The same thing has happened to me before, this saliva on the palm issue. The boys had a giant black python coiled up on the floor at a very busy City center. Then he called for volunteers and because I wanted to make sure it wasn't one of his friends in the crowd that they used to deceive the crowd, I stepped forward. Then he asked me my name, called it three times, and touched my hand with the body of the python. By now I was trembling inside with fear cos there's nothing I hate more than snakes (literally and figuratively). But my eyes were wide open to catch their trick. Then he put some sand from the ground on my palm and told me to spit on it, immediately both sand and saliva disappeared and he told me to check the back of my hand, lo and behold I saw saliva at the back, no sand.
If that was a trick, the next one was definitely not. He brought out the snake again from the (empty) carton of biscuits, and covered the carton with a black nylon at the top. Then he faced the direction of popular street where they sell clothes and "called forth" the best clothes. By the time he removed the nylon covering the carton come and see assorted fine T-shirts and trousers! Everyone around started collecting their share for a token (can't remember the exact amount but it was way less than 10% of the cost of those clothes).
Naturally I'm not a covetous person so I didn't collect. Even at that I was told to pay some money otherwise I would run mad within 24hrs. Didn't have any money on me so they gave me their address to come and give them later that evening (there was no GSM then). I ran home immediately, locked myself in my room and prayed then fell asleep. Woke up the next day, no madness. Next day, nothing. Till today, none of my family members know about how curiosity almost killed their 'cat'.

Hi guys!
I am dropping this here with the hope of anyone with certain info or experience in this.

I registered an elective course, did TMA, didn't write exam and the course isn't even listed on my results at all. Last semester, I saw it on carry over courses and I went to school, asked If its compulsory I retake it, I was told at the department that since it is elective, I don't have to retake it if I don't want to, since I didn't write the exam at all at first.

Same for GST301, registered course and exam, I didn't do the TMA neither did I sit for the exam, the the following semester, it was announced if you havnt done it, it is no longer compulsory, it didnt appear on my result at all and it's also on my carry over courses.

Please, i really do need info from someone who is sure or had same experience.
Do I have to write them still or not?

It was not just removed but was also replaced with GST302. I suppose if you have done GST302 and passed it, you should not be worried even if it is showing among carryovers.
