my mountain to stand strong: thou didst hide thy face, and I was troubled (Psalms 30:7). ‘Stand strong’ in the above scripture means ‘to stand out’. The scripture records that David did not only praise God seven times a day, he danced with the whole of his might to connect with the favour of God. No wonder he operated in the realm of high- level favour all his life. Therefore, we must praise and thank God at all times like David, if we want to experience His order of divine favour, the adversaries notwithstanding (Psalms 34:1; 35:7 119:164; 1 Samuel 16:13; 2 Samuel 5:4). Having established that praise guarantees our access to our glorious destiny in Christ Jesus, let’s examine four other ways through which we can encounter Destiny. Through direct divine encounter: This means God showing up to show us what is in store for us. For instance, God revealed Himself directly to Abraham at seventy-five years and said: …Get thee out of thy country, and from thy kindred, and from thy father’s house, unto a land that I will shew thee: And I will make of thee a great nation, and I will bless thee, and make thy name great; and thou shalt be a blessing: And I will bless them that bless thee, and curse him that curseth thee: and in thee shall all families of the earth be blessed (Genesis 12:1-3). Also, God revealed Himself to Isaac, and instructed him not to go to Egypt but to dwell in Gerar. When Isaac obeyed God, he prospered despite the severity of the famine. He moved forward in that land, became strong, very great and the Philistines envied him (Genesis 26:12-14). Thus, this proves that divine encounter unveils our destinies to us but because God inhabits the praises of His people, He will only show up to a praiseful soul. Heavenly Vision: We must understand that we can only flow in vision when we make praise our lifesyle. Remember, Paul the Apostle who was not disobedient to the heavenly vision admonished us to Rejoice in the lord always and again I say rejoice. That means he was able to access vision because of his lifestyle of thanksgiving and praise (Philippians 4:4; Acts 26:19). Therefore, God’s plan will remain elusive until we are able to praise our way into His presence where He unveils the path of life. As it is written: Thou wilt shew me the path of life: in thy presence is fulness of joy; at thy right hand there are pleasures for evermore (Psalms 16:11). Rhema: This means the voice God. We must understand that this is the spiritual womb that births great destinies. However, it takes a joyful heart to connect with it. As it is written: Blessed are they that hear the joyful sound…. (Psalms 89:15). It takes a ‘song- full’ believer to access the voice of the Lord; therefore, we must be ‘song -full’. However, it is important to know that praise is one of the vital tools that guarantee our unlimited access into God’s Word (revelation). This means, we must celebrate and jubilate before the Lord so that He will cause His voice to be heard. It is written: Ye shall have a song, as in the night [when] a holy solemnity is kept; and gladness of heart, as when one goeth with a pipe to come into the mountain of the LORD, to the mighty One of Israel. And the LORD shall cause his glorious voice to be heard, and shall shew the lighting down of his arm, with the indignation of [his] anger, and [with] the flame of a devouring fire, [with] scattering, and tempest, and hailstone (Isaiah 30:29-30). The Revelation Platform: As it is written: Therefore with joy shall ye draw water out of the wells of salvation (Isaiah 12:3). We must understand that, only those who flow in joy and praise access revelation, which is the master custodian of destiny. That is why it is revelation that defines the limit of every destiny. Moreover, the revelation we operate with determines our level of possessions in the Kingdom. We understand from the scripture that we have an inheritance of power, riches, wisdom, strength, honour, glory and blessing in Christ. However, every of our inheritance answers absolutely to revelation and revelation answers to high praises. No doubt, without a praiseful lifestyle our destinies will be truncated. We have stayed with that challenge long enough. Therefore, we are long overdue for an escape. The good news is that God still does fearful things through high praises today. It is therefore wisdom to be praiseful, not ‘complainful’ nor ‘murmurful’. We must learn to give God the wildest praise to qualify for divine encounters; for in His presence, there is fullness of joy and that is where He shows us the path of life (Psalms 22:3). As we do this, everything that is against our glorious destiny in Christ shall be destroyed in Jesus’ name. Remain ever blessed! Jesus is Lord! 1 Now a certain man was sick, named Lazarus, of Bethany, the town of Mary and her sister Martha. 2 (It was that Mary which anointed the Lord with ointment, and wiped his feet with her hair, whose brother Lazarus was sick.) 3 Therefore his sisters sent unto him, saying, Lord, behold, he whom thou lovest is sick. 4 When Jesus heard that, he said, This sickness is not unto death, but for the glory of God, that the Son of God might be glorified thereby. 5 Now Jesus loved Martha, and her sister, and Lazarus. 6 When he had heard therefore that he was sick, he abode two days still in the same place where he was. 7 Then after that saith he to his disciples, Let us go into Judæa again. 8 His disciples say unto him, Master, the Jews of late sought to stone thee; and goest thou thither again? 9 Jesus answered, Are there not twelve hours in the day? If any man walk in the day, he stumbleth not, because he seeth the light of this world. 