I don't have an idea cos there was no wrapper(s) written in my hospital list. Where is ur hospital located?

braxton hicks is ur body's way of practising for labour....and ur baby's rigorous movement is because there isn't as enough space as ur LO used to have back in the earlier weeks.
So yes, ur body is gradually preparing for labour

My first shot was at 15 weeks..
2nd shot was a month later
3rd shot is 18th Feb....

This isn't a matter of fear o, u need to lock mind and take these shots, for the sake of that cute lil person growing inside U.

Its called nursing pillow (bweastfeeding pillow). Its used to support baby while bweastfeeding. But I also converted it t cushion support for baby

I use everything nycil from baby soap to cream, powder and oil and I haven't had any cause to regret.
My elder sis used it and recommended it.

It's made in Nigeria tho....but very nice for my baby.

In early stage of pregnancy sleeping on ur back won't hurt but by d time you get to 2nd trimester u will feel the need for adjustment

In my compound, when the Gen is on, the fence and wall lights come on too, so some of it enters the room.

If there is light, I switch off all lights and put on my Nokia torch.

Let me also add that sometimes, our babies might get fussy over nothing. You give them brezz, no. Bring the close, no. Lie them on your chest, no.
I have found that it's because they want to sleep but the temperature nuh jus conducive.

how do u breastfeed in the dark?
i usually turn on my nokia phone torchlight at nights when the lights are off, so she can see the bweast

For the immunization, he won't cry much compared to the next round he will take...lol
Speaking from my own experience though.
Don't scratch the injection site, if he reacts, put a towel in ice cold water, squeeze out the water then just place it on his arm for a bit and remove x3. Leaving it for too long night discomfort his tender bones.

Panda PCM might also come in handy if temperature is high or fluctuates.

Sleeping on ur back is a NO NO!!!!!
Once u find urself sleeping on ur back, pls turn back to ur side.

My Dd will sleep all day and then wake by 11pm and suck at 1 hr intervals till 5am.

imediately I was confirmed pregnant at 7 weeks, my dr warned me to stop sleeping on my tummy.... it was hard at first but I had to adapt to left-side sleeping. The earlier the better

Please o mamas I have a question. Is it wrong to lie on my tummy, my mom is always shouting on me not to. But I am 9 weeks and that is the most comfortable position for me. I thought it's when the tummy is protruding that is when it's wrong.

so its d aptamil dt had an issue?? but I know a couple of mamas dt use it but no issues. I guess bodies differ.

Keep giving her the Nan, but also be putting her to breast often too cos if baby doesn't suck, it can reduce ur milk supply.
Pump as often as every 2-3 hours so dt ur body will be tricked to produce more milk. No matter how small it looks, dnt b discouraged...just keep pumping n feeding her often.

I went to a very big store where they sell imported food I bought Aptamil so to help her not to reduce in size with d little breast she sucks,rushed her To the hospital 4days ago up till now we are still there doctor said the formular is good while abroad cos of there weather not here in nija,after a lot of test.so. I got Nan today and she has been doing well temperature recuce from 39OC to normal my people. Una no see me so. baby has been sleeping well compare to before she cried so loud while we mop her with cold water To bring Down her Temperature.all thanks to God

It's a seed....u soak in water overnight, drink d water and then u can chew d seeds (not compulsory)

U will feel ur tummy tightening, then it becomes hard and takes an unusual shape.. It happens for a few seconds (or minutes depending on how far gone u r) and then it goes away....
