RomanceLadies: 10 Men You Should AVOID At All Cost by entadaplace1(op): 5:57pm On Aug 27, 2013
1. The rebound shot
A man, who is fresh out of a relationship, is still lurking in the transition. At this point of time, he can be quite weak and might lean on the nearest support he can find. But that doesn’t mean that he’s really fallen for you. Although for some people it has worked, but mostly in the long run, there can be no assurance of this one coming to term.

2. No money, honey
Understood you are not a materialistic girl, you are independent and are alright with going dutch on a date. Women don’t necessarily want a rich millionaire, but a little something can be a good thing. Even the guy would feel his dignity is safe if he can contribute some. And a man who still cannot understand this – girl, dump the slowpoke now!

3. ‘Ex’ factor
‘You are good, but she was better!’ Are you still with a guy who says that? Bang your head on the nearest wall and tell him you might as well go back. He’s not yet over the ex-relationship, and somewhere he’s sulking about it. Good or bad, the experience could be anything, but the fact that he still talks about her doesn’t help in getting the current relation any better. And even if you don’t dump him, but make him realise, talk it out; and if it still doesn’t work, it’s unbelievable you are still putting up with it!

4. ‘Ex’ out the friendly factor
Men do have a tendency to still retain a certain amount of care for the woman they once loved. So, it doesn’t make any sense for them to remain friends once it’s over. What was there once can be reignited in some weak moments. So, dearest men, dump the ‘ex’ as ‘friend’ and concentrate on your current love. A bird in hand is always better than two in the bush.

5. Love at first sight
Well, it happens only in books or films. Most often, it’s just a liking or lust. But love, dearies, takes time to blossom. So, lady, if the gentleman has told you ‘I Love You’ a bit too soon, hold your horses and don’t jump into taking yet another big step.

6. ‘The world is hard on me’
No darling, you are just a selfish man who has taken certain wrong decisions perhaps, but doesn’t want to admit it. I know you just said ‘no’, but deep down you know it’s a ‘yes’! Unaccountable, selfish or plain immature, grow up or stop pulling the other person down with you by blaming the world or her for your problems, lest she decides to move the ‘problem’ away from your life.

Romance10 Leading Lies Women Tell Men! by entadaplace1(op): 2:39pm On Aug 24, 2013
We don’t mean to lie but we kinda have to, just to keep the peace.

Yes, we females are far from perfect.

I’m really sorry ladies; I guess I feel I owe it to them.

So here are the top 10 lies woman tell men. Once again, I’m really sorry ladies.

1) I don’t care how much you earn. In my opinion, this is the biggest lie unless the woman knows beforehand he will never earn as much as her anyway, then it’s not really an issue. Woman do care, they want stability and financial fulfilment. If we know that you can’t provide that for us…well…in the words of a kanye ‘Now I ain’t sayin’ she a gold digger…’

2) I don’t mind that you look at other woman. What? Really? Do you actually believe that? When a woman says this, she’s trying to prove to you that she’s an open minded and a patient person. Inside she’s screaming ‘how dare you look at her! In fact if she does say this lie…RUN! She’s more likely to be one of those jealous-psycho chicks…still think she’s worth it?

3) I can’t wait to meet your mum. She can wait, a very, very long time. She probably would only want to meet her on the wedding day. Most women are scared of meeting the mothers, they know she’s the one who can make or break the relationship…

4) I like your friends. She loves the fact that they strip her of all the time she could spend with you and she especially loves when you and your boys hang out at bars and clubs. She’s obviously lying to you, she’ll only say this to be accommodating at first but there is a limit!

5) I’m in no rush to get married. Lie.Lie.Lie. She’s watching her biological clock, she’s attended too many of her friends weddings, and has already eyed her wedding dress. If it was possible, she would push you down that aisle!

6) I never tell my girlfriends about you. She does, all the time. She tells them how wonderful you are, what you wear/eat/like/dislike basically EVERYTHING! Trust me there isn’t a conversation between the two of you that her girlfriends aren’t aware of.

7) I like you just the way you are. This isn’t a lie per se, but there are probably one or two or three things that she’s planning to change about you. At least she isn’t insulting you, I mean no one is perfect right?

RomanceWhat Matters More In A Relationship: Hot S*x Or Loyalty? by entadaplace1(op): 1:36pm On Aug 22, 2013
How many times have young women been told that hot sex is the key to developing a long term relationship? How many times have they heard that they will need to dole out steaming hot sex in copious quantities, or else he will look elsewhere?

