My dear did you read the article at all? I understood you perfectly but Paul Ellis calling it modern grace doesn't mean it's a different gospel from what Christ preached, no. It's the same Gospel, just that after all the apostles died, man made tradition entered Christianity. John 3:16 is the pure gospel.

Telling people to stop sinning can never stop sin, cos you know what? man is fallen no matter what. Its only Christ's righteousness that makes us holy before God. Even a believer in Christ still has the flesh in him, not the Adamic sin nature though. The flesh in him can always cause him to sin though his spirit is saved, am not advocating sin. We are saved but we still live in a fallen body. It's the word of God that renews our mind.

And this issue of being out of fellowship or losing your salvation when a believer sins, is from the pit of hell. It is insulting the finished work of Christ on the cross. If every Christian can understand what happened at the cross, you will know that there's nothing like a believer losing his/her salvation. Christ literally passed through hell on the cross to save us and you are telling me that his death on the cross is not a finished work? What can u ( a mere mortal) do to save yourself? This issue of believers losing their salvation after sin and gaining it back after asking for forgiveness is an insult to God. It's an insult to the finished work of Christ on the cross. Read the above article very well, it's self explanatory. Grace is not a license to sin, am a living witness. It's God's grace that delivered me. When i was still attending a particular legalistic church that was still under the law, i was very far from God. Their legalism drove me away from church for 4 years, i didn't attend church cos the pastor always condemns us ( the members) to hell fire every Sunday.( you see the reason some people are becoming atheist? Though i don't support their decision at all) Its always about do this, don't do that, making the Christian life a bondage. But after God sent Joseph Prince my way, i became sooooooo close to Jesus!!! Because i didn't know that God loves me that much. The Gospel of Grace ( which is the real Gospel of Christ) changed me.

So my dear, i know you don't believe in my articles, but there's no problem. And am not someone that likes argument. I stay away from arguments cos i have hot temper, i always stay away from anything that will make me angry. I respect your opinion cos it's a free world. I can't force anyone to believe my articles. Am still happy that you are saved and we believe in the centrality of Christ Jesus. So can we let this rest? Peace.

If or not the guy comes back to me doesn't matter .... when the help is rendered it's over for me. If I happen to hear it changed his life then I say Praise God..... I am still being used as a vessel by God and that's all that matters.
Now let me ask you a question..... if you render help to someone and never see the person for yearsss.... only to see them being interviewed on TV as the CEO of a company praising God that he got the opportunity to enter the company because he was the only one making it to the interview due to the heavy rains and flood.... how will you feel when recognize you were the one that drove him there with your Prado but now he is praising God and not ehmmm....appreciating you?

The testimony is longer than this but i have to summarize it.... Listening to the true Gospel of Christ set me free. I have been to so many deliverance places for freedom. Even white garment churches but the Gospel of Grace did it only in one month!! Praise Jesus!!

Christ have been faithful to me.... During those days of seeking for freedom, i sometimes see wild animal sleeping beside me on the bed at night. The white garment church even got me entagled with water spirits in the dream. Those days, i see dem beautiful Indian girls coming to make love to me in the dream.... And so many other things.... Spirit of death was following me everywhere. Couldn't sleep well at night, terrible nightmares where hired assassins will be pursuing me in the dream!! Sometimes i dread to sleep. Thank God its all over today!!

That's why i carry the Gospel of Grace for head here on Nairaland!! I want people to be free!! The Gospel is the power of God unto your Salvation!! ( which includes Wholeness, Peace, Provision, Deliverance, Preservation) .

I thank God for bringing Pastor Joseph Prince my way... All glory to Christ Jesus my Lord!! I can't wait to meet my Lord on the day of Rapture!!

The TitheAgainstPoverty, TAP initiative is gradually gaining popularity and it was just launched over the weekend by the "Sheeple" master himself, Daddy Freeze. People are already heavy responding and invested in it and Mr. Freeze is calling on more and more people to take the challenge.

According to him, the ‘Tithe Against Poverty’ challenge is a campaign created to end poverty in Nigeria. To participate, you must remove someone from poverty with a tithe of your income and challenge someone to do the same!

Yesterday, Freeze challenged Nigeria singer and DWM Boss Davido to do so and he accepted wholeheartedly. Freeze is surely gaining more momentum with his Tithe campaign.

u r just a 21st century slave who still worship fellow men and controlled by the most ancient form of terrorism "church". how many standard hospitals are in Nigeria? yet u celebrate a mega church buildn. u will suffer long, how many laboratories and research centres are in Nigeria? how does the existence of ur stupid mega church building improve the poor start of Nigerian economy? does ur hopeless mega church provide food for the poor and serve as shelter for the poor? Yes, salvation is purely by grace and not of works. This is the requirements to get saved. But after you are saved, you are expected to do good works. Hence, Ephesians 2:10 says, "For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them".

