ShadowCracker:
Report him to God really.
Is this a joke or what .

Enskynelson please ignore this beyen, First thing first report to your parents, then report to the relevant security operatives, and sue that damn lecturer to court, if you could get mainstream journalist to carry the case then cool.

No be only Angel Micheal go flog, angel ishilove sef go join flog. iranu

God will seat on his His throne and laugh at Africans and say: So, in spite of all the things I have given these people, they keep asking me for everything including what they can do by themselves.
I agree with reporting with the relevant authorities after securing enough evidences.

ITbomb:
Get evidence first before reporting.
You have your phone.
Voice or video or pic is better than text

Thanks for this. Exactly my thoughts too. I have advised her to put her phone on record anytime she goes in to his office so she can gather evidences little by little.

Kriss216:
Do you really need to ask Which tribe is the man?

I had to ask because of the peculiarity of the location. For instance, a Yoruba lecturer in ABU can easily be handled than a Yoruba man in OAU! This is just an illustration. Lecturers working in their State of Origin will be more difficult to handle. That was why I asked of them tribe. Now that I have answered, I need your advice pls.

falcon01:
Go on

Don't want to put the rest of the chat as I already gave my advice and some details may put the student at risk.

Obakashdee:
This one pass me oo

In fact, I didn't know how best to approach the issue.

Good evening Nlanders.
I have not been in this position before and hence I am not sure if I have the right and most appropriate advice for this situation. None of my female lecturers ever demanded sexual gratification before passing any of my courses. But here's a friend of mine in a tight corner and under pressure from her project supervisor. What will you do if u were in her shoes? What advice do you have for her?

So because of stupid NPower if you are faced with serious reason to redeploy to another State eg. Security, u should not?

No more camping because of bandits!

OK

pongwa:

Dave0116:
Oh so what about in a situation where I want to do direct entry or study abroad, what do I get as a prove that I studied at open university?

You want to study abroad after finishing your programme in NOUN, u get transcripts. The one you are talking about is like changing your institution. Like after finishing 100L in NOUN, you wish to get a transfer to another University. In that scenario, I have not heard of any case like that.

Dave0116:
Pls can I request for transcript when I'm done with my 100lvl?

One of the requirements for requesting for transcripts is that you are going to attach your evidence of completion of the programme eg. your certificate. You are also required to indicate the date your finished your programme. Transcripts is strictly for those that have completed their programme.

oyukuwife:
Thank you for your response.
I had it checked out for plagarism and it was 17%.
Will look out for the website to be re opened
Thank you

Cheers.

oyukuwife:
Good morning.
Please as regards project submission. Am a msc student, ve been trying to submit on the pas website, but the icon for project submission is not on the website, am quite confused, is it the job of the student to upload on the pas website or the study center?
Am yet to submit my project at the study center I plan on going there this incoming week.
Please respond thank you

As at yesterday, a complain has been sent in that line, that the days are counting already and the PAS is still not opened for submission. Keep checking as I hope that will be resolved soon.
Secondly, a student can submit on PAS or Study Centre can. U can take it down to your study Centre. Hope you have done your plagiarism check. Originality should not be less than 70 per cent otherwise, your thesis will be rejected at the Study Centre. Kindly do the check before printing to avoid waste of money. If you have any issue regarding the plagiarism check, send me a DM.
Cheers.

FriendNG:
No. Mine was released and I did PGD

When was your submission?

Blakpot:
If someone fails to meet this July 31 deadline, can they still submit their project when the next submission window opens? And do you have any idea when that will be?
Thanks.

You can submit during the next submission. It's definitely before the year runs out but not sure when it will be.

emmadeking:
Have project results been released recently?

I submitted mine(PGD) first week of March.
What do you advice I do?

The result for that is not out yet. Only Masters programme results have been released from the submissions

Cumreal:
Please can anyone advice me on how i can go about finding a builder/contractor for my project.

I need a reputable builder that pays attention to finish details.

Also any advise on how i can properly vet them? Because from the stories i have heard i feel it may be easy for quacks to disguise as beign reputable.

The finished output and neatness of the project is very important. So i really want to do my due diligence and hire the best from the start.

The project is in Ilorin Kwara state.

Those I know are Abuja based and they may not have time to combine their present projects with yours.
Make sure anyone you will work with should have physical evidences verifiable of their projects so u don't regret at the end of the day. I wish you well in your project bro.

Mczigx:
Please how can I get my transcript from the school, sent them an email for weeks now but in yet to get a response.

Send me a DM

Breaking... PROJECT SUBMISSION
If you missed out on the last project submission, project submission has commenced today and will close on July 31st, 2021.
If you submitted your project before the February submission and yet to see your result, kindly go and do a fresh submission. But if you are a Masters student and submitted in the February submission, I advise you also do a re-submission as well. Finally, if you did a submission before awaiting this opening, go to your study centre and make sure they upload your project details on the NOUN Project Administration System.

tundelomo:
Good day house, pls is GST compulsory for Msc students? Because i did nt registered it. What is d implication if i choose nt to register it nd can it be done in next semester or it must be in first semester. Thanks

It is a CORE COURSE. You can register any course anytime. There's nothing as first semester courses for only first semesters. In NOUN we deal with all semesters simultaneously. For instance, carryover of the just-concluded POP exams can be registered this coming semester. Register your GST807 next semester.

Taiwolee1:
Abeg weytin b d pass mark for Gst . PG student

All courses for PG students, pass mark is 50/100. TMA + exams must be up to 50.