This is not entirely untrue, but it is slightly misleading.

If a woman comes into a relationship with world class skills at hot sex, if she is the hottest of the hotties, then, the average man is going to decide, immediately, that she is not relationship material!

Friends with benefits: Yes! Hooking up: Yes! Bring her home to Mom: No way!

However much he will thrill in her superior sexual skills, he will always, in the back of his mind, be asking himself: Where did she learn that?

If anyone suggests to young women that they can best prepare for long term relationships by developing their sexual skills, or that they are going to be rejected if they are not highly proficient at this or that kink, he is leading them astray.

The better she is, the more in demand she will be, and less she will be considered relationship material.

This does not mean that hot sex does not matter. If it is hot sex that grows with the relationship, that is optimal.

If a woman enters a relationship with seriously deficient sexual skills, if she is slightly awkward performing certain sexual acts, that will immediately count as an asset.

If, as the relationship develops, she acquires greater and greater proficiency at acts sexual, well then, that will surely redound to her credit.

If the sex is theirs, it is a good thing. If it is just hers, that is not such a good thing.

More than a few women will now be thinking that they cannot turn the clock back to their virginal youth. Should they fake naivete and modesty and even awkwardness?

If they want long term relationships, the answer is: Yes, they should.

If a woman knows that it is best not to divulge details of her sexual past, does it make any sense for her to advertise what she has learned from said sexual past?

The truth is, many people, both men and women, will tolerate less than optimal sex for quite some time in a relationship. This, in itself, suggests that sex is not quite the deal maker or deal breaker that it is knocked up to be.

Loyalty is. People will tolerate bad sex a lot longer than they will tolerate disloyalty.

Here’s one discussion, offered by one SIwerner, via HookingUpSmart.

In his words: “The way they most show their lack of … loyalty is the way many women will ‘disengage’ from their own man when another (of higher alphaness, typically) man approaches….

“I see it occurring all the time in social settings, a woman is obviously with one man (holding hands, his arm around her, or hers around his waist, etc.). But then the other man comes near, and not only does the woman move away from her man, she will often step between her man and the approaching man, facing that incoming man, with her back to her man…. Could it be any more obvious a signal that she’s willing to consider other offers.”

Even if she is not willing to consider other offers, she must consider the message she is sending to her man, the other man, and the rest of the assembled guests.

She is saying that her allegiance, her loyalty, is, dare I say, up for grabs.

Of course, there are other ways that loyalty is at play in a relationship. For the record, most of them are gender neutral.

If one partner has a problem at work, the other partner should show loyalty first, and wonder about who is right or wrong, second.

If a couple is having dinner with another couple and one partner gets into an argument, the other partner should always take sides with his or her partner.

It is not a moment where it matters whether he or she is right or wrong. What matters is solidarity, thus, loyalty.

Members of couples are always being called upon to attend functions that matter more to one than the other partner. Whether it is a business function, a dinner with clients or staff, a weekend with family… these occasions are not necessarily what the other partner wants to be doing.

And yet, you are obliged to attend, and if you don’t you will be taxed with disloyalty, for letting your partner down. More than that, your job at these functions is to make your partner look good.

If you look or sound like a fool, that will reflect on your partner and will be considered a betrayal. If you look like you do not want to be there, everyone assembled will assume that your partner does not inspire very much loyalty in you or that he chose someone with bad character.

These are only some of the ways that loyalty plays itself out in a relationship. I have rarely if ever seen disloyalty trumped by hot sex.

CelebritiesAn Open Letter To Olamide ” Law Of Diminishing Return “ by entadaplace1(op): 1:18pm On Aug 22, 2013
This Writer Nailed it with “ Baddo, have you heard of the point of equilibrium? That’s the point when the law of diminishing return sets in.” Share your thoughts

“I am a fan of yours and I have followed your growth from the days with ID Cabasa and the Coded Tunes crew, to your days under Toni Payne‘s management. Parting ways with her was quite risky but I felt it was a move worth making as you needed a fully dedicated management to grow your career. That move paid off and you’re now better off for it.

