Lol I'm trying jor but either I'm just really impatient or my breastmilk/pump is not co-operating. I just got 90 ml after two hours, I'm sha happy cuz this is the most I've ever gotten so yayyy. Any tips? This is week 2 and I'm still giving formular cuz I'm still not sure if she's getting enough breastmilk, tho the flow has remarkably increased from what it used to be in week 1.

My doc now recommends the arm implant which I'm against cos I heard it causes weight gain.
Condom? Bleh!!!
Mentioned ocp to my doc and he said it'll fail and I'd get pregnant.
Now I'm seriously considering Billings method

Any success stories on billings method?

how did you know your iucd is being expelled to your cervix?? do you feel any physical pain??

I got mine at Kupa early april, and I didn't have any of the 'side effects' Mr google mentioned. No unusually heavy period or crampings during menses. I come de wonder if the thing still dey there. ..

I don buy like 3 teethers but my small madam just refuses to chew on any...She will rather just chew her tiny fingers...

Hmm I can't really say. His gum may be itching him. Wash your hands thoroughly, including your finger nails, when you're done, put your hand in his mouth and rub the gums and see if he is relieved. If he is, then it's his gums itching. I do same for my son and he is always calm when I do it. Then I got him a soft toy he can chew on

I went to my pediatrics last week and she prescribed elocom cream for my daughter because of the ezcema at her back. She said i should rub it just once a day, use it for 10 days and a little amount because if its too many it may bring blood. So a pinch of it, rub till it fades away. To cut the long story shot, the eczema has disappeared and our back is back again!!! .

hmmm....not sure what it is, but are you sure he 'don bellefull'? Does he get filled after his feed?

I don't think u should give any drug for itchy gums.

I had carpal tunnel syndrome post pregnancy too, it eventually stopped 5 months PP. Just chill , it should go away on its on.

Si i had to cut my Lo's hair this morning as cradle cap is not allowing us to be great. I tried olive oil, epaderm, coconut oil and shea butter, sudocrem but still no improvement. I have been using the red leaves now, cant seem to remember the name and it seems to be working. But i had to cut the hair so it regrows evenly, the patches were just too much. and the funny thing is that she actually looks cuter so it wasnt bad afterall.

Please i am 8 months PP and i still have carpal tunnel syndrome. Please is anyone in my shoes? I hope i dont eventually have to do surgery oh. The thing tire me.

I use wamby,tenderplus n rumparooz.i tink its basically same.the insert is the modern day napkin that absorbs the urine n poo. Depending on the typ.it can be snapon or the type u fix.that pic is more like d pant to hold the napkin in place.

U reuse onemillion tymz.jus wash n its good as new

feddy27 thanks so much for these recipes saved for when we clock six months. we are almost five. abeg o mamas i was adviced to start putting soup in dd's mouth, according to them so that she will start getting used to d taste. olubankemi I seriously pray ure wrong o, just can't imagine what I'd do if am in urs shoes and ur suspicion is confirmed. I fit kee person o.

My mum started putting lil soup in my Dd's mouth at 3 months. Said it LL help her get used to our food early enough

Thanks u all 4 ur advice really appreciate now I knw wat it means to b in agreement with ones hubby b4 having a baby. I even prayed about it and I asked him again darling when are we going to b ready for conception? Guess what, he said in 6months time is ok that by then we should b ok financially and we will be ready to conceive in 6 to 7Months time. I was so happy about his change of mind and reading all ur stories here about labour and babies in general amazes and scare me at the same time pls I really need to knw tings to put in place, things to do and what to avoid in order 2b fully ready for conception.

Just incase u r worried abt ur age, I conceived and had my baby last year at 33 years of age. I had a relatively smooth pregnancy and my baby is perfectly healthy.

I am proudly team NYCIL....from birth till date we've been on nycil baby soap, baby powder, baby oil and baby lotion. if nycil make baby food sef, we go buy..lol
My elder sis used it for her kids n recommended it. it's very good for her, no issues watsoeva

Funny though, sometimes she sucks d mitten join, so we have to keep changing and washing.
