Before now my ds will suck and suck and suck till my ni.pples will be sore and cracked and bruised and he will still cry for more but mehn today I used the ni.pple shield and he sucked and sucked and sucked and sucked and I was just there pressing phone and watching tv

In a small cup and mix.
Give her every 2 hours.

I did it 4 Zoey at 2 or 3 weeks o.
By 4th application she coughed plenty mucor out with the oil.
Since then till today no single cough.

This cattarh has been stand alone.

My personal opinion is I wash! Whether brand new or not I MUST WASH.

Just soaking in dettol and rinsing is enough sef if it's new.

My DD's baptism is ds Saturday and her Godmother just dropped off her baptism dress.

Do I need to wash it before she wears or she can just go ahead and put it on like that? Its all wrapped and sealed and I haven't opened it yet.

During the day she puts on a short sleeve onesie wt a small socks, n at nyt we wear sleepsuits.

I use nycil and it's been so good so far. But I don't apply so much, just a lil on my palm n rub it in. My DD sweats a lot too.

First off, have u tried to feel the texture of the poop??
Is it hard??

My DD poops once in 6 days and she isnt constipated (she is on BM & SMA gold). She grunts and stretches before she farts too. I give her warm water First thing in the morning (Na struggle o cos she hates water but I do what I have to do), then I give water 1ce during the day after her formula feed (she takes formula once a day).

Good evening mama's. Please oh my ds has constipation. He grunts and shoes when he wants to poo and someone's he only manages to fart and then after so many screams, grunts and rolling, he will poo small.

PS - I'm breast feeding and also giving him formula.
I started with SMA gold, then I switched to NAN. I've tried tummy time, and moving his legs like he's riding a bicycle but it's not working. It's so bad it doesn't let him sleep. I've equally tried reducing the number of scoops of the formula

Abeg make una help me. It's painful to see him like that everyday. It keeps him up all night which means I'm equally up all night.

PS - I've not started giving him water

PS - he poos everyday. Issue is when he is trying to poo, it's a battle

It will give u more milk.

Thank God d engorgement has gone down.try n alternative breast while feeding.

how are we doing today? Pls i need your input on this issue.

I have unequal bre.astmilk supply from my bre.asts. The right br.east supplies more than the left and the difference is very much. E.g. if i express in the morning, I get about 140-150 from the right bre.ast and then struggle to get about 50ml (60ml in very very rare cases) from the left br.east.
I started noticing this obvious difference 3 weeks ago when i had serious engorgement in he left br.east (it took 3 days for the swelling and pain to go away)

Is this normal?? Do i need to boost my supply to see if the left one will balance up?

My sister na film I they watch 4 night now o, n to sleep during the day wen he is asleep na wahala o. I wish he poos too o, but he just farts wen sucking, I than tell dh say if we go out n he release like that, them go tink say naa adult o, the smell can wake up dead person..

Sabi mamas, I don't know if what am feeling is that braxton hicks something. Its just as if my lower abdomen squeezes together and I will have relieve after 5mins then again. I noticed is only when I return from the market or after cooking that's when it happens. My antenatal is still far so can't tell my gynaecologist now. And am just 25weeks+ is it not too early for braxton hicks things.

u can start with size 2....just buy 1 pack for now and then as ur LO gets bigger, u change sizes.

My sister bought the big pack of size 2 (100 pieces) for 4k last week. But na supermarket she buy from sha.

The scan shows the baby is okay but the small blood that is still coming out is what I am concern about.i am on bed rest in the hospital. Thanks for your response.