Pitching your tent with 1805 Entertainment, your immense talent and the void left by Dagrin‘s demise meant only one thing – A top spot for you! I am glad you fit in perfectly. A bolder move to start YBNL Nation and you going ahead to drop your second album on the YBNL Nation/1805 Entertainment imprint was another risky move that still paid off. At that point, I knew the ‘god of music’ was behind you.
Though it wasn’t so surprising to see the street embrace the album cos of it quality street wise content, the rate at which the ‘butties’ accepted you too was alarming. People preached the YBNL gospel and gladly talked about how good the album was. Even my cool friend Fola Alade became an advocate of ‘Razz being the new Cool’, no thanks to you. But while we where enjoying Jale, Street Love, Jesu O kola, Stupid Love, First of All, Ilefo Illuminati amongst other beautiful songs, dear Olamide, you unconsciously killed the album!

Yes, you unfortunately killed it by releasing too many materials not so long after the album dropped and you shifted our attention off the album. To make matters worse, some of these songs were not half as good as the songs on the album and they also were not wellpromoted, Confession, Tonto Dike, Baddest Nigga That ever liveth, e.t.c. Needless to say that some were also really good, cos some of us still have Turn Up and Durosoke topping our playlists.

Baddo, have you heard of the point of equilibrium? That’s the point when the law of diminishing return sets in. It happens to everything and everyone. In simple terms, it’s the point where you get to the peak, have nothing extra to offer and the drop starts. To some, the drop might not be deep while to some, they would never rise to that point again. Unfortunately, this happens a lot in the music industry. While we agree that you are HOT at this moment and the inspiration is much, brother, please do not wear yourself out. Ma le ara e ni ere.
Truth is when you saturate the market with too many materials, we get tired easily, we don’t pay full attention to them and the songs end up not getting as much love as they should. Keep recording, keep saving them in the cloud and don’t push too many songs within a short period. Let the fans yearn for more, let us savour the goodness of some of what you already have.

On a final note, I love the way your personality is gradually evolving ‘cos building a brand of yourself should be beyond your music. I foresee a near future where corporate brands that want to connect with the streets would come to you, simply because you are the link between the streets and the corporate world. A celebrated grass to grace story. The true voice of the streets.

Business9 Habits Of Productive People by entadaplace1(op): 11:01am On Aug 20, 2013
It doesn’t matter what you do or where you work – everyone is looking for ways to be more productive on the job. But excessive amounts of caffeine and list-making won’t get you any closer to reaching peak productivity levels today.
So, why are we all so obsessed with productivity? It’s probably because in this digital age, staying on task and avoiding distraction is harder to accomplish than your actual work. Not to mention the feeling of a productive workday is somewhat euphoric.
This search for a more productive workday has led to a certain misconception about what productivity really is — and it’s a lot more than checking tasks off your to-do list. Truly productive people aren’t focused on doing more things; this is actually the opposite of productivity. If you really want to be productive, you’ve got to make a point to do fewer things.
To find out the secret to a more productive workday, I spoke with project management and productivity expert Tony Wong. He provided me with some excellent insight into what he and other like-minded individuals do during their work week.
Make room for increased productivity by putting these habits into play:
1. Cut your to-do list in half. Getting things done during your workday shouldn’t mean fitting in doing as much as possible in the sanctioned eight hours. Do you really need those 30 tasks on your to-do list? Take a less-is-more approach to your to-do list by only focusing on accomplishing things that matter.
2. Take more breaks. The ache in your brain after several long hours of work should be your signal to take a break. Since your brain has used up its glucose, give yourself a moment to refresh by going for a walk, grabbing lunch or a snack, or just meditating. You’ll come back recharged and ready to achieve greater efficiency.
3. Follow the 80/20 rule. Only 20 percent of what you do each day produces 80 percent of your results. Eliminate the things that don’t matter during your workday — they have a minimal effect on your overall productivity. For example, break your next project down into steps and systematically remove tasks until you end up with the 20 percent that gets the 80 percent of results.
4. Use your morning to focus on yourself. It’s a big productivity killer to start your mornings by checking your email and your calendar. This allows others to dictate what you accomplish. Start your day out right by ignoring your emails in the morning and getting in a good breakfast, reading the news, meditating, or working out. This will ensure you’ve got the necessary fuel for a productive day.
5. Tackle your challenging tasks before lunch. Knock out your most challenging work when your brain is fresh. If you have any busy work or meetings, save them for the afternoon. By scheduling your day this way, you’ll be able to create a new and more productive way to manage your time.
6. Improve your email etiquette. Email is a productivity killer and usually a distraction from tasks that actually matter–don’t fall into this productivity trap. For example, people often copy multiple people on emails to get it off their plate, but this is a sign of laziness and actually distracts everyone else by creating noise against the tasks they’re trying to accomplish.
As a rule, if you receive an email where many people are CC’d, do everyone a favor by BCC’ing them on your reply. If your email chain goes beyond two replies, it’s time to pick up the phone.
7. Create a system. You’ve probably developed a few productivity-ruining habits over the years. Manage your distracting ways by creating a system. For those of you who check your emails compulsively, plan a morning, afternoon, and evening time slot to manage your inbox. Otherwise, you’ll get distracted from accomplishing more important goals throughout the day.
8. Stop confusing productivity with laziness. While no one likes admitting it, sheer laziness is the No. 1 contributor to lost productivity. In fact, a number of so-called time-saving methods – take meetings and emails for example – are actually just ways to get out of doing real work. Place your focus on doing the things that matter most as efficiently and effectively as possible.
9. Stop multi-tasking. Stop trying to do 10 things at once! Changing tasks more than 10 times a day drops your IQ an average of 10 points. Get things done more effectively and efficiently by focusing on one task at a time.
Less is more when it comes to being productive during the workday. Stick to the basics for reaching productivity.
What do you do to stay productive at work?