In addition Apostle Paul wrote, "Who gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify unto himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works". (Titus 2:14). From this verse, we are not only expected to be involved in good works, we are supposed to be passionate about it. Failure to do that can make you lose your salvation.

Those who claim they are saved but are not involved in good works are those who "...profess that they know God; but in works they deny him, being abominable, and disobedient, and unto every good work reprobate.(Titus 1:16). "If we suffer, we shall also reign with him: if we deny him, he also will deny us". (2nd Timothy 2:12).

If you read carefully the letters our Lord Jesus wrote to the seven Churches in Asia minor, the emphasis was on works to each of the churches. And he warned them to repent and do the works they are supposed to do otherwise they will suffer the consequence.

The last letter which was addressed to the Church in Laodicians is of particular interest.

"He told them, I know thy works, that thou art neither cold nor hot: I would thou wert cold or hot. So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spue thee out of my mouth."(Revelation 3:14-15).

What do you suppose Jesus meant when he said, I will spue thee out of my mouth? This is as good as saying, I will completely reject you. That city is located in the present day Turkey which are predominantly now Muslims.

The letters Jesus wrote to these churches is also addressed to us. At the end of each letter, It says, "He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches".

A believer who says I am saved by grace but completely passive towards the works of the kingdom can be likened to a wicked and unreasonable servant in the parable of the talent. And the Scripture says,

And cast ye the unprofitable servant into outer darkness: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth - Matthew 25:30.

In Hebrews 10:25, Apostle Paul cautioned against habitual abstinence from Church meetings. He concluded that those who do that will fall under the judgment of God - Hebrews 10:26-31.

The message of grace has really been highly misunderstood. That you are saved by grace should even inspire you to serve God with zeal. If after your salvation, you are not ardently involved in a local Church, you have invariably nullified your salvation.

In summary, your good works does not save you but after you are saved, your good works preserves your salvation.

Good day all.

I do not intent to bore you guys with my story. I need urgent advice and help from the Pastors and Evangelists in the house.

I was not born into a Christian family, although my dad told me he was a dedicated Christian before he decided to go the other way (being a native doctor). So I didn't grow up as a church goer.

When I was in primary school, I used to have this group of Jehovah Witnesses, who usually come to study the bible with me. They introduced Christianity to me. They taught me how to study the bible. By the time I got to secondary school, I developed the habit of studying the bible on my own. I so much loved the teachings especially the New Testament. I made sure I apply the bible principles in my daily life even though I was not attending any church. This really helped me to the extent I was always referred to as a good and responsible boy both at home and in school.

Later on, I would sometimes follow my neighbours to church - this my dad was not happy with. In one of the church services, I had an experience during worship, my body changed. I could feel a kind of cool breeze and suddenly, I became so light that I could not stand, and I found myself on the floor. Up to today, I can not really tell what it was.

Not long, I stopped attending church because my dad was not happy with it. But I continued my personal bible study and fortunately, another group of Jehovah Witnesses started visiting me.

After my WAEC, I had a dream. In this dream, I saw myself standing in front of our house, thinking of what to do since I was done with my secondary education. Suddenly, a ladder came down from the sky and its base was just directly in front of me. When I looked up, I saw someone coming down from the ladder. I was so scared. He was coming to me and I thought of running away. Suddenly, there was this bright light behind me. It was so bright that I was like a small object at the centre. I was frightened, I wanted to know the source of the light but I could not turn my head to look back. As I was struggling to turn my head, the man from the ladder was so closed to me and I suddenly woke up from the sleep. I keep remembering this dream even after so many years. I didn't tell any one and I keep wondering what it means.

When I entered university, I started hustling and mingling with different kinds of people. Gradually, I lost interest in the bible and things concerning church. I started having girlfriends and living a wayward life. It was so bad to the extent that I started patronising prostitutes. When ever I don't have money for prostitutes, I would masturbate. Even before I graduated from school, masturbation was like a hubby to me.

Fast forward to today, I am married with two lovely kids (girls). Gradually I have been able to stop masturbation although I seldomly patronise prostitutes.

The truth is that I am not happy with my life. Things are not the way they ought to be. I keep thinking of death. I keep imagining if I die now where will I be. I need help as soon as possible. I want to repent from my sins and serve God before I leave this earth. I am so scared of dying without Christ. It seems I cannot help myself. I feel so ashamed with myself. My major problem is that I don't even know where to go and who to meet. I cant pray. My heart seems hardened. I see pastors as scammers but I know Jesus is real. I am so confused. Could it be that the dream I had then was a sign or just meaningless?

I need serious deliverance.