10 But if a man walk in the night, he stumbleth, because there is no light in him. 11 These things said he: and after that he saith unto them, Our friend Lazarus sleepeth; but I go, that I may awake him out of sleep. 12 Then said his disciples, Lord, if he sleep, he shall do well. 13 Howbeit Jesus spake of his death: but they thought that he had spoken of taking of rest in sleep. 14 Then said Jesus unto them plainly, Lazarus is dead. 15 And I am glad for your sakes that I was not there, to the intent ye may believe; nevertheless let us go unto him. 16 Then said Thomas, which is called Didymus, unto his fellowdisciples, Let us also go, that we may die with him. 17 Then when Jesus came, he found that he had lain in the grave four days already. 18 Now Bethany was nigh unto Jerusalem, about fifteen furlongs off: 19 And many of the Jews came to Martha and Mary, to comfort them concerning their brother. 20 Then Martha, as soon as she heard that Jesus was coming, went and met him: but Mary sat still in the house. 21 Then said Martha unto Jesus, Lord, if thou hadst been here, my brother had not died. 22 But I know, that even now, whatsoever thou wilt ask of God, God will give it thee. 23 Jesus saith unto her, Thy brother shall rise again. 24 Martha saith unto him, I know that he shall rise again in the resurrection at the last day. 25 Jesus said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live: 26 And whosoever liveth and believeth in me shall never die. Believest thou this? 27 She saith unto him, Yea, Lord: I believe that thou art the Christ, the Son of God, which should come into the world. 28 And when she had so said, she went her way, and called Mary her sister secretly, saying, The Master is come, and calleth for thee. 29 As soon as she heard that, she arose quickly, and came unto him. 30 Now Jesus was not yet come into the town, but was in that place where Martha met him. 31 The Jews then which were with her in the house, and comforted her, when they saw Mary, that she rose up hastily and went out, followed her, saying, She goeth unto the grave to weep there. 32 Then when Mary was come where Jesus was, and saw him, she fell down at his feet, saying unto him, Lord, if thou hadst been here, my brother had not died. 33 When Jesus therefore saw her weeping, and the Jews also weeping which came with her, he groaned in the spirit, and was troubled, 34 And said, Where have ye laid him? They said unto him, Lord, come and see. 35 Jesus wept. 36 Then said the Jews, Behold how he loved him! 37 And some of them said, Could not this man, which opened the eyes of the blind, have caused that even this man should not have died? 38 Jesus therefore again groaning in himself cometh to the grave. It was a cave, and a stone lay upon it. 39 Jesus said, Take ye away the stone. Martha, the sister of him that was dead, saith unto him, Lord, by this time he stinketh: for he hath been dead four days. 40 Jesus saith unto her, Said I not unto thee, that, if thou wouldest believe, thou shouldest see the glory of God? 41 Then they took away the stone from the place where the dead was laid. And Jesus lifted up his eyes, and said, Father, I thank thee that thou hast heard me. 42 And I knew that thou hearest me always: but because of the people which stand by I said it, that they may believe that thou hast sent me. 43 And when he thus had spoken, he cried with a loud voice, Lazarus, come forth. 44 And he that was dead came forth, bound hand and foot with graveclothes: and his face was bound about with a napkin. Jesus saith unto them, Loose him, and let him go. 45 Then many of the Jews which came to Mary, and had seen the things which Jesus did, believed on him. Reading through the above scripture of john chapter 11 verses 1 to 45, you will find out that no matter how dead, stinking and rotten your situation is, in God there is a way out for you. All you need do is to seek first the kingdom of God and it righteousness by first repenting of your sin and surrendering your life to Christ Jesus accepting Him as your personal Lord and Saviour. Doing that, other things will be added unto you. Things like deliverance and freedom of any kind of bondage, solutions and ways out of dead ends. As a believer of Christ Jesus; it is your birthright to live a life free of any every spiritual ordeal. Be bless. Someone rightly said earlier, everyone got problem. Some broke up friends are the cause of why their friends dump them or stay away. Being broke is not licence to be demanding for assistance from your friends and expect them to always meet up with your demands, they too have issues to take care of. I once have a friend who was always demanding. In his joblessness state he gave birth to another child and got his wife pregnant again. He has a second lady whom he intend making his second wife, an aged father and mother to take care of and here i am a bachelor at over 30 trying to settle down, and with my own financial responsibility. Even when you are complaining of cash crunch, he still expect you to attend to his need first. During all this i always remember my father who was dump by his friends and relatives, people that he help at the detriment of his family. There are friends he single-handedly paid their house rent, went ahead to provide them feeding money for them and their family, fuelling their cars and so on but they deserted him when things changed and some where saying " what did he do with his money" So before we critize our friends action let try and know where they are coming from. You will have friends who will want to help but their family first and some, is our attitude or reaction is what drove them away. 16 Likes 3 Shares |