Romance10 Things Her Body Is Telling You by entadaplace1(op): 4:54pm On Aug 15, 2013
The female body. It’s a work of art and well deserves to be admired, while clothed or unclad.

And if you peel your eyes away from her b*tt and breasts for a few moments, you can improve your chances with the one you’re after. Just look for these 10 subtle signs to understand what she’s thinking and feeling.

Pupils

If she’s feeling stimulated by you (not just sexually), her pupils will dilate. That’s because her body is programmed to want to see more of whatever’s exciting her, so her brain tells her irises to let in more light. Bonus: As the inkiness spreads, she’ll start looking better to you, too. Research shows that men rate women with larger pupils as more attractive. Time to make your move.

Eyelashes

Hold her gaze for a minute. If she’s blinking more than normal (which is about 15 times a minute), there’s a good chance she’s on the Pill; women on birth control blink 32 percent more than those who aren’t. Aside from the obvious, what does that mean for you? Put on your toughest, most confident mug as you look at her. Because of the shift in hormone levels, research says, women on the Pill are more attracted to men with rugged features, such as strong, wide jaws.

Brain
She’s matching you drink for drink but she seems like her same old self. What’s the deal? Men and women get different kinds of buzzes: Men lose inhibitions, while women become sedated. If you’re looking to get her into the party spirit, don’t feed her more alcohol. Instead, turn up the music. Research shows that mid- to fast-tempo music will make her more social.

Belly
Want to know if it’s a good or bad time to broach a tricky conversation? You can tell if she’s suitably relaxed by her breathing pattern. If her stomach pulls in with each inhalation, she’s taking shallow breaths from her chest, which indicates stress. Keep your distance. If her abdomen and chest expand with each inhalation, she’s taking deeper, more rhythmic breaths—a sign of relaxation. Go for it.

Nose

Her sense of smell is sharpest first thing in the morning, which, aside from being a good reason to brush your teeth immediately, makes it the best time to impress her with your culinary skills. That’s because 90 percent of taste is really smell. Treat her to a breakfast in bed consisting of banana, which has an aroma that, according to one study, increases bloodflow to the v**ina. And that may lead to a different kind of morning treat.

Chest
s*x flush, a pinkish look to the skin of her chest, occurs during pre-intimacy. It stems from changes in blood pressure and circulation, along with pulse and respiration rates. Think of it as her coy way of telling you that if you keep doing what you’re doing, you just might get lucky. Another sign that things are working: A woman’s breasts grow by as much as 25 percent as things turn hot and heavy.

Small of Her Back

As she moves toward climax during s*x, she’ll begin to arch her back. Hold her tight around the small of her back at this point and stay attuned to how much she’s arching. And, for God’s sake, do not let up; maintain the same rhythm and intensity of stimulation until she climaxes. She’ll pay you back for this later, with interest.

Fingernails

Pay attention to her fingers; among the surest signs of anxiety or depression in a woman are body-focused repetitive behaviors, such as skin picking and nail biting. If you see her doing that, don’t nag her to stop; that can send her deeper into a spiral. Instead, gently pull her hand away, give it a squeeze, and hold on to it. Feel the tension ooze right out.

Hands

If it seems as if she always has cold hands, that’s because she does—almost 3 degrees colder than yours, possibly more if she’s stressed. Women’s bodies, even more than men’s, are programmed to keep their cores warmer than their extremities. So to warm her hands up, don’t massage them; wrap your arm around her waist. This will warm her core and allow blood to flow back into her hands.

