Please i need urgent clarification on this matter:

I am a direct entry student in mass communication, i have passed all my exams except project since 2015.

This week i registered for the project and i notice there's no record of my exams in the portal, how can i reconcile my program with NOUN to reflect all my registered courses and exams?

I know i need to go to my study center for this but i am very far away from there, i need to know how to handle this so when i travel down I will not be clueless on what to do.

Thanks for your anticipated response.
Please explain what u meant by the bolded.

Good wives don't make money? shocked
Of cos, they make money but they won't make themselves the head in the eyes of the world. There are so many rich men out there but the truth is that, their wives are the source of the money. A good woman has all the money yet makes her husband comfortable. How did that woman OP was talking about even get to build house and the world knows she is the one? The good woman will do same but everyone will think her husband did it.

In a nutshell, are you saying that all exams registration for pg students are nw 3k? I mean from 700L to 800L.
From my experience, YES 3k per course. Unless it was however an error which may be fixed later.

Goodevening House,
I have a question that needs urgent answer...

I have a BSC in Political Science from UNN, I also possess an MSc from NOUN. I want to proceed to PhD but this time I want to go for Peace and Conflict Resolution. Can I gain admission directly into any University to study this new interest?
No Ph.D PCR currently in NOUN.

Pls share link or pdf of maternal and child health for M.Sc public health
When I registered PHS804, it was titled "maternal and child health" but when I tried to download the course material, the material was PHS804 but titled "Epidemiology II". On checking all the 800L courses and course materials for Health Sciences, I noticed PHS804 was "Epidemiology II" and there was no course as "maternal and child health"

Conclusion: The course "PHS804" is Epidemiology II but being wrongly titled in the course registration as "Maternal Child Health." Secondly, the course and course material "Maternal Child Health" for M.Sc. Public Health students currently does not exist.

Below is the link to all courses for M.Sc Public Health for now.
Cheers.

Things I have Observed on the Portal thus far
#1 M.Sc. Exams registration per course now 3k. If you registered earlier with 2k per course, you may later see a deduction from your wallet balance. In case you see negative balance sooner or later, this could be the one of the sources.
#2 Download course materials link has been added to your exams registration slip. This great innovation will help clear issues of not knowing which course materials is the right one especially those with different codes on them. With this, you won't study or download the wrong course materials for your course.
#3 As at the time of this writing, ,100L second semester course registration for Nursing Students who began last semester are not available. When u see such, you are not alone.
#4 Exams registration is still not very straight forward. After registering courses for M.Sc Public Health... To register the corresponding exams, I had to select 700L to see some courses and 900L before I could see the rest to register the exams. I saw no exams under the 800L where I belong. In case u may think 900L was responsible for the 3k per course, even the ones registered through 700L option had charges of 3k per course.

Conclusion
Don't panic when u see new things, different things from what u used to see. If things are not working for you yet in your registration, kindly exercise some patience cos this is just work in progress.

All the best for the 2021/2 semester!

Apply for change of study Centre at your former location and specify to be changed to your new location. Do that as soon as possible as the process is often slow

Is there a way a student can apply for more credit units like conventional universities? Thanks
I think it applies for only Final year students and u have only extra 3 credits. Go to your SC and talk to the students counsellor.

It is written that students in their final year only can take as much as 27units but I am yet to see anyone do that. Try and confirm from your SC.

Pls what's the duration for MBA? And I need an idea of the tution

Thanks
Not less than three semesters. Minimum of 72TCE. You will spend around 250k in all.
First semester registration will be around 74k. Second semester 50-60k and 3rd semester could be around 90k (project registration inclusive).

That is nonsense from noun, I expect them to put all required fees on portal or otherwise states there will be some hidden fees..
Thanks sir...
There are no hidden fees. NOUN is flexible (meaning u can choose to register as much courses as u want to, within a semester although with a limit of 24units). And the fees u pay depend on the courses u choose to register hence, there is hardly any clearly defined registration fees except for the compulsory for new student UG 36k, returning UG Student 18k. So, aside the above compulsory fees, 4500 for 3units course and 4000 for 2units applies for any course you choose to register. Add them up to the compulsory fees to have the total cost of registration per semester.

Hello house,
I have a sister that plan to seek admission with noun, but the issue is she told me the school fees for undergraduate is 70k whereas I am seeing less than 40k on the portal for all undergraduate...
I don't know if what she is saying is true as I find it difficult to believe...

Her course of choice is computer science... And Ilorin is her preferred center.

Regards
She is right. 100L first semester for her course is about 70k

Hello House,
I have been having issues with my name appearing on the graduation list after doing all my course work, project, siwes and seminars inclusive since 2018, I don't know who to contact again. My course of study is B.sc Communication Technology.

i have been to my study centre at Ilorin several time as all efforts to get this issue resolved as proven abortive.

I seriously need help as I need this certificate to apply for my PG study abroad.

House, Kindly assist with contact of a resource person in the HQ that can be of help..as this is becoming frustrating for me.
I can help you do a preliminary check to know if you have done all expected of you. After then you can send an official complaint. Send me a DM.

They should investigate that soldier because this story doesn’t add up.

Seems that soldier is an agent of bandits who came to murder a prime suspect in custody to prevent him from spilling out a lot of information.

What was a can full of petrol doing inside a room where a suspect was locked?

Only zombies would believe this.
Your head dey there.

I been admitted for PGD IT and I have uploaded all my documents for verification for over a month now. Whenever I try checking with my RRR it's always showing not yet verified.
Pls am I missing anything or it's normal 4 such delays?

Pls note my former school has not sent my transcript to NOUN.
Next step for you is to go and apply for your transcripts. Get evidence of application from your Alma mater. Go to your selected NOUN study Centre. Present your uploaded documents physically along with your evidence of application for your transcripts. You will be verified instantly. Cheers.

Hello good evening.

I just applied for admission and application fee was paid online.... But when I visit the noun center for registration they are asking for teller..... I don't understand o oo ... Please who can enlighten me... Please
Tell them you paid online and hence no teller. Then present your remita slip as evidence of payment (the copy can be found in your email address). Even some banks don't have customer's copy of tellers for remita.
