Hope we are having a beautiful monday.

Please oh, i have an issue. My DD is 15weekds old today, and Aunt flo resumed yesterday morning. The situation now is that the flow is very very heavy, such that i have to change every 1hr 30mins..I have almost exhausted 2 packs of always between last night and this morning.

Is this normal?? or will it reduce after a while.

p.s - this is my first period after I put to bed.

i use a lansinoh double electric breast pump...got it for 39k december last year, and so far it been fine for me.

For me , girls at 4 months and boys, 5 months for sitting. I watch out for when he is ready to sit; he can raise his head from lying face down, neck can be controlled etc . Careful where you place your child to sit so he doesn't have hard falls or bruise his face.
I actually padded a carton of indomie with clothes and it helped.

Me and walker. I wait till baby can stand with support o.
Then walker sets in .

Sorry I'm just replying. The only time we had rashes, I used 'rising raving' powder n it stopped

Please mama, Una welldone oh!! How do I get rid of this rashes or whatever it is from my daughter body. I have used agnesia,shear butter and even A+D ointment I got for baby diaper rashes which can also be use for skin but they are not going.

Please note that am not using any cream for her. Just bath and her body has been smooth since birth. Make una help me touch light this mata o@feddy27,alphahandmaiden,enque and all other sabi mama.

the sitting position at 4 months should be supported: i.e make sure neck, back and sides are supported usually with a cushion

....except you have a ninja baby.... (you know those fictional babies that some parent always brags about that started sitting up at 2 months, crawling at 3 months, standing at 5 months and can do the Gangham style dance at 6 months)

how Small is a 2.8kg baby

I had my baby girl at 37 weeks and 1 day. She weighed exactly 2.8kg at birth. She wsnt very big at birth but u need to see her now, she is almost 6kg and she isn't 3 months yet.

On a lighter note, let me share my experience..

I used to be in this ship too but somehow I'm one leg out...
Last time we kpekused was when I was 6 weeks gone (may 2016), then bleeding followed suit, placenta previa showed face which made the Dr ban us from se.x while I was preggers.

Fast forward to my 6 weeks post-CS checkup, first question I asked my doc was about family planning but he said nothing will be done until I see my period...choi!!

My libido is still in sambisa forest as we speak, but I had to do what I had to do biko (b4 we go mark No-Kpekus 1 year anniversary ). Shiii was painful o but how I for do na.... We don try!