Between Her Legs

Okay, you know enough about your partner’s menstrual cycle to know when to leave her alone. Now add this to your arsenal: Two weeks after her period begins, she will be at her horniest, guaranteed. Female s*xual motivation is highest when she’s ovulating. Warning: This is also when she’s most likely to get pregnant.

CelebritiesNigeria’s Top 8 Most Loved Celebrities by entadaplace1(op): 12:01pm On Aug 08, 2013
The entertainment industry in Nigeria has boomed over the past couple of years, and that has been thanks to a large surge in social media interactions between celebrities and fans. It’s the one way a lot of fans can stay very connected to their favorite celebrities, and be in touch with them in some cases almost a daily basis.

Instagram, twitter, blogs, facebook and the likes have brought celebrities closer to us. With that comes a lot of interaction and many a times an out pouring of love to the celebrity and in many cases, blinding hate.

But we wont focus on the hate part today. As a “loving” website, we’ll focus on the positives… for now, and maybe… just maybe we’ll jump the fence and give you the flip-side of this. Lest we get carried away, let’s get into our most loved celebrities.

We did a mini survey and research (as always) and these are the celebrities who we can say get the most amount of love from fans, media and the likes and also the least amount of hate. No celebrity is immune to hate, but if the love far outweighs the hate, you have to go with them being loved. Let’s get to it.
Genevieve Nnaji

Genevieve Nnaji

Genevieve Nnaji

First things first, one of the numerous reasons a lot of people love her is because she’s beautiful and her beauty almost seems age defying, but that’s not even a quarter of why her fans are so in love with her. Afterall she’s not the only pretty actress. Somehow there’s a certain lovable trait about her.

For the most part she’s not involved in a lot of scandal, she’s almost always positive when it comes to interacting with fans, and you rarely hear of her going of on a rant on facebook or twitter or the likes, or in any of that attention mess that ‘certain’ actresses do. Finally, she’s a good actress and great ambassador for Nollywood and Nigerian entertainment in general. Someone you can be proud to represent the face of entertainment in Nigeria. No one is perfect, but you’ll be hard pressed to hear much negative press about her.

Don Jazzy

Don Jazzy

Don Jazzy

Don Baba J. His production and music creativity alone is enough to make you want to dash him your sister to marry. Simply put, Don Jazzy could very well be the best producer we have right now.

However one of the main reasons, Mr Collins is so loved is because of his interaction with fans and his great, GREAT generosity. For one, he’s one of the few celebrities in Nigeria that actually follows a lot of fans back on twitter and actually interacts with fans as opposed to being snobby and turning the nose up. Secondly he’s extremely generous. Forget about the phone recharge credits, iPads etc he gives out on twitter, he donates to a lot of causes, and helps a lot of people in need (both announced and unannounced). Doing that will definitely get a lot of fans on your side, and even after the messy split from Dbanj, he’s still very much loved by a lot of fans.

MI

MI

MI Abaga

As a fan, it’s hard to meet MI Abaga without feeling like this is the best guy ever. Forget the rap persona, MI is a very humble individual and anytime he meets a fan he makes that person feel like they’ve been friends for a long time. It’s his personality that takes up almost half of why people love him.

But you definitely can’t ignore his talent. His skills on the mic are arguably the best in Nigeria, and a lot of his lyrics reach out to a lot of people that can relate to them on a personal level. It’s very real and honest, and it almost seems, in some of his more personal songs, that he opens up himself and lets the average fan in to understand him.

MI receives his fair share of hate, but even a blind person can see that the love he gets far outshines any hate that comes in from random people.

2face

2face

2face Idibia

On paper you wouldn’t necessarily picture 2face being one of the most loved celebrities in Nigeria given his interesting past personal life and his career struggles, but somehow someway, 2face has managed to stay extremely loved by fans. So much so that if you were to say something negative on any social media network about 2face you’re bound to get attacked by one of his voltrons. Yes!! All of us are voltrons for 2baba.

So why exactly is 2face loved so much? Something about him is just real, honest and humble. He might not interract a lot on social media with fans etc, but anyone that has met him will rarely have much negative to say about him. His music is timeless, and in many ways has given us some of the best memories of our youth, and even though he’s had his share of scandals, he’s somehow managed to come out as a winner in the end. Maybe that’s the more reason we love him.

You add the fact that he had the celebrity wedding of the year last year, it’s hard not to like 2face for more reasons than 1.

