I used to own an account with UBA but stopped after I gained admission due to unavailability of their branch when I relocated. But first thing on Monday I'll need to locate a branch and reactive my account. I can't miss this great opportunity. |

I'll would have love to see a partnership between Tecno and a local football club here in Nigeria but the league itself needs a lot of rebranding. But good one for them.

greenhulk: I still think they should have stuck with the tested and trusted capacitive fingerprint scanner instead of using an optical in display. If they wanna make in display then it has to be ultrasonic or nothing. To me using an optical in display fingerprint sensor is never an upgrade to capacitive type which could be 100% accurate. Even ultrasonic sef (the ones on galaxy s10 series) are still not 100% perfect. Trust me I've been there done that. There is no way an optical fingerprint sensor is better. Sometimes when u want to unlock with ur fingers u need to try 3-4 times before it unlocks, especially at night. I get this a lot when trying to unlock while driving and its annoying. Sometimes it works perfectly but trust me, when it misbehaves when u need it the most. I'll say its about 80% accurate.
I now understand why Xiaomi decided to not use in display fingerprint in the redmi note 7. I mean its a cheap phone and putting an unltrasonic fingerprint would make it more expensive, but then using an optical sensor won't make it any better so they went with what is tested and trusted and its one of the fastest fingerprints in the game. Its just a gimmick that would die soon, just like the whole notch thing. You know very well that if Tecno had adoped the use of an ultrasonic fingerprints reader just like S10, the current price of the phone would have been X2. |

Timileyin1234: Don’t be deceived by the trio cameras. They are just gimmicks. Under display fingerprint is laggy, Tecno is not Apple that perfect bugs through update. Don’t fall for scam o Don't say what you don't know I had the opportunity of using the device at the launch and I can say that the under display is not laggy at all. |

PhenomenalMorgan: Whilst we bash Tecno for using an weak processor, we must realise that it is difficult to see a device with AMOLED display and In display Fingerprint scanner at $220... Although many people said that the AMOLED display is trash and that the indisplay FP scanner is laggy I don't agree to an extent I was at the launch and I can tell you that the inscreen fingerprint isn't any close to laggy and the Amoled you called trash is not trashy at all. I feel you just have an hate for the brand. |
