The much anticipated 2019 edition of the Auto Festival is currently on going at Akin Adesola Street, Victoria Island In Lagos. The festival feature the showcase of super fast cars, power bikes, drag races, exhibitions and several other fun activities.

This year's edition of BMW Autofest is organise in partnership with smartphone manufacturer TECNO Mobile . The fest kicked off with amazing cars and bikes display from top car brands in the world Including BMW, Ferrari, Chevrolet, Mercedes Benz and ANG.

One of Nigeria's largest network provider @AirtelNigeria suffers an Internet connection disruption last night till the early hours of this morning. This has generated a whole lot of reactions from users on social media.

If you're an heavy data user like me You should go for the Airtel binge plan twice a day. That's 1000 for 4GB.

According to the popular IHS Markit list of the world’s top smartphone makers, Apple is the biggest loser during the second quarter of 2019. The USA tech company drops to 4th on the list as they could only ship out 35.3 million phones.

Samsung leads the list with 75.1 million phones shipped during the quarter. Huawei comes 2nd with 58.7 million phones, Oppo at 3rd with 36.2 million phones. Rounding up the list is Vivo, LG, Motorola, Tecno and TCL-Alcatel.

Many analysts believe the reason for the drop in sales of iPhones is due to its consumers holding on to older models. While this is right in its own standard, it doesn’t take a genius to figure out that Apple refusal to release cheaper iPhones to target emerging markets also has a role to play.

One of the many smartphone makers to have capitalised on the potential of emerging markets is Tecno. The Hong-Kong owned company is ranked 9th on the IHS Markit list with most of their revenue coming from Africa.

Tecno shipped 3.9 million phones in the second quarter of 2019 which accounts for 1% of the market share. In the first quarter of 2019, the company shipped 3.8 million phones. It’s not really progress considering that in the second quarter of 2018, they had shipped 4 million phones. So it’s fair to say their sales have been somewhat stagnant over the past 12 months.

At this point where the general sales of smartphones are decreasing drastically, Tecno has arguably had a successful business quarter compared to Apple.

Fast rising Nigerian singer Victor Adere popularly known as Victor AD is currently having his "Thank you " concert at the Auchi Polytechnic, Auchi Edo State.

Victor AD is an alumni of the Polytechnic where he studied electrical engineering and the concert is his own way of giving back to the institution and the community. The concert is sponsored by TECNO and other brands.

Nollywood controversial actress, Nkechi Blessing’s new 4matic car was towed in Ikeja, Lagos for wrong parking.

This got me intrigued because Nkechi Blessing will see the story on Instagram even before she gets to her car. The lady who did the video claimed Nkechi had just left the vehicle with her bodyguard and had no idea her car was being towed.

Nkechi Blessing who is always in the news, almost on a daily basis is currently a celebrity contestant in the new Dubbing show, a collaboration between Vskit and Star Times called Vskit Voice to Fame.

VSkit Voice to fame is a reality TV show were celebrities and other talents are made to dub the acting in different movies, while the audience had an opportunity to eliminate someone in the group.

The show airs Nationwide at prime time on Sundays, across TV stations in Nigeria. Blessing is yet to issue any statement about the towed car on her social media channels.

Yes that's true but some devices can manage to go for 24hours I just he should try any TECNO phone with 5000mah.

Probably if you've stated your budget ,I would have ask you to buy the Pouvoir 3.