Olamide

Olamide

Olamide

Olamide represents the streets, and that is why he is loved by many. His fans are as loyal as they come, and seeing how loyal his fans are, it’s not hard to hop on board and get on that ‘Badoo’ train.

His music is real, honest, consistent, and most of all very enjoyable to the ear. In many ways, he reminds us of what Da Grin was to the streets. That energy, that passion, that hardwork and that feeling that he doesn’t forget where he comes from. Anyway you look at it, you can’t help but admire that, and that’s why Olamide has seen his followership grow exponentially over the past 18 months.

P-Square

P-Square

P-Square

They are 2 but 1. The closest thing to Michael Jackson stardom we’ve seen in Africa as a whole. The Okoye brothers are mega stars and that’s really putting it lightly. Don’t believe me? Google fans reactions to P-Square in concert, and you see how much love these twins get. They haven’t necessarily stayed clear of scandal but they’ve always bounced back well anytime some negativity comes their way.

But the one thing that keeps fans loving P-Square is their music and consistency. I mean a set of twins making consistently great music for the past 8-9 years? Common. You aint got no choice but to love these cats, even if they are not known to be people persons per say.

Flavour

Flavour

Flavour

Between the demographic of women who love his body and dance moves (and think he’s the sexiest thing walking), and boys in the east who drink palm-wine and chop isiewu with Flavour’s music blasting in the background, it’s easy to see how Flavour just can’t lose when it comes to a ‘who get love pass’ contest. Everyone else just has to admire from outside or jump on.

One good thing about Flavour is that he’s also managed to stay scandal free for the most part. You rarely here of random gist of him doing this, or him ranting or fighting with another celeb or sending subliminal messages via social media or songs. He makes happy music and makes people happy. Finito! His music comes on, and it lifts the spirits, and makes you either want to whine your waist of grab a bottle of 33. Where’s the harm in that? smiley

Omosexy

Omosexy

Omotola Jalade Ekeinde

You wont get much better than the one and only Omosexy! This bootylicious beauty (and booty) is one Nigeria’s most prized possessions for more reasons than just the looks. Recently listed as one of the world’s most influential celebrities, Omotola is not only highly loved in Nigeria, but all over Africa as well.

No matter how popular Omotola is though, she always seems to be popular with the fans, and even if there is one scandal or another with her name on it, her fans are extremely loyal, and come out swinging if you ever have anything less than nice to say about her. Plus her acting and longevity in Nollywood has made her a household name, and a favorite of many African Magic mothers.

.

Well that’s all folks. I know, I’m going to catch heat for not putting ‘xyz’ celebrity or what was I smoking or whatever. It’s ok. We’ll love to hear your opinion, and if you feel like you have to call me directly to curse me, my number is +234803…. Syke.

But really though, tell us what you think. Who did we miss? Who do you think are the most loved celebrities in Nigeria, and *coughs* maybe even the most hated, but that’s for another time.

Music/RadioPhotos: Brymo Gets New Manager, Boycotts Chocolate City To Sign New Deal by entadaplace1(op): 10:40am On Aug 08, 2013
He might still have contractual issues with his record label but BrymO seems to be moving on…

The Pop singer has apparently signed a new distribution deal with digital distribution company Spinlet. According to a tweet from Spinlet, the company will be digitally distributing BrymO’s next album.

The deal was signed some sometime last week, apparently without the knowledge of his current record label Chocolate City which he says he’s parted ways with.

A rep from Spinlet also confirmed the deal. When asked if they had contacted Chocolate City before the signing, the rep said no but then explained that it was an individual deal.

BrymO has also signed a deal with budding management company The Bail Music Company. Headed by long time friend Lanre Lawal, the company will now be handling his managerial affairs formerly managed by manager Samuel Lolo.

‘Yes I’m now working with BrymO. He’s been a longtime friend of mine‘, Lanre Lawal told NET over the phone, explaining that they hooked up some months ago. As per how Chocolate City would react to BrymO’s new deal with Spinlet, Lawal said he would rather not comment on that.

Chocolate City says they heard about the distribution deal signing and that they will be looking into the matter. To what extent we cannot tell. ‘We have instructed our lawyers to take appropriate action‘, Choc City boss Audu Maikori said, responding to our E-mail.

BrymO on May 28, 2013 announced he had parted ways with Chocolate City, the label which he signed with in 2011. Chocolate City insists the Pop singer is till signed to them.
