What worked for me - dabbing d spot with ice or very cold water. Taking a glass of milk & chewing biscuit bone (natural sources of calcium). Limit any form of stress on ur legs, e.g climbing stairs too frequently.

Just take it easy, U ll be fine

My CS recovery has been awesome....I can now move around, took pap and tea last night. Been cleared to start eating today.

BM is progressing slowly but we r getting there.

I had placenta previa type 2...it was detected at my 20wks scan.
The Dr sat me down n explained the implications to me.

We had to do another scan at 28weeks n 36weeks to check if the placenta had moved, but it didn't so we had to schedule an elective CS for anytime after 37 weeks.

Once the placenta is blocking d cervix, going into labour is risky cos it can cause excessive bleeding. Hence the reason my dr didn't want me to go into labor at all to avoid stories that touch.
I had a successful CS yesterday and we are doing great now. If u need more info, u can mention me or send me a PM and we'll talk more.

Dunno if anyone has experienced this before. Went for my 23wks scan revealed that the placenta was posterior lying low- and I have googled which means the placenta is blocking the cervix. Although I was asked to come for another scan in 10weeks time. Any advice? Pls dont look and pass

She arrived by 8.55am via elective CS (due to placenta previa).

36wks + 3days today...

I saw stretch marks on my tummy d day I clocked 36weeks
My appetite is gone, Braxton hicks are more frequent now + my LO's movements are stronger now (I feel every twist and turn).

I can't wait n I'm counting down seriously. Done shopping, will pack my bag on Thursday after ANC.

DH is anxious too and is getting set too (after all na 2 of us de carry d belle )

Goodday everyone. I'm having vaginal itches o, since I shaved down there, I just put it off as irritation from the shaving but more than a week now the itching has not gone, but it became so severe this afternoon while coming back from work, was so itchy that I was crying. My ear is still hurting me, think I ruptured my ear drum, the pain was so severe yesterday but it has stopped, now my ear is blocked as if there is water inside it. Dunno what to do, I'll talk to my doctor about it tomorrow, though I registered in a private hospital dunno if they have an ENT department there. I'm just so sad now, and I had vowed not to clean my ears with anything again I still went to clean it because it was itchy me. Thirdly I noticed dried blood in my nose about four days ago, and when I cough (though I don't have cough, when I clear my throat) I noticed a tinge of blood followed the mucus frm my throat, this has happened like 3times over last week. I have my ante natal tomorrow so will lay my complain. Just that I don't have any money to buy drugs/run tests. Cos whenever you make a complain during pregnancy doctor will say you should run test. God help me. I just want my ear especially to go back to normal, the discomfort is not palatable at all especially when I am teaching

I've been eyeing this room b4 I got married always wondered wat u guys talked abt. glory to Almighty I got married last month Oct 22. so last month's bleeding was on 18th-22nd. so far so good, I av nt menstruated this month.
BT I'm having niple pains and dey r sensitive
and i very tired in d morning
plus I av been aving some headaches dat won't go away although I avnt used any drugs.
And my body temperature is nt stable.
Den since a week nw I always feel bloated my dinner no longer digests no mater aw early I eat.

My people, and that's how I woke up and started feeling slight menstrual like cramps. Dr Google says it could be a sign that cervix wants to start dilating. I'm just looking at my hospital bag and smiling to myself as I'm typing this... we are almost 37 weeks with double blessings.

I'm tempted to start eating the dates I bought in the mall some days back but I won't, let me allow nature take its course. Yesterday at my routine appointment, my doctor said I've tried, really have I? Feels like LOs are always fighting every time especially after the little meals I manage to eat.

I'll watch and wait it out, I know it will end in praise.
