With reference to SMA & SMA GOLD, they are manufactured in different countries. If I remember well, one in made in Singapore while the other is made in UK. One is also referred to as sma optipro. The contents are about the same the last time I checked.
My ds refused to take sma gold and nan so we make do with cow & gate.

Once Zara is filled, she shakes her head (signalling no) or she wont swallow the next spoon of food u give her. so once she does that, I don't bother anymore to avoid wastage.

Just ensure that the little he is eating is well balanced. For the rice u can serve with mashed boiled egg. I also shred meat or fish into the rice and mix it all up so she eats everything together.

sometimes, I take her little portion aside, add blended crayfish (a lil quantity) and then heat up a little and mix..

I think Chinese sizes run smaller cos they are smaller in stature

PS: Place of work is very far from home.

I'll answer from my experience
1) Monthly
2) Zara's creche is 20k per month (location - ajao estate)
3) check 'study habits' (off alidada street, ago palace way) - or better still hookup with amy5565, she is presently creche hunting within those zones
4) Zara's creche is 6am-7pm
5) I registered close to place of work cos its just 5-10mins drive from my office, and then my DH passes our same route to and from work, so we all go home together.
